Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the objects, construction, features, and functions of the invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 in combination, FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for bulk financial data migration for different financial systems according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a block diagram of a system for bulk financial data migration for different financial systems in accordance with the present invention; FIG. 3 is a block diagram of a system for bulk financial data migration for a different financial system of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a method for bulk financial data migration for different financial systems in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1: the migration main program is opened, a new financial system on line is logged in, basic information of the current enterprise, such as enterprise names and the like, and account periods needing to be downloaded are acquired through an interface provided by the new financial system, and the account period data is convenient to download; meanwhile, the data type balance table, the certificate and the like to be migrated are also required to be selected through the migration main program.
S2: logging in the financial system to be migrated through the login account number and the password of the financial system to be migrated, and selecting a manufacturer to be migrated;
s3: directly sending a request to a financial system to be migrated, and automatically downloading data of a manufacturer to be migrated; and adopting proper technology aiming at different financial systems to be migrated to download data of the type needing to be downloaded. By sending Post requests to the B/S architecture' S accounting system to be migrated, the download data (available to Post) is obtained. If the data cannot be acquired through the POST request, acquiring the data by adopting a Hook-Ajax request.
S4: assembling and compressing the data downloaded in the step S3; and carrying out data assembly on the downloaded data according to the interface constraint specification uploaded by the new financial system. The data assembly is as follows: in the file, a folder is created every year, month and day, and the downloaded Excel data is placed in the folder, for example: balance table xls et al. The folder is entirely compressed into a zip file named by the name of the business.
S5: and (3) carrying out data automation uploading on the data processed in the step S4 to a migration main program through an uploading interface provided by a new financial system.
S6: the migration main program decompresses the received data and automatically matches with an automatic matching template in the system. The data templates of different financial systems to be migrated are imported in advance in the migration main program, and the method is suitable for various financial systems on the market and is convenient for automatic matching after uploading data in the financial systems to be migrated.
S7: and warehousing the data successfully matched by the automatic matching template, and returning the data to a new financial system. And loading values in the matching templates into a new financial system, decompressing Excel Sheet data, reading corresponding row number values in the Excel Sheet, and performing regular matching on the values in the corresponding matching templates. If the values in all the rows and columns of the matching template can be matched with the values in the Excel Sheet table decompressed up, the Excel table is operated according to the preset matching template.
Preferably, in step S1, after the current enterprise information is obtained, it is checked and judged whether the obtained enterprise data is normal. If the data is normal, continuing to carry out the next step, and if the data is abnormal, feeding back error information to the migration main program.
