Abstract

本发明公开了一种时间混色专用BLU,包括液晶屏和背光模组,液晶屏的背面为背光模组,所述液晶屏由上至下为上偏光板、玻璃基板一、液晶屏、玻璃基板二和下偏光板,所述背光模组为RGB背光。本发明的优点在于:只通过TFT开关控制三基色光通过的强弱达到混色的效果,降低液晶屏成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶屏,具体涉及一种时间混色专用BLU。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,无辐射和无闪烁的液晶电视已逐渐成为每个家庭的标配家电。目前液晶电视显示使用的空间混色法。这种方法是利用人眼空间细节分辨力差的特点,将三种基色光在同一平面的对应位置充分靠近,只要三个基色光点足够小且充分近,人眼在离开一定距离处将会感到是三种基色光混合后所具有的颜色。这种空间混色的方法是彩色电视的基础。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种时间混色专用BLU,采用时间混色法,利用人眼的视觉惰性(对于中等亮度的光刺激,视觉暂留时间约为0.05至0.2秒,是视网膜上的视神经的反应时间),顺序地让三种基色光出现在同一表面的同一处,人眼会感到这三种基色光是同时出现的,具有三种基色相加后所得颜色的效果。利用此原理:彩色液晶显示可以把背光做成R/G/B三基色光源,液晶OC可以省去彩色滤光膜CF,只通过TFT开关控制三基色光通过的强弱达到混色的效果,降低成本。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种时间混色专用BLU,包括液晶屏和背光模组,液晶屏的背面为背光模组,所述液晶屏由上至下为上偏光板、玻璃基板一、液晶屏、玻璃基板二和下偏光板,所述背光模组为RGB背光。
所述玻璃基板二上粘附信号电极、走线电极、薄膜晶体管、透明电极。
所述背光模组包括紧凑排列的背光源,背光源与显示屏长宽相同,背光源由R/G/B三基色灯条组成,三基色灯条并列排放。
所述背光源的开关刷新频率180Hz,且间隔时间为1/180 s=0.0056s。
使用原理:R/G/B三基色光源由电源板控制依次打开,且间隔时间为1/180 s=0.0056s,相应液晶屏同步依次打开,同一平面同一点间隔0.0056s显示R/G/B画面,由于视觉惰性,人眼残留影像的时间一般0.05至0.2秒,所以人会感觉R/G/B会同时存在,根据颜色混色原理,会模拟出各种颜色,颜色的亮度信息由TFT晶体管控制液晶翻转所决定,达到彩色显示的效果。
本发明具有的优点:只通过TFT开关控制三基色光通过的强弱达到混色的效果,降低液晶屏成本。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种时间混色专用BLU,包括液晶屏4和背光模组,液晶屏4的背面为背光模组,所述液晶屏4由上至下为上偏光板、玻璃基板一2、液晶屏4、玻璃基板二8和下偏光板,所述背光模组为RGB背光10。
所述玻璃基板二8上粘附信号电极5、走线电极6、薄膜晶体管7、透明电极3。
所述背光模组包括紧凑排列的背光源,背光源与显示屏长宽相同,背光源由R/G/B三基色灯条组成,三基色灯条并列排放。
所述背光源的开关刷新频率180Hz,且间隔时间为1/180 s=0.0056s。
使用原理:R/G/B三基色光源由电源板控制依次打开,且间隔时间为1/180 s=0.0056s,相应液晶屏4同步依次打开,同一平面同一点间隔0.0056s显示R/G/B画面,由于视觉惰性,人眼残留影像的时间一般0.05至0.2秒,所以人会感觉R/G/B会同时存在,根据颜色混色原理,会模拟出各种颜色,颜色的亮度信息由TFT晶体管控制液晶翻转所决定,达到彩色显示的效果。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种时间混色专用BLU,其特征在于,包括液晶屏(4)和背光模组,液晶屏(4)的背面为背光模组,所述液晶屏(4)由上至下为上偏光板、玻璃基板一(2)、液晶屏(4)、玻璃基板二(8)和下偏光板,所述背光模组为RGB背光(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的时间混色专用BLU,其特征在于,所述玻璃基板二(8)上粘附信号电极(5)、走线电极(6)、薄膜晶体管(7)、透明电极(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的时间混色专用BLU,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括紧凑排列的背光源,背光源与显示屏长宽相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的时间混色专用BLU,其特征在于,背光源由R/G/B三基色灯条组成,三基色灯条并列排放。
5.根据权利要求1所述的时间混色专用BLU,其特征在于,所述背光源的开关刷新频率180Hz,且间隔时间为1/180 s=0.0056s。
