Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fragrance component with good flexibility and good user experience and an air conditioner indoor unit with the fragrance component.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a fragrance assembly and an air conditioner indoor unit having the same that can provide users with adjustable fragrance intensity and selectable fragrance taste.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fragrance assembly comprising:
the fragrance box is provided with at least one accommodating cavity corresponding to the at least one fragrance module one by one, and each fragrance module is provided with a closed position completely closed in the corresponding accommodating cavity and a release position at least partially moved out of the accommodating cavity to release the fragrance;
the first electromagnetic coils are in one-to-one correspondence with the fragrance modules, and are arranged on the corresponding fragrance modules; and
at least one second electromagnetic coil corresponding to the at least one first electromagnetic coil one to one, the second electromagnetic coil being opposite to the corresponding first electromagnetic coil;
each of the first and corresponding second electromagnetic coils is configured to be controllably energized with a same current or an opposite current such that the adjacent faces of the first and corresponding second electromagnetic coils have opposite or the same magnetic poles, thereby causing the corresponding fragrance module to move between the closed position and the release position using a magnetic force between the first and corresponding second electromagnetic coils.
Optionally, each of the first electromagnetic coils and the corresponding second electromagnetic coils are further configured to be controlled to increase or decrease the applied current intensity so as to increase or decrease the magnetic force between the first electromagnetic coil and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil, thereby increasing or decreasing the area of the corresponding fragrance module exposed outside the corresponding accommodating cavity, and further adjusting the fragrance concentration released by the corresponding fragrance module.
Optionally, an opening for the corresponding fragrance module to move out of the corresponding accommodating cavity is formed at a position of the fragrance box corresponding to each accommodating cavity;
each of the fragrance modules comprises:
the fragrance body is used for releasing fragrance;
the fragrance support is arranged on the outer side of the fragrance body and provided with a cover plate opposite to the corresponding opening, and the cover plate is arranged to completely cover the corresponding opening when the fragrance module moves to the closed position under the action of magnetic force corresponding to the first electromagnetic coil and the second electromagnetic coil.
Optionally, the first electromagnetic coil is arranged at the side of the corresponding fragrance module opposite to the cover plate in the moving direction;
the second electromagnetic coil is arranged on one side of the fragrance box opposite to the opening in the moving direction of the fragrance module.
Optionally, a first slide way consistent with the moving path of the corresponding fragrance module is formed in each accommodating cavity, and a first roller is arranged in each first slide way and adjacent to the corresponding opening;
each fragrance bracket is also provided with a second slide way consistent with the moving path of the fragrance bracket, and one end, far away from the corresponding cover plate, of one side, facing the first slide way, of each second slide way is provided with a second roller;
the first roller and the second roller are arranged to slide along the corresponding first slide ways when the fragrance module moves between the closed position and the release position, the first roller slides relative to the corresponding second slide ways along the corresponding second slide ways, and when the fragrance module moves to the limit position of the release position, the second roller contacts with the corresponding first roller to limit the fragrance module.
Optionally, the material of the fragrance bracket and the fragrance box is plastic.
Optionally, the fragrance module and the accommodating cavity are both multiple, the accommodating cavities are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the fragrance box, and the fragrance module moves between the closed position and the release position along the width direction of the fragrance box; and at least two of the fragrance modules release different fragrance tastes.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides an indoor unit of an air conditioner, including the fragrance assembly as described in any one of the preceding claims, where the fragrance assembly is disposed on the indoor unit, and when a fragrance module of the fragrance assembly is moved to a release position, the fragrance module is in contact with air entering the indoor unit, so that the fragrance released by the fragrance module is diffused to an environment where the indoor unit is located along with the air.
Optionally, the indoor unit has an air inlet, and an air inlet grille is arranged at the air inlet; the fragrance component is arranged on the air inlet grille.
Optionally, the air conditioner is a cabinet air conditioner, and the air inlet is located at the rear side of the indoor unit;
the fragrance module and the accommodating cavities are multiple, the accommodating cavities are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the fragrance box, the length direction of the fragrance box is parallel to the height direction of the indoor unit, and the width direction of the fragrance box is parallel to the width direction of the indoor unit; and at least two of the fragrance modules release different fragrance tastes.
According to the fragrance component and the air conditioner indoor unit with the same, the magnetic force generated between the paired electromagnetic coils is used as the driving force for moving the fragrance module, so that the driving structure and the control program are simplified, the overall design is ingenious, the flexibility is good, a user can conveniently select whether to start the fragrance function according to personal preference, the problem of dust accumulation of the fragrance module exposed to the air for a long time is avoided, and better use experience is provided for the user.
Furthermore, the fragrance assembly and the air conditioner indoor unit with the same change the magnetic force between the first electromagnetic coil and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil by changing the current intensity applied to the first electromagnetic coil and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil, so that the moving stroke of the corresponding fragrance module can be changed, the area of the corresponding fragrance module exposed outside the corresponding accommodating cavity can be adjusted, the fragrance concentration of the corresponding fragrance module can be adjusted, the preference difference of different users can be met, and the fragrance assembly and the air conditioner indoor unit with the same have wider applicability and stronger flexibility.
Furthermore, the fragrance assembly and the air conditioner indoor unit with the same are provided with the plurality of fragrance modules, and the fragrance tastes released by at least two fragrance modules are different, so that a user can select to start a single fragrance module with a certain fragrance taste or simultaneously start fragrance modules with different fragrance tastes to obtain the fragrance of mixed smell, thereby providing more comprehensive and flexible use experience for the user.
The above and other objects, advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description of specific embodiments thereof, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Detailed Description
The present embodiment first provides a fragrance assembly 200, and the fragrance assembly 200 of the present embodiment can be applied to an indoor unit of an air conditioner. FIG. 1 is an exploded schematic view of a fragrance assembly 200 according to one embodiment of the invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a fragrance module 210 in a fragrance assembly 200 according to one embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a fragrance assembly 200 according to one embodiment of the invention.
The fragrance assembly 200 includes at least one fragrance module 210, a fragrance box 220, at least one electromagnetic coil 230, and at least one second electromagnetic coil 240. The fragrance box 220 has at least one accommodating cavity 221 corresponding to the at least one fragrance module 210, each fragrance module 210 has a closed position completely enclosed in the corresponding accommodating cavity 221 and a release position at least partially moved out of the accommodating cavity 221 to release the fragrance, that is, each fragrance module 210 is movable, when the fragrance module 210 is moved to the closed position, the fragrance module is not in contact with the ambient air and does not release the fragrance to the environment, and when the fragrance module 210 is moved to the release position, the fragrance module 210 is in contact with the ambient air and releases the fragrance to the environment.
The at least one first electromagnetic coil 230 corresponds to the at least one fragrance module 210, and the first electromagnetic coils 230 are disposed on the corresponding fragrance modules 210, that is, one first electromagnetic coil 230 is disposed on each fragrance module 210. The at least one second electromagnetic coil 240 corresponds one-to-one to the at least one first electromagnetic coil 230, and the second electromagnetic coil 240 is opposite to the corresponding first electromagnetic coil 230. Each first electromagnetic coil 230 and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil 240 are configured to be controllably energized with the same current or opposite currents such that the adjacent faces of the first electromagnetic coil 230 and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil 240 have opposite or the same magnetic poles, thereby causing the corresponding fragrance module 210 to move between the closed position and the release position using the magnetic force between the first electromagnetic coil 230 and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil 240.
That is, each fragrance module 210 has a pair of corresponding electromagnetic coils, which refers to the first electromagnetic coil 230 and the second electromagnetic coil 240 corresponding to one fragrance module 210, and each fragrance module 210 can move to a release position to contact with air flowing through it under the magnetic force of the corresponding pair of electromagnetic coils, so as to release the fragrance to the environment, or return to a closed position, and hide in the accommodating cavity 221 corresponding to the fragrance box 220, so as not to release the fragrance to the environment.
The fragrance assembly 200 of the embodiment uses the magnetic force generated between the paired electromagnetic coils as the driving force for moving the fragrance module 210, so that the driving structure and the control program are simplified, the overall design is ingenious, the flexibility is good, a user can conveniently select whether to start the fragrance function according to personal preference, the dust accumulation problem that the fragrance module 210 is exposed in the air for a long time is avoided, and better use experience is provided for the user.
In some embodiments, each first electromagnetic coil 230 and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil 240 may be further configured to controllably increase or decrease the intensity of the applied current to increase or decrease the magnetic force between the first electromagnetic coil 230 and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil 240, thereby increasing or decreasing the area of the corresponding fragrance module 210 exposed outside the corresponding receiving cavity 221, and further adjusting the concentration of the fragrance released by the corresponding fragrance module 210. Therefore, the user can conveniently adjust the fragrance concentration released by the fragrance module 210 according to personal preference, the preference difference of different users is met, the applicability is wider, and the flexibility is stronger.
The at least one first electromagnetic coil 230 and the at least one second electromagnetic coil 240 may share a power source or may be respectively configured with different power sources, and when receiving a control command from a user, the controller controls the power sources to apply currents in corresponding directions and current values of corresponding magnitudes to the corresponding first electromagnetic coil 230 and the corresponding second electromagnetic coil 240, to adjust a position of the corresponding fragrance module 210, to turn on a fragrance function, to adjust a fragrance concentration, or to turn off the fragrance function.
The number of the fragrance modules 210 and the accommodating cavities 221 may be two or more, each accommodating cavity 221 is distributed at intervals along the length direction of the fragrance box 220, and the fragrance modules 210 move between the closed position and the release position along the width direction of the fragrance box 220, so as to avoid interference caused by movement of different fragrance modules 210, for example, if each fragrance module 210 extends along the left-right direction, each fragrance module 210 may be distributed in the vertical direction. The fragrance module 210 may be configured to release different fragrance tastes, for example, the fragrance module 210 releases different fragrance tastes, so as to provide more choices for the user, and satisfy the preference difference of different users, so that the user may select to turn on a single fragrance module 210 with a certain fragrance taste, or simultaneously turn on fragrance modules 210 with different fragrance tastes, thereby obtaining a mixed fragrance.
Correspondingly, the first electromagnetic coil 230 and the second electromagnetic coil 240 are also multiple, the accommodating cavities 221 are in one-to-one correspondence with the fragrance modules 210, and the first electromagnetic coils 230 and the second electromagnetic coils 240 are in one-to-one correspondence with the fragrance modules 210.
In some embodiments, the position of the fragrance box 220 corresponding to each receiving cavity 221 is formed with an opening 220a for the corresponding fragrance module 210 to move out of the corresponding receiving cavity 221. Each fragrance module 210 may include a fragrance body 211 for releasing fragrance and a fragrance holder disposed outside the fragrance body 211, the fragrance holder having a cover 212 opposite to the corresponding opening 220a, the cover 212 being disposed to completely cover the corresponding opening 220a when the fragrance module 210 is moved to the closed position by the magnetic force of the corresponding first and second electromagnetic coils 230 and 240, thereby closing the corresponding fragrance module 210 in the corresponding receiving cavity 221 using the cover 212.
The fragrance body 211 can be an essential oil carrier made of porous polymer materials, and a user can supplement and drop essential oil to the essential oil carrier, so that the essential oil carrier is stable in performance and can be repeatedly used for a long time.
The first electromagnetic coil 230 may be disposed at a side of the corresponding fragrance module 210 opposite to the cover plate 212 in the moving direction, and the second electromagnetic coil 240 may be disposed at a side of the fragrance box 220 opposite to the corresponding opening 220a in the moving direction of the fragrance module 210. Thus, the second electromagnetic coil 240 is fixed by the fragrance box 220, the distance between the second electromagnetic coil 240 and the first electromagnetic coil 230 is shortened, and the magnetic force between the second electromagnetic coil 240 and the first electromagnetic coil 230 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, if the moving direction of the fragrance module 210 is the left-right direction, the fragrance module moves from the closed position to the release position from the right to the left, and accordingly, the fragrance module 210 moves from the release position to the closed position from the left to the right, it is obvious that the opening 220a of the fragrance box 220 should be located on the left side of the fragrance box 220, that is, an opening 220a for the corresponding fragrance module 210 to move out of the corresponding accommodating cavity 221 is formed at a position on the left side of the fragrance box 220 corresponding to each accommodating cavity 221. Accordingly, the cover 212 should be located on the left side of the fragrance module 210, that is, the fragrance holder has a cover 212 located on the left side of the fragrance module 210 opposite the corresponding opening 220 a. Accordingly, the first electromagnetic coil 230 may be located on the right side of the corresponding fragrance module 210, the second electromagnetic coil 240 may be located on the right side of the fragrance box 220 opposite to the corresponding opening 220a, for example, the second electromagnetic coil 240 may be embedded in the right side wall of the fragrance box 220, the first electromagnetic coil 230 may be embedded in the right side wall of the fragrance module 210, and the right side wall of the fragrance module 210 is a part of the fragrance bracket, that is, it is understood that the fragrance bracket has a plate located on the right side of the fragrance body, the first electromagnetic coil 230 may be embedded in the plate, and the fragrance box 220 and the fragrance bracket are made of plastic, which does not affect the magnetic force between the first electromagnetic coil 230 and the second electromagnetic coil 240.
A first slide way 222 which is consistent with the moving path of the corresponding fragrance module 210 is formed in each accommodating cavity 221, and a first roller 223 is arranged in each first slide way 222 at a position adjacent to the corresponding opening 220 a; and each fragrance bracket is also provided with a second slide way 213 consistent with the moving path of the fragrance bracket, one end, far away from the corresponding cover plate 212, of one side, facing the first slide way 222, of each second slide way 213 is provided with a second roller 214, the first rollers 223 and the second rollers 214 are arranged in a way that when the fragrance module 210 moves between the closing position and the releasing position, the second rollers 214 slide along the corresponding first slide ways 222, the first rollers 223 slide along the corresponding second slide ways 213 and the corresponding second slide ways 213 relatively, and when the fragrance module 210 moves to the limit position of the releasing position, the second rollers 214 are in contact with the corresponding first rollers 223 so as to limit the fragrance module 210. Thus, by matching the two sliding rails with the two corresponding rollers, the stability of the fragrance module 210 moving between the closed position and the release position is ensured, and the fragrance module 210 is prevented from completely sliding out of the corresponding accommodating cavity 221.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an air conditioner indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a combination of the air intake grille 103 and the fragrance assembly 200 of the air conditioner indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The present embodiment further provides an air conditioner indoor unit 100, including the fragrance assembly 200 of any of the foregoing embodiments, wherein the fragrance assembly 200 may be disposed on the indoor unit 100, and when the fragrance module 210 of the fragrance assembly 200 moves to the release position, the fragrance module 210 contacts with air entering the indoor unit 100, so that the fragrance released by the fragrance module 210 is diffused to an environment where the indoor unit 100 is located along with the air. In this way, the indoor unit 100 having the fragrance module 200 blows the fragrance to the indoor environment, thereby improving the comfort of the user.
The indoor unit 100 generally has an air inlet 102, an air outlet and an air duct communicating the air inlet 102 and the air outlet, the air outlet is generally located at the front side of the indoor unit 100, the air outlet is covered with a guide plate 101 capable of opening and closing the air outlet, the air inlet 102 is located at the rear side of the indoor unit 100, and the air inlet 102 is generally provided with an air inlet grille 103. The fragrance assembly 200 can be disposed on the air inlet grille 103, and the air inlet grille 103 can be utilized to provide support for the fragrance assembly 200, thereby facilitating the installation of the fragrance assembly 200. In alternative embodiments, fragrance assembly 200 may be disposed within the air duct or at the air outlet.
In embodiments where the fragrance assembly 200 includes a plurality of fragrance modules 210 and a plurality of receiving cavities 221, as previously described, the receiving cavities 221 are spaced apart along the length of the fragrance box 220, and the fragrance modules 210 move between the closed position and the release position along the width of the fragrance box 220. When the fragrance assembly 200 is applied to a cabinet air conditioner, the fragrance box 220 is disposed such that the length direction of the fragrance box 220 is parallel to the height direction of the indoor unit 100, and the width direction of the fragrance box 220 is parallel to the width direction of the indoor unit 100, i.e., the transverse direction or the left-right direction.
The fragrance modules 210 with different fragrance tastes released by at least two fragrance modules 210 are different, so that a user can select to start a single fragrance module 210 with a certain fragrance taste, and can also select to start fragrance modules 210 with different fragrance tastes at the same time to obtain the fragrance with mixed smell, thereby providing more choices for the user and meeting the preference difference of different users.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
