Specifically, in this embodiment, the cabinet air conditioner includes a housing 100, an air intake assembly, a heat exchange assembly 610, an air supply assembly 620, and an air guide assembly, where the air intake assembly, the heat exchange assembly 610, the air supply assembly 620, and the air guide assembly are all fixedly connected with the housing 100. The specific connection and positional relationship between the above-described components are described below. The casing 100 is arranged in a column shape along the up-down direction, the left side, the right side and/or the rear side of the casing 100 are provided with air inlets 130, and the air inlets 130 can extend along the height direction of the casing 100; an air outlet 110 is formed at the front side of the housing 100, the air outlet 110 extends along the height direction of the housing 100, and an air duct is formed between the air inlet 130 and the air outlet 110. The air inlet assembly may include an air inlet grille, a filter screen, etc., and is disposed on the housing 100 at a position corresponding to the air inlet 130 along the length direction of the air inlet 130. The heat exchange assembly 610 may include a heat exchanger 611, a heat exchanger 611 support, electric auxiliary heat, and the like, where the heat exchange assembly 610 is disposed in the air duct corresponding to the air outlet 110 along the height direction of the housing 100. The air supply assembly 620 may include a cross flow fan 621, a fan motor for driving the cross flow fan 621, etc., wherein the cross flow fan 621 is disposed in the air duct along the height direction of the housing 100. The air supply assembly 620 includes an air guide plate assembly 150, a shutter assembly, and a door assembly, etc., wherein the air guide plate assembly 150, the shutter assembly, and the door assembly are all disposed on the housing 100 at positions corresponding to the air outlet 110 along the length direction of the air outlet 110, so as to guide the air outlet direction of the cabinet air conditioner. The air deflection assemblies 150 are positioned between the louver assemblies and the door body assemblies, although the positions of the louver assemblies and the air deflection assemblies 150 may be adjusted according to actual needs in some implementations.
The door body assembly may include an upper door body assembly 310 and a lower door body assembly 320, and the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320 are disposed at the air outlet 110 along the length direction of the air outlet 110; the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320 are respectively and independently driven by different motors to independently control air supply; the upper door assembly 310 and the lower door assembly 320 may be located in the same working plane (the working plane is not an absolute plane, but only is used for illustrating the spatial positions of two groups of doors), or may be located in different working planes according to actual needs. At this time, the air outlet 110 is divided into an upper air outlet 111 and a lower air outlet 112, and the air supply is controlled by an upper door assembly 310 and a lower door assembly 320, respectively. By arranging the door body assembly as the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320, the air supply condition of the upper and lower portions of the air outlet 110 can be adjusted according to actual needs. When the door body is a door body without air feeling, the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320 can respectively realize air supply without air feeling of the upper air outlet 111 and the lower air outlet 112. Taking the door body as a non-wind-sensation door body as an example, when the lower door body assembly 320 is closed under a certain working condition, the non-wind-sensation air supply of the lower air outlet 112 and the traditional air supply of the upper air outlet 111 are realized. In this process, the wind wheel has a comparable air supply speed to the upper and lower air outlets 112, and the air outlet 112 is blocked, so that the air pressure at the lower part of the air duct gradually increases, and when the air pressure at the lower part of the air duct is greater than the air pressure at the upper part of the air duct, a part of the air flow at the lower part of the air duct flows to the upper part of the air duct, so that the air pressure at the upper part of the air duct increases, thereby increasing the air outlet speed of the upper air outlet 111 and increasing the air supply distance. Similarly, when the upper door assembly 310 is closed under a certain working condition, the air without the wind sense of the upper air outlet 111 and the conventional air of the lower air outlet 112 are realized. In this process, the wind wheel has a considerable air supply speed to the upper and lower air outlets, and the air outlet 111 is blocked, so that the air pressure at the upper part of the air duct gradually increases, and when the air pressure at the upper part of the air duct is greater than the air pressure at the lower part of the air duct, a part of the air flow at the upper part of the air duct flows to the lower part of the air duct, so that the air pressure at the lower part of the air duct increases, thereby increasing the air outlet speed of the lower air outlet 112 and increasing the air supply distance. Of course, when both the upper door assembly 310 and the lower door assembly 320 are closed to supply the air without the sense of wind, the wind pressure in the entire duct increases.
By arranging the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320 independently of each other, the air supply of the upper part and the lower part of the air outlet are mutually independent, so that the air supply amounts of the upper part and the lower part of the cabinet air conditioner can be different, and a user can control the air supply amounts of the upper part and the lower part of the air conditioner according to the requirement, so as to meet the requirement of the user on the air supply amount; in addition, when the air volumes of the upper and lower parts of the cabinet air conditioner are different, it is indicated that the area of the upper door assembly 310 covering the upper air outlet is different from the area of the lower door assembly 320 covering the lower air outlet, that is, the effective areas of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet are different; specifically, when the effective area of the upper air outlet is smaller than that of the lower air outlet, the wind speed of the upper air outlet is larger than that of the lower air outlet; when the effective area of the upper air outlet is larger than that of the lower air outlet, the wind speed of the upper air outlet is smaller than that of the lower air outlet, and the wind speeds and the air supply distances of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet can be effectively adjusted by adjusting the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320. Meanwhile, the upper door body 311 and the lower door body 321 are respectively provided with ventilation holes, so that the upper air outlet can realize no upper wind sense, and the lower air outlet can realize no lower wind sense. When the upper air outlet has no wind sense, the air speed and the air quantity of the lower air outlet are increased, and when the lower air outlet has no wind sense, the air speed and the air quantity of the upper air outlet are increased, so that the user is more comfortable under the condition of meeting the refrigeration requirement of the user and saving energy.
In order to improve the stability of door installation, the cabinet air conditioner comprises an upper driving assembly, a lower driving assembly 500 and a door bracket;
the upper driving component is arranged on the shell corresponding to the top of the air outlet, the door body support is arranged on the shell corresponding to the middle of the air outlet, and the lower driving component 500 is arranged on the shell corresponding to the bottom of the air outlet;
one end of the upper door body 311 is connected with the upper driving assembly, and the other end is arranged on the door body bracket; one end of the lower door 321 is connected to the lower driving assembly 500, and the other end is mounted on the door bracket.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the door body bracket is disposed in the middle of the air outlet, and is used to define the degree of freedom of the bottom of the upper door body 311 and the top of the upper door body 311. As for the effect of the door body bracket on the upper door body 311 and the lower door body 321, it may be set according to actual requirements. For the upper door 311, the door bracket may be used to support the upper door 311 and provide a moving track for the upper door 311, and of course, in some embodiments, only the upper door 311 may be provided with a moving track, where the upper door is suspended from the upper driving assembly. Similarly, the corresponding lower door 321 may be suspended on a door bracket, or may be supported by the lower driving assembly 500, where the door bracket provides a sliding track for the lower door 321. The track can be formed on the door body bracket or the door body, and can be arranged according to more practical requirements. In this embodiment, the door body bracket is exemplified as being formed on the door body bracket.
The form of the track is numerous and will be illustrated by way of example.
An upper chute and a lower chute are arranged on two opposite sides of the door body bracket, the lower part of the upper door body 311 is inserted into the upper chute, and the top of the lower door body 321 is inserted into the upper chute. In this embodiment, the lower portion of the upper door body 311 may be understood as the bottom of the upper door body 311, and may be understood as an installation portion provided at the lower portion of the upper door body 311. When the bottom of the upper door body 311 is directly inserted into the middle and upper sliding grooves, the installation is very simple. At this time, the door body bracket positioned in the middle of the air outlet is exposed to the outside. When the slider is provided at the back of the upper door body 311 and inserted into the upper chute, the gap between the bottom of the upper door body 311 and the top of the lower door body 321 can be set to be very small. Of course, the implementation of the above-described scheme requires that a slider is provided on the rear surface of the upper portion of the lower door 321, and the slider is inserted into the middle lower chute. So that there is no component separation between the top of the lower door 321 and the top of the upper door 311.
The cabinet air conditioner further comprises a connecting piece 700, and the connecting piece 700 is connected with the door body 300 without wind sense and the roller assembly 400; the rolling groove 120 is disposed on the housing 100 corresponding to the roller 420 of the roller assembly 400, and the roller 420 is disposed in the rolling groove 120. The driving assembly 500 includes: a driving motor fixedly connected with the housing 100; the driving gear 510 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the driving motor; the driven rack 520 is meshed with the driving gear 510, and is detachably connected with the airless door 300.
In this embodiment, the driving motor is mounted on the housing 100 and detachably connected to the housing 100. There are many ways in which the driven rack 520 may be detachably connected to the airless door 300, such as by a snap-fit connection, a screw connection, a snap-fit connection, etc. When the driving motor works, the driving motor drives the gear 510 to rotate, the driving gear 510 drives the driven rack 520 to rotate, and the driven rack 520 drives the airless door 300 to move. In this driving process, since the entire weight of the non-wind-sensing door 300 is carried by the roller assembly 400, when the rack drives the non-wind-sensing door 300, the rack is only subjected to small resistance (only to overcome the static friction of the roller) of the non-wind-sensing door 300, that is, the load of the driving gear 510 and the driven rack 520 is small. Thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service lives of the driving gear 510 and the driven rack 520, improving the stability of the driving assembly 500 and improving the stability of the motion of the non-wind-sensing door body 300.
In order to improve the convenience of the connection between the airless door 300 and the driving assembly 500, a support column 521 is disposed on the side of the driven rack 520 facing away from the teeth; the cabinet air conditioner further comprises a connecting piece 700, and the connecting piece 700 is connected with the door body 300 without wind sense and the roller assembly 400; the connecting piece 700 is provided with a hanging lug 710 corresponding to the supporting column 521, the hanging lug 710 is provided with a slot 711, and the supporting column 521 is spliced with the hanging lug 710. In this embodiment, the support column 521 and the driven rack 520 are integrally formed, so that noise generated by friction between the support column 521 and the driven rack 520 is avoided when the door 300 without wind sensation is driven, and stability is improved.
In order to reduce the influence of external environmental factors on the operation of the driving assembly 500 and improve the stability of the operation of the driving assembly 500, the driving assembly 500 further includes a gear box detachably connected to the housing 100; the gear box comprises a base 530 and a box cover 540 which is matched with the base 530; the base 530 is provided with a guide groove 531 for sliding the rack, and the rack is provided with a guide piece 522 corresponding to the guide groove 531; the guide 522 extends from the base of the rack in the length direction of the drive teeth.
In this embodiment, the guide 522 includes guide posts and connecting ribs, and the guide posts are connected by the connecting ribs. When the rack is mounted into the gear box, the guide 522 is disposed in the guide groove 531 and moves along the guide groove 531. The motor shaft passes through the through hole and is connected with a driving gear 510 arranged in the gear box, and the driving gear 510 and a driven rack 520 are meshed in the gear box. By the arrangement of the gear box, the driving gear 510 and the driven rack 520 are not easily affected by external environmental factors. To improve the stability of the operation of the driving assembly 500 and the stability of the movement of the non-sensing door 300. The gear drives the non-wind-sensation door 300, so that the track of the non-wind-sensation door 300 is stable in the moving process, and the phenomenon that the non-wind-sensation door 300 is clamped is compared.
In order to reduce the friction force in the moving process of the door body, the cabinet air conditioner further comprises a roller assembly, wherein the roller assembly is arranged between the bottom of the upper door body 311 and the middle and upper sliding grooves, so that the upper door body 311 and the door body bracket relatively roll; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the roller assembly is disposed between the bottom of the lower door 321 and the housing, so that the lower door 321 and the housing roll relatively.
The number and the arrangement positions of the sliding components can be many, for example, the pulley components can be arranged at the bottom of the upper door body 311 or in the upper chute; similarly, the sliding component may be disposed at the top of the lower door 321, or may be disposed in the middle lower chute. Any mounting means may be used as long as the sliding friction between the upper door 311 and the lower door 321 can be reduced.
The following embodiments specifically describe, the roller assembly is mounted at the bottom of the upper door 311, and the roller of the roller assembly abuts against the bottom of the middle upper chute; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the roller assembly is mounted at the bottom of the lower door 321, a rolling groove is formed in the housing corresponding to the roller assembly, and a roller of the roller assembly is abutted to the bottom of the rolling groove.
In this embodiment, the roller assembly is mounted at the bottom of the upper door 311 and at the upper part of the lower door 321, so that the upper door 311 and the lower door 321 roll during movement, thereby greatly reducing friction.
There are many ways to mount the roller assembly 400, and two ways are specifically mentioned below.
In the first installation mode, the roller assembly 400 is installed at the bottom of the housing 100, and a rolling groove is formed at the bottom of the door 300 corresponding to the roller 420 of the roller assembly 400; the airless door 300 surrounding the rolling groove is covered on the roller 420. In the present embodiment, the roller assembly 400 is installed in the housing 100, and the rollers 420 of the roller assembly 400 leak out of the housing 100 corresponding to the air outlet 110. The bottom of the airless door 300 is provided with a roller groove 120 corresponding to the roller 420, and the roller groove 120 is arranged along the transverse direction of the airless door 300. When the non-wind-sensing door 300 moves, the bottom of the roller groove 120 is pressed against the roller 420 under the action of the weight of the non-wind-sensing door 300, and the roller 420 guides the non-wind-sensing door 300 to move, so that the friction between the non-wind-sensing door 300 and the housing 100 is sufficiently reduced. Of course, in some embodiments, the bottom of the airless door 300 is provided with a guiding rib, and the roller 420 is provided with a guiding groove corresponding to the guiding rib, and at this time, the airless door 300 can still move stably along with the rolling of the roller 420. The roller grooves 120 or the guide ribs and the guide grooves are arranged, so that the movement of the airless door body 300 is more stable and reliable.
In the second installation mode, the cabinet air conditioner further includes a connecting member 700, and the connecting member 700 connects the door 300 without wind sensing and the roller assembly 400; the rolling grooves are formed in the housing 100 and correspond to the rollers of the roller assembly 400, and the rollers are disposed in the rolling grooves.
In this embodiment, the roller assembly 400 is mounted at the bottom of the door 300 without wind sensing, and the roller of the roller assembly 400 is aligned with the mounting bit on the housing 100 to be discharged out of the bottom of the door 300 without wind sensing. The shell 100 is provided with a roller groove 120 corresponding to the roller at the bottom of the door 300 without wind sense, and the roller groove 120 extends along the circumferential direction of the shell 100. When the non-sensing door 300 moves, the roller of the roller assembly 400 is pressed against the bottom of the roller groove 120 by the weight of the non-sensing door 300. The movement of the airless door 300 is guided by the rollers, and friction between the airless door 300 and the case 100 is sufficiently reduced. Of course, in some embodiments, the guide ribs are disposed on the housing 100, and the guide grooves are disposed on the rollers at the bottom of the airless door 300 corresponding to the guide ribs, so that the airless door 300 can still move stably along with the rolling of the rollers. The roller grooves 120 or the guide ribs and the guide grooves are arranged, so that the movement of the airless door body 300 is more stable and reliable. The connecting member 700 may be in various forms, such as a connecting plate, a connecting rod, etc., and the connecting member 700 may be connected to the door 300 or the roller assembly 400 in various manners, such as a snap connection, a screw connection, etc.
The door 300 without wind sense is in the moving process, because the temperature difference of two sides of the door is larger, condensed water is easy to form on the door, in order to avoid the condensed water from affecting the use of the user, the lower door 321 includes:
the door body is arranged in a plate shape;
the guide piece is fixedly connected with the lower end of the door body, so that the lower driving assembly 500 is shielded by the guide piece; the flow guiding piece comprises a connecting part and a flow guiding part fixedly connected with the connecting part; the guide part extends to one end of the door body far away from the door body bracket.
In this embodiment, the form of the guide member may be many, such as a guide plate, a guide block, etc., taking the guide plate as an example, the guide plate is covered above the door driving assembly, so that the condensed water does not fall into the driving assembly to affect the operation of the driving assembly. Taking the lower door body assembly 320 as an example, the lower driving assembly 500 is disposed below the lower door body 321, and when the condensed water flows down to the bottom of the lower door body 321 along the lower door body 321, the guide member guides the condensed water to two sides of the door body, so as to prevent the condensed water from directly falling into the lower driving assembly 500. Of course, a water tank is provided below the lower door 321 corresponding to the position of the guide to receive condensed water guided by the guide. Of course, the water tank may be communicated with the water tank of the cabinet air conditioner, and the communication mode may be through a water pipe, a water guide tank, or the like.
In order to further improve the uniformity of the air-out speed, the total area of the ventilation holes on the upper door 311 and/or the lower door 321, which is close to the volute side, is larger than the total area of the ventilation holes on the volute tongue side.
The different modes of realizing the vent areas are described below.
The density of the ventilation holes near the volute is greater than that of the ventilation holes near the volute tongue on the upper door body 311 and/or the lower door body 321;
and/or the aperture of the vent hole near the volute side is larger than the aperture of the vent hole near the volute tongue side.
First, the aperture density of the upper door 311 is equal, and at this time, the arrangement density of the upper door 311 near the volute side in the air outlet is greater than the arrangement density of the upper door 311 near the volute tongue side in the air outlet.
Second, the hole densities of the upper door bodies 311 are different, at this time, the upper door body 311 with the large hole density is arranged at one side of the air outlet close to the volute, and the upper door body 311 with the small hole density is arranged at one side of the air outlet close to the volute tongue. Of course, in this case, the hole densities of the upper door body 311 may be arranged according to a linear or nonlinear rule, so that the air outlet area presents a preset rule. The wind speed is matched with the difference of wind speeds, so that the wind outlet speed of the upper part of the whole air outlet or the upper air outlet is equivalent.
Similarly, regarding the lower door 321:
first, the aperture density of the lower door 321 is equal, and at this time, the arrangement density of the lower door 321 near the volute side in the air outlet is greater than the arrangement density of the lower door 321 near the volute tongue side in the air outlet.
Second, the lower door 321 has different aperture densities, and at this time, the lower door 321 with a large aperture density is disposed at one side of the air outlet close to the volute, and the lower door 321 with a small aperture density is disposed at one side of the air outlet close to the volute tongue. Of course, in this case, the opening densities of the lower door 321 may be arranged according to a linear or nonlinear rule, so that the air outlet area presents a preset rule. The wind speed is matched with the difference of wind speeds, so that the wind outlet speed of the lower part of the whole air outlet or the lower air outlet is equivalent.
In order to prevent sundries such as dust from entering the air duct from the vent hole of the upper door body 311 or the lower door body 321 when the cabinet air conditioner does not work, the cabinet air conditioner comprises a protective door body 160, wherein the protective door body 160 is arranged on the shell corresponding to the air outlet and is movably connected with the shell to open and close the air outlet; the protective door 160 is located at the outer sides of the upper door assembly 310 and the lower door assembly 320. The protective door 160 is disposed on the sides of the upper door 311 and the lower door 321 facing away from the air duct. When the protection door 160 is closed, the protection door 160 is located at the air outlet to block the air outlet, and the protection door 160 is located in the extending direction of the casing. Taking a cylindrical shape as an example, the protection door 160 is an arc-shaped plate, and when the protection door 160 is closed, two side edges of the protection door are respectively attached to the side walls of the air outlet in the height direction.
The shell is in a cylindrical shape, the upper door body 311 and/or the lower door body 321 are in an arc shape, and the upper door body 311 and/or the lower door body 321 move along the circumferential direction of the shell. The cylinder in this embodiment may have concave or convex portions depending on the actual requirements. The upper door body 311 and the lower door body 321 move along the circumference of the shell, when no wind sense is required, the upper door body 311 and the lower door body 321 need to move at the air outlet, and the area covering the air outlet is gradually increased in the moving process; when no wind sense is required, the upper door body 311 and the lower door body 321 move from the position of the air outlet to the inside of the shell, and the area covering the air outlet gradually decreases.
The invention further provides a control method of the cabinet air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
opening the upper door body assembly 310 and the lower door body assembly 320 at the same time according to a preset temperature so as to enable the cabinet air conditioner to supply air normally;
acquiring the current indoor temperature, and comparing the indoor temperature with a preset temperature;
when the absolute value of the difference between the indoor temperature and the preset temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature difference, the upper door assembly 310 or the lower door assembly 320 is closed according to the current operation mode.
There are many ways to obtain the current indoor temperature, such as detection by a temperature detection device. After the indoor temperature is obtained, comparing the detected current indoor temperature with a preset temperature, wherein the preset temperature can be a reference temperature additionally set by a user or an indoor target temperature set by the user during startup. The cabinet air conditioner controls the upper door assembly 310 and the lower door assembly 320 according to a difference between a current indoor temperature and a preset temperature.
When the absolute value of the difference between the indoor temperature and the preset temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature difference, the upper door assembly 310 or the lower door assembly 320 is closed according to the current operation mode. The absolute value of the difference between the indoor temperature and the preset temperature is smaller than or equal to the first preset temperature difference, which indicates that the indoor environment temperature is not particularly different from the temperature expected by the user at the moment, or that the indoor environment temperature is adjusted more than before starting. At this time, the user does not want some parts to be blown straight, for example, the head does not want to be blown straight by hot air, and the feet do not want to be blown straight by cold air. The upper airless blast may be achieved by closing the upper door assembly 310 or the lower door assembly 320 may be achieved by closing the lower airless blast. That is, the user's needs can be satisfied by controlling the upper door assembly 310 and the lower door assembly 320.
When the absolute value of the difference between the indoor temperature and the preset temperature is larger than the first preset temperature difference, the indoor environment temperature is larger than the temperature expected by the user, or the indoor environment temperature is not adjusted more than before starting. At this time, the user needs to quickly raise and lower the temperature to meet the urgent need of temperature adjustment, so the upper door assembly 310 and the lower door assembly 320 are both in the opened state, so that the air conditioner still supplies air at a high speed.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner is started, in order to quickly adjust the indoor temperature, the cabinet air conditioner supplies air at normal full speed; after the cabinet air conditioner works for a period of time (which is imaginary, does not limit the specific duration, can be several minutes or several hours), acquiring the current indoor temperature, and comparing the current indoor environment temperature with the preset temperature; when the absolute value of the difference between the indoor temperature and the preset temperature is smaller than or equal to the first preset temperature difference, the upper door body assembly 310 or the lower door body assembly 320 is closed according to the current working mode, so that a user enjoys comfort caused by no wind sensation at a proper time.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
