一种永磁电磁阀,它包括阀体,阀体内阀芯,阀芯端部的永磁体,阀体与阀芯间的弹簧,密封圈连接于阀体与接头间,阀体上绕有线圈;当线圈通电时,螺旋线圈产生磁力与永磁体相作用,使永磁体左移动,推动阀芯并压缩弹簧使左边阀体阀口闭合,右边接头阀口打开;当断开线圈电源时,线圈磁力消失,阀芯在弹簧力作用下向右移动封住接头阀口,同时左边阀体阀口打开。本发明去除了常用电磁阀的铁芯与软磁性接头结构,利用永磁体强磁性特性,使电磁阀结构简单,稳定,可靠。

本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是一种电磁阀。
背景技术
电磁阀是利用通电线圈激励产生电磁力,驱动阀芯运动,以开启或关闭阀门,改变流体的流动方向。电磁阀在流体的自动控制及远程控制当中的应用十分广泛。在普通的电磁阀中,通常设置有铁芯与端部软磁体。其结构比较复杂,作用力小,稳定性差,使用中容易发生故障。
发明内容
为了从根本上克服传统电磁阀的结构复杂,稳定性差,作用力小等缺点,本发明提供一种结构简单,稳定可靠,应用更广的新型电磁阀。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种永磁电磁阀,它包括阀体,阀体内阀芯,阀芯端部的永磁体,阀体与阀芯间的弹簧,密封圈连接于阀体与接头间,阀体上绕有线圈;当线圈通电时,螺旋线圈产生磁力与永磁体相作用,使永磁体左移动,推动阀芯并压缩弹簧使左边阀体阀口闭合,右边接头阀口打开;当断开线圈电源时,线圈磁力消失,阀芯在弹簧力作用下向右移动封住接头阀口,同时左边阀体阀口打开。
所述永磁体采用永磁材料做成;阀体,阀芯,密封圈,接头采用非磁性材料做成。
所述阀芯在磁力作用下可密封阀体阀口;阀芯在弹簧力作用下可密封接头阀口。
所述密封圈连接于阀体与接头间,起加强密封作用。
本发明利用永磁体对电磁力相作用的特性,通过开关电源,使线圈通电与不通电,使电磁力产生或消失,在弹簧力的作用下实现阀芯的往复移动,从而实现对电磁阀口的封闭与打开,实现电磁阀门的开合功能。本发明去除了传统电磁阀的铁芯与软磁体结构,利用永磁体强磁力性特征,从而提高了作用力的效率,提高了可靠性,简化结构,节约了成本。

1.一种永磁电磁阀,它包括阀体(1),阀体(1)内阀芯(2),阀芯(2)端部的永磁体(3),阀体(1)与阀芯(2)间的弹簧(4),密封圈(5)连接于阀体(1)与接头(6)间,阀体(1)上绕有线圈(7);当线圈(7)通电时,螺旋线圈(7)产生磁力与永磁体(3)相作用,使永磁体(3)左移动,推动阀芯(2)并压缩弹簧(4)使左边阀体(1)阀口闭合,右边接头(6)阀口打开;当断开线圈(7)电源时,线圈(7)磁力消失,阀芯(2)在弹簧(4)力作用下向右移动封住接头(6)阀口,同时左边阀体(1)阀口打开。
2.依据权利要求1所述的一种永磁电磁阀,其特征在于:永磁体(3)采用永磁材料做成;阀体(1),阀芯(2),密封圈(5),接头(6)采用非磁性材料做成。
3.依据权利要求1所述的一种永磁电磁阀,其特征在于:阀芯(2)在磁力作用下可密封阀体(1)阀口;阀芯(2)在弹簧(4)力作用下可密封接头(6)阀口。
4.依据权利要求1所述的一种永磁电磁阀,其特征在于:密封圈(5)连接于阀体(1)与接头(6)间,起加强密封作用。
5.依据权利要求1所述的一种永磁电磁阀,其特征在于:永磁体(3)在线圈(7)通电时与线圈(7)产生的磁力相作用,使永磁体(3)及阀芯(2)左移;当线圈(7)断电时磁力消失,阀芯(2)在弹簧(4)力作用下向右移。
