After the acid solution is fed completely, the displacing liquid is continuously injected, and the inner cavity of the pipe column is ensured to be filled with the displacing liquid; then the cement truck is turned off, the high pressure above the soluble ball 14 disappears, and the sliding sleeve resetting mechanism pushes the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 to move upwards to shield the liquid outlet 13c of the barrel body and close the acidification liquid outlet channel. Then the well is closed, the upper water injection layer and the lower water injection layer are subjected to acidification reaction, and the soluble ball 14 is dissolved. And the central channel of the switch valve A is unblocked again, and the sealing steel ball can smoothly pass through the central channel of the switch valve A and fall into the sealing ball seat of the acidizing check valve G for setting.
The sliding sleeve resetting mechanism comprises a sliding sleeve spring 16 and a bushing 17, the upper end of the bushing 17 is screwed in an internal thread at the lower end of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15, the lower end of the bushing 17 is inserted into an inner cavity of the switch valve lower joint 18, the sliding sleeve spring 16 surrounds the periphery of the bushing 17, the lower end of the sliding sleeve spring 16 is supported on the upper end surface of the switch valve lower joint 18, and the inner edge of the upper end of the sliding sleeve spring 16 abuts against the lower end surface of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15. When the soluble ball 14 is pressed to drive the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 to move downwards, the lower end of the bushing 17 slides in the central hole of the switch valve lower joint 18, and the function of guiding and stabilizing the sliding sleeve spring 16 is achieved. When the pressure above the soluble ball 14 disappears, the tension of the sliding sleeve spring 16 pushes the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 to move upwards, the inner port of the cylinder liquid outlet 13c is closed, and the acidification liquid outlet channel at the upper layer is closed.
The outer wall of the lower end of the bushing 17 is attached to the inner wall of a central hole of the lower switch valve connector 18, an inner step 18b of the lower switch valve connector is arranged in the middle section of the central hole of the lower switch valve connector, and the distance between the lower end face of the bushing 17 and the inner step 18b of the lower switch valve connector is equal to the distance between the upper end face of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 and the lower edge of the barrel liquid outlet 13c. The lower end of the lining 17 and the center hole of the lower switch valve joint 18 form good matching, so that the guiding of the lining 17 is more precise, when the lower end face of the lining 17 moves downwards and abuts against the inner step 18b of the lower switch valve joint, the upper end face of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 moves downwards to the lower part of the cylinder liquid outlet 13c, the cylinder liquid outlet 13c is completely exposed, on one hand, the smoothness of an acid liquid channel is ensured, and on the other hand, the positioning of the lower stroke of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 is realized.
The inner wall of the switch valve cylinder 13 and the lower end face of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 are parallel and level, a cylinder second inner step 13d is arranged, and the outer edge of the upper end of the sliding sleeve spring 16 abuts against the lower portion of the cylinder second inner step 13d. The second inner step 13d of the cylinder body can assist in positioning the upper stroke of the sliding sleeve spring 16, the concave cavity below the second inner step 13d of the cylinder body provides an accommodating space for the sliding sleeve spring 16, the diameter of the inner hole of the bushing 17 is enlarged as much as possible, and a larger downward passage is provided for the sealing steel ball and a downhole instrument.

The upward leakage gap of the cylinder liquid outlet 13c is sealed by the upper seal ring 15a of the switch valve, and the downward leakage gap of the cylinder liquid outlet 13c is sealed by the middle seal ring 15b of the switch valve, so that the acid liquor cannot leak from the cylinder liquid outlet 13c before the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 moves downwards.
The lower part of the external thread section of the lower switch valve joint 18 is provided with an outer step 18c of the lower switch valve joint, the lower end surface of the switch valve cylinder body 13 is abutted against the outer step 18c of the lower switch valve joint, the upper part of the external thread section of the lower switch valve joint is provided with a lower switch valve joint sealing section, and the periphery of the lower switch valve joint sealing section is embedded with at least two lower switch valve sealing rings 18a to realize sealing with the inner wall of the switch valve cylinder body 13. The outer step 18c of the lower switch valve joint has an axial positioning effect on the screwing of the lower switch valve joint 18, and at least two lower switch valve sealing rings 18a can be installed on the sealing section of the lower switch valve joint, so that the sealing between the lower switch valve joint 18 and the switch valve cylinder body 13 is good.
The inner diameter of the upper end opening of the bell mouth of the switch valve sliding sleeve is equal to the inner diameter of the first inner step 13b of the cylinder body, and the inner diameter of the bushing 17 is equal to the inner diameter of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15 and is larger than the diameter of the sealing steel ball. The upper port of the bell mouth of the switch valve sliding sleeve is smoothly butted with the first inner step 13b of the cylinder body, and the lining 17 is smoothly butted with the inner wall of the switch valve sliding sleeve 15, so that the sealing steel ball or the well descending instrument can smoothly descend.
The acidizing check valve G can be used for positive and negative well flushing before ball injection; an inner sleeve steel ball is put into the acidizing check valve G, and a packer D can be set (a Y341-114 packer can be adopted) by positive pressurization of a cement truck, so that an annulus between an upper water injection layer and a lower water injection layer is separated; and then continuously boosting the pressure to cut off the shear pin, enabling the inner sleeve steel ball and the inner sleeve ball seat to fall into a coating oil pipe K below the sieve pipe H, and enabling the acid liquid to descend along the inner cavity of the pipe column, enter the annular space from the sieve pipe H and then enter a lower water injection layer to acidify the lower water injection layer. After the acid liquid and the displacing liquid in the lower water injection layer are injected, the soluble ball 14 is thrown to seal the central pore passage of the switch valve A, the switch valve A is opened to the annular acid liquid passage, the acid liquid enters the upper water injection layer, and the upper water injection layer is acidified. After the upper water injection layer and the lower water injection layer are acidified, the soluble ball 14 is dissolved, the central hole channel of the switch valve A is communicated, the sealing steel ball is put into the acidified check valve G, so that the function of a conventional check valve is realized, and the layered water injection is realized through the upper eccentric water distributor B and the lower eccentric water distributor E. Only one trip of the pipe column is started, and the layer-by-layer acidification and the separate-layer water injection of two stratums are realized.
