Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a processing method and application thereof, in particular to a laminated processing method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the development of modern industry and high technology, the range and the style of jewelry, ornaments and ornaments made of gold are continuously widened and deepened, particularly, the ornaments and props worn in movie and television dramas are frequently fresh, the exaggerated head ornament shape, the exuberant deity sword, the warrior and the like are all commonly used ornaments in the process of shooting movie and television dramas, in the existing shooting articles and movie and television metal ornaments, silver, copper and red copper are used for manufacturing, solid metal is manufactured, gold plating is also used for coloring, but the cost is high, the self weight is heavy, the exaggerated head ornament shape is often heavy after being pushed against the head of an actor for one day, the cervical vertebra is affected very badly, the metal is oxidized, and sharp edges and corners are not eliminated due to the novelty of the design shape, the body and clothes are easily scratched; therefore, a soft high-imitation metal technology which is extremely similar to metal in appearance and different in internal components and structure appears, and at present, the technology has two defects in the implementation process, one is that thin metal generates metal flying flocks in the attaching process, the solution can be operated by wearing mask eyepatches on an open field, and the flying flocks are extremely fine and cannot cause environmental pollution but are limited by the field; secondly, in the flexible high-imitation metal technology of batch production, the hot-melting glue plays a role in drawing patterns, the storage temperature is not higher than 50 ℃, the solution can be stored in a sunny and shady place, the shooting in the wearing and using process is not affected, but the development of the flexible high-imitation metal ornaments is limited due to the temperature, and the application of the laminated processing method in ornament processing is not reported in documents.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the background technology, the invention provides a laminated processing method, which can creat three steps of exaggeration, freshness and imitation metal with different styles, greatly reduce the oxidation speed, avoid scratching people and objects even if the ornament has exaggeration edges in the design scheme, and greatly reduce the weight of the ornament.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a laminated processing method, comprising the steps of:
s1, design style: drawing a design drawing, printing design draft patterns on thick kraft paper, and filling the parts needing to be hollowed out with a pen;
s2, manufacturing a lining: carving and cutting the required style pattern on the thick kraft paper by using a carving knife and scissors; heating a glue gun, drawing stereoscopic patterns on the cut thick kraft paper layer by layer according to the pattern design or/and drawing patterns by using the glue gun in a superposition manner, fixing a copper wire on the back by using the glue gun for shaping, and thus obtaining the lining;
s3, manufacturing an external decoration: cutting the metal foil into corresponding sizes, uniformly brushing glue on the front surface of the lining, and attaching the metal foil to the lining;
s4, correction: poking and sweeping the metal foil by using two brushes with different sizes to ensure that the metal foil is tightly contacted with the front surface of the lining;
s5, back decoration: and (5) attaching golden propylene or metal foil to the back surface of the lining to obtain the laminated processing product.
The metal foil in step S3 is gold foil, silver foil or copper foil.
Step S4, the correction is to lightly poke and sweep the metal foil with a small brush to make the metal foil tightly attached to the metal foil; the excess foil is then slowly swept away with a slightly larger brush.
The design style in step S1 is designed in mind, in reality, the design draft, pattern, style and size are hand-drawn, the pattern of the design draft is rubbed on the thick kraft paper, and the part to be hollowed out is filled with a black mark pen.
The method is applied to the processing of ornaments.
The ornaments are wearing ornaments, props and armors.
The wearing ornament is one or more of a head ornament, an ear ring, a necklace, a bracelet, a hand chain, a foot chain and a waist chain.
The props are one or more of knives, guns, swords, halters, axes, tomaxes, hooks, forks, maces, hammers, grapples and plastic.
The armor is one or more of a helmet, a chest armor, a shoulder pad, a mantle, a waistband, a knee pad, a battle boot and an armguard.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts thick kraft paper, hot melt adhesive, gold foil, copper foil, silver foil and glue for manufacturing, the weight is reduced in quality, the appearance is consistent with the prior art, and the manufacturing cost is low, for example, a customized flower hair clasp of 20 x 38 needs about 500 yuan if being manually manufactured by copper, but the cost can be more than ten yuan by using a soft imitation metal technology; the metal axe manufactured by the invention is flexible and blunt and very safe.
Detailed Description
The following examples further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention in detail.
The invention comprises the following steps:
s1, design style: drawing a design drawing, printing design draft patterns on thick kraft paper, and filling the parts needing to be hollowed out with a pen;
s2, manufacturing a lining: carving and cutting the required style pattern on the thick kraft paper by using a carving knife and scissors; heating a glue gun, drawing stereoscopic patterns on the cut thick kraft paper layer by layer according to the pattern design or/and drawing patterns by using the glue gun in a superposition manner, fixing a copper wire on the back by using the glue gun for shaping, and thus obtaining the lining;
s3, manufacturing an external decoration: cutting the metal foil into corresponding sizes, uniformly brushing glue on the front surface of the lining, and attaching the metal foil to the lining;
s4, correction: poking and sweeping the metal foil by using two brushes with different sizes to ensure that the metal foil is tightly contacted with the front surface of the lining;
s5, back decoration: and (5) attaching golden propylene or metal foil to the back surface of the lining to obtain the laminated processing product.
The metal foil is gold foil, silver foil or copper foil.
The correction is to lightly poke and sweep the metal foil by a small brush to enable the metal foil to be tightly attached to the metal foil; the excess foil is then slowly swept away with a slightly larger brush.
The design style is designed in mind at first, design draft, patterns, style and size are drawn by hands in reality, the patterns of the design draft are rubbed on thick kraft paper, and the parts needing to be hollowed out are filled with black mark pens.
