In the process of the upward movement of the limiting block 3, the first compression spring 33 can be compressed upwards, meanwhile, when the limiting block 3 moves to the position of the fixed button 19, the fixed button 19 and the limiting teeth 35 in the limiting block 3 are mutually clamped, the fixing of the position of the limiting block 3 is realized, meanwhile, the limiting teeth 35 are uniformly distributed vertically, the position of the limiting block 3 clamped with the fixed button 19 can be controlled, the opening and closing degree of the sealing leaf 22 of the cup opening 11 is realized, when the cup opening 11 is required to be opened completely, the limiting block 3 is separated from the fixed button 19 by pressing the left and right fixed buttons 19, the limiting block 3 automatically resets after receiving the elastic acting force of the first compression spring 33, the fixed button 19 stops being pressed, and the fixed button 19 automatically resets through the second compression spring 110.
