The embodiment of the invention discloses a multifunctional cleaning air-driving device and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the air-driving device comprises an air-driving strip, a cleaning cylinder and a handle, wherein the cross section of the air-driving strip is rectangular, in a runway shape or in an octagonal shape, the cleaning cylinder consists of an upper roller and a lower roller, and the peripheries of the air-driving strip and the cleaning cylinder are both coated with a dust-free cleaning cloth layer; the top of the handle is concavely provided with an upper clamping groove which is correspondingly matched with the lower roller in shape and is provided with openings at two ends, the bottom of the handle is concavely provided with a lower clamping groove which is provided with openings at two ends, the depth of the lower clamping groove is less than the width of the air expelling strip, and the cross section of the lower clamping groove is in an isosceles trapezoid shape with a wide inner part and a narrow outer part; the cleaning cylinder is clamped into the upper clamping groove, and the air expelling strip is clamped into the lower clamping groove. The invention improves the air expelling effect, is not easy to generate poor exposure caused by the fact that air is not expelled, avoids glue crumbling caused by the friction between the air expelling strips and the Mylar, reduces the quality risk and increases the cleaning function; in addition, the invention can be replaced and reused, does not need to be fixed by screws, and is convenient to install and disassemble.

Background
Exposure during the pattern transfer process is essential in the fabrication of PCBs. The types of exposure in the industry at present are also diversified, and manual alignment exposure, automatic alignment exposure (CCD) and laser exposure (LDI) are commonly used. In the conventional manual alignment exposure, the air-driving and cleaning actions are indispensable, and different companies have different auxiliary tools for air-driving and cleaning the panel surface. The common air removing tool is used for recycling the old scraper and the frictioning of the solder mask silk screen printing. And for pre-exposure plate cleaning action, it is often ignored.
At present, a commonly used manual air driving tool uses a solder mask scraper as an air driving strip, and the use defects of the manual air driving tool are that a glue scraping edge is a right angle, and the contact surface with Mylar in the air driving process is limited. If the edge is cut manually, the edge is not flat, and the air expelling effect is affected; and this kind uses old frictioning as driving away gas instrument, and self material is that the colloid directly is used for driving away gas under the condition of not having any processing, drives away and rubs easily to produce with Mylay in the gas in-process and glues the bits of broken glass, has exposure quality risk.

The technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional cleaning and air-driving device and a manufacturing method thereof, so as to improve the exposure quality.
In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention provides a multifunctional cleaning air-expelling device which comprises an air-expelling strip, a cleaning cylinder and a handle, wherein the longitudinal section of the air-expelling strip from top to bottom is rectangular, in a track shape or in an octagonal shape, the cleaning cylinder consists of an upper roller and a lower roller, and the peripheries of the air-expelling strip and the cleaning cylinder are both coated with a dust-free cleaning cloth layer; the top of the handle is concavely provided with an upper clamping groove which is correspondingly matched with the lower roller in shape and is provided with openings at two ends, the bottom of the handle is concavely provided with a lower clamping groove which is provided with openings at two ends, the depth of the lower clamping groove is less than the width of the air expelling strip, and the longitudinal section of the lower clamping groove from top to bottom is in an isosceles trapezoid shape with a wide inner part and a narrow outer part; the cleaning cylinder is clamped into the upper clamping groove, and the air expelling strip is clamped into the lower clamping groove.
Furthermore, a plurality of clamping strips are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower clamping groove of the handle.
Furthermore, the handle is made of an aluminum alloy material, the cleaning barrel is made of an aluminum alloy or PVC material, and the air expelling strip is made of a plastic material with the hardness of over 75 SH.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a manufacturing method of the multifunctional cleaning and air-driving device, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: producing a gas-expelling strip, a cleaning cylinder and a handle;

The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the plate surface cleaning function is added while air is removed; the invention improves the air expelling effect, is not easy to generate poor exposure caused by the fact that air is not expelled, avoids glue crumbling caused by the friction between the air expelling strips and the Mylar, reduces the quality risk and increases the cleaning function; in addition, the invention can be replaced and reused, does not need to be fixed by screws, and is convenient to install and disassemble.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the multifunctional cleaning air-driving device of the embodiment of the invention comprises an air-driving strip 1, a cleaning cylinder 2 and a handle 3.
The longitudinal section of the air-driving strip 1 from top to bottom is rectangular, racetrack-shaped or octagonal, and the cleaning cylinder 2 consists of an upper roller 21 and a lower roller 22. Preferably, the cross-section of the cleaning cartridge 2 is in the shape of two intersecting ellipses. The peripheries of the air expelling strip 1 and the cleaning cylinder 2 are both coated with a dust-free cleaning cloth layer 4. The dust-free cleaning cloth forms a buffer layer capable of buffering and homogenizing pressure on the surface of the air expelling strip 1 and wraps the air expelling strip 1.
The handle 3 is concave to be equipped with the shape and correspond with the lower roll and match just both ends open-ended last draw-in groove in the top, and the concave lower draw-in groove that is equipped with both ends open-ended in bottom, and the degree of depth of lower draw-in groove is less than the width of driving away gas strip 1, and the last down longitudinal section of lower draw-in groove is interior wide outer narrow isosceles trapezoid shape. The cleaning cylinder 2 is clamped into the upper clamping groove, and the air expelling strip 1 is clamped into the lower clamping groove. The embodiment of the invention can be repeatedly used, and is convenient to install and disassemble.
In one embodiment, the handle 3 is symmetrically provided with a plurality of clamping strips 31 at both sides of the lower slot. The clamping strip 31 increases the clamping force of the handle 3 to the air expelling strip 1 and increases the stability of the air expelling strip 1.
In one embodiment, the handle 3 is made of aluminum alloy, the cleaning cylinder 2 is made of aluminum alloy or PVC, and the air expelling strip 1 is made of plastic material with hardness of over 75 SH.
The handle 3 of the embodiment of the invention controls the tightness in a bidirectional linkage manner, does not need screws to adjust the tightness, and is convenient to disassemble or replace.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, a method for manufacturing a multifunctional cleaning and air-driving device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 1: producing a gas-removing strip 1, a cleaning cylinder 2 and a handle 3;
step 2: a layer of dust-free cleaning cloth is wrapped outside the air expelling strip 1 and the cleaning cylinder 2;
and step 3: the wrapped air-expelling strip 1 is clamped into one end of the lower clamping groove of the handle 3, and then the whole air-expelling strip 1 is pushed into the lower clamping groove; the cleaning barrel 2 which is wrapped is clamped into the upper clamping groove from one end of the handle 3, and then the whole cleaning barrel 2 is pushed into the upper clamping groove, so that the multifunctional cleaning and air-expelling device is manufactured.
As an embodiment, step 3 is followed by step 4: pulling the air expelling strip 1 and the cleaning barrel 2 out of the handle 3, detaching the original dust-free cleaning cloth of the air expelling strip 1 and the cleaning barrel 2, and wrapping a new layer of dust-free cleaning cloth outside the air expelling strip 1 and the cleaning barrel 2; the wrapped air-expelling strip 1 is clamped into one end of the lower clamping groove of the handle 3, and then the whole air-expelling strip 1 is pushed into the lower clamping groove; the cleaning barrel 2 which is used for completing the wrapping is clamped into the upper clamping groove from one end of the handle 3, and then the whole cleaning barrel 2 is pushed into the upper clamping groove, so that the replacement of the multifunctional cleaning air driving device is completed.
