Abstract

本发明提供了一种触控显示装置和触控显示器,所述触控显示装置包括触控电极和与所述触控电极相对设置的背光模组,所述背光模组包括背光膜材和支撑所述背光膜材的背光铁框,所述背光膜材设置于所述触控电极与所述背光铁框之间;所述触控电极和所述背光铁框共同电性连接触控信号端,所述触控信号端用于向所述触控电极和所述背光铁框传输触控信号。所述触控电极和所述背光铁框接收相同的触控信号,从而消除所述触控电极和所述触控铁框之间的电容耦合效应,提高触控灵敏性,消除背光膜材的振动噪音。本发明提供的触控显示器包含所述触控显示装置,从而具有所述触控显示装置的优势。

Description

触控显示装置及触控显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种触控显示装置及触控显示器。
背景技术
内嵌式触控显示装置(In Cell Touch Display)是将触控电极集成于显示面板中,并且通过分时驱动的方式实现显示面板的触控功能和显示功能。由于内嵌式触控技术不用在显示面板制程之后再单独制作触控功能层,从而简化了触控显示装置的制程,并且有利于实现显示装置的轻薄化设计。因此,内嵌式触控设计已经成为触控显示装置的主流设计方案。
内嵌式触控技术在液晶显示装置中的应用十分广泛,但同时也存在着诸多问题,其中一个最严重的问题就是触控电极与背光铁框之间的寄生电容问题。如图1所示,液晶显示装置10包括液晶面板LC1和背光模组BL1;其中,触控电极11集成于液晶显示面板LC1中,背光模组BL1包括背光膜材13和支撑所述背光膜材13的背光铁框12。触控电极11和背光铁框12之间会形成虚拟电容器C。由于虚拟电容器C的电容耦合效应,触控电极11上接收到的周期性的触控信号会对虚拟电容器C产生充电和放电的效果,从而影响触控信号对触控电极11的充放电时间,进而影响触控效果。另外,触控信号对虚拟电容器C周期性的充放电作用会引起位于虚拟电容器C中的背光膜层13的震动,从而产生高频噪音,影响产品的使用效果。
发明内容
基于上述现有技术中的不足,本发明对触控显示装置的结构进行改进,将触控电极与背光铁框共同电性连接触控信号输入端,使触控信号可同时对触控电极和背光铁框进行充放电,从而消除触控电极和背光铁框之间形成的虚拟电容器。
本发明提供了一种触控显示装置,包括:
触控电极,电性连接触控信号端;以及
背光模组,与所述触控电极相对设置,所述背光模组包括背光膜材和支撑所述背光膜材的背光铁框,所述背光膜材设置于所述触控电极与所述背光铁框之间,所述背光铁框电性连接所述触控信号端;
所述触控信号端用于向所述触控电极和所述背光铁框传输触控信号。
根据本发明一实施例,所述触控信号端用于向所述触控电极和所述背光铁框传输相同的触控信号。
根据本发明一实施例,所述触控信号端电性连接触控芯片,所述触控芯片用于向所述触控信号端发射触控信号。
根据本发明一实施例,所述触控显示装置还包括液晶显示面板,所述液晶显示面板包括阵列基板、与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板、以及设置于所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层;

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的触控显示装置和触控显示器,通过将触控电极与背光铁框共同电性连接至触控信号端,使触控信号可同时对所述触控电极和所述背光铁框进行充放电操作,以保证所述触控电极和所述背光铁框始终具有相同的电压,消除所述触控电极与所述背光铁框之间的电容耦合效应,达到提高触控显示装置和触控显示器的触控灵敏性和消除背光膜材的振动噪音的效果,提升触控显示装置和触控显示器的产品品质。

本发明实施例提供了一种触控显示装置,通过将所述触控显示装置的触控电极与背光铁框共同电性连接触控信号端,使触控信号可同时对所述触控电极和所述背光铁框进行充放电操作,以解决所述触控电极和所述背光铁框之间因行程虚拟电容器而影响触控效果和产生噪音的问题。
如图2所示,是本发明一实施例提供的触控显示装置示意图。所述触控显示装置包括集成于显示面板LC2中的触控电极21和与所述触控电极21相对设置的背光模组BL2,所述触控电极21用于实现所述触控显示装置的触控功能,所述背光模组BL2用于为所述显示面板LC2提供背光,以实现所述显示面板LC2的显示功能。
所述背光模组BL2包括背光膜材23和用于支撑所述背光膜材23的背光铁框22。所述背光膜材23设置于所述背光铁框22和所述触控电极21之间。所述背光膜材23至少包括用于实现所述背光模组BL2的发光功能和导光功能的发光膜材和导光膜材。可选地,所述背光膜材23包括导光膜层,所述导光膜层包括用于传导光线的导光板和用于扩散光线的扩散板,以保证所述背光模组BL2向所述显示面板LC2提供均匀稳定的光线。所述背光铁框22可以由铁或其它一种或多种金属制成。所述背光铁框22为接地设置,以消除所述背光铁框22表面形成的静电。
所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22均与触控信号端24电性连接。所述触控信号端24用于向所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22传输触控信号。优选地,所述触控信号端24向所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22传输的触控信号相同且同时。应当理解的是,当所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22上具有相同的触控信号(如电压信号)时,所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22之间不会出现电容耦合效应,即消除了所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22之间形成虚拟电容器的风险。由于不存在触控信号对所述虚拟电容器的充放电作用,保证了所述触控显示装置的触控灵敏性,并且解决了所述背光膜材23受周期性的电场作用而产生噪音的问题。
需要说明的是,本发明所述背光铁框22的材质不仅限于铁,还可以是其它单种金属或多种金属形成的合金。
可选地,如图2和图3所示,所述触控信号端24向所述触控电极传输的触控信号为第一信号S21,所述第一信号S21为周期性的方波信号,所述第一信号S21包括第一高压V1和第一低压V2;所述触控信号端24向所述背光铁框22传输的触控信号为第二信号S22,所述第二信号S22为周期性的方波信号,所述第二信号S22包括第二高压V3和第二低压V4;其中,所述第一信号S21与所述第二信号S22具有相同的时序,且V1=V3,V2=V4,从而保证所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22始终具有相同的电压。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述触控信号端24电性连接触控芯片25,所述触控芯片25用于向所述触控信号端24发射触控信号。可选地,所述触控芯片25和所述触控信号端24可以位于所述触控显示装置的非显示区、或显示区的背面或内部,所述触控芯片25和所述触控信号端24可以集成于所述显示面板LC2或所述背光模组BL2上。
可选地,如图4所示,所述触控电极21包含多个触控模块21a,每个所述触控模块21a分别通过导线与所述触控信号端24电性连接,所述触控信号端24与所述触控芯片25电性连接。在进行触控检测时,所述触控芯片25会通过所述触控信号端24向每一个触控模块21a发射触控信号,并通过检测每一个所述触控模块21a的信号变化定位出触控位置,从而实现所述触控显示装置的触控功能。
本发明实施例提供的触控显示装置将所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22共同电性连接所述触控信号端24,使触控信号可同时对所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22进行充放电操作,从而消除触控信号对所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22形成的虚拟电容器的充放电作用,提高了触控显示装置的触控灵敏性,解决了所述背光膜材23因电场的周期性变化而产生噪音的问题。
根据本发明一实施例,如图5所示,所述显示面板LC2为液晶显示面板,所述显示面板LC2包括阵列基板26、与所述阵列基板26相对设置的彩膜基板28、以及设置于所述阵列基板26和所述彩膜基板28之间的液晶层27。
所述触控电极21集成设置于所述阵列基板26中。所述背光模组BL2设置于所述显示面板LC2的背侧,用于为所述显示面板LC2提供背光。所述背光模组BL2包括背光膜材23和用于支撑所述背光膜材23的背光铁框22,所述背光膜材23设置于所述背光铁框22和所述阵列基板26之间。所述背光膜材23至少包括用于实现所述背光模组BL2的发光功能和导光功能的发光膜材和导光膜材。可选地,所述背光膜材23包括导光膜层,所述导光膜层包括用于传导光线的导光板和用于扩散光线的扩散板,以保证所述背光模组BL2向所述显示面板LC2提供均匀稳定的光线。所述背光铁框22可以由铁或其它一种或多种金属制成。所述背光铁框22为接地设置,以消除所述背光铁框22表面形成的静电。
所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22均与所述触控信号端24电性连接。所述触控信号端24与所述触控芯片25电性连接。所述触控芯片25通过所述触控信号端24向所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22传输触控信号。优选地,所述触控芯片25向所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22传输的触控信号相同且同时。应当理解的是,当所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22上具有相同的触控信号(如电压信号)时,所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22之间不会出现电容耦合效应,即消除了所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22之间形成虚拟电容器的风险。由于不存在触控信号对所述虚拟电容器的充放电作用,保证了所述触控显示装置的触控灵敏性,并且解决了所述背光膜材23受周期性的电场作用而产生噪音的问题。
可选地,所述阵列基板26包括阵列排布的多个像素单元、多个薄膜晶体管和金属走线。所述触控电极21可设置于所述阵列基板26靠近所述液晶层27的一侧,或设置于所述阵列基板26远离所述液晶层27的一侧,或设置于所述阵列基板26内部。
可选地,所述彩膜基板28至少包括阵列排布的红、绿、蓝三色色阻单元和设置于相邻所述色阻单元之间的黑色矩阵。所述彩膜基板28用于使所述显示面板LC2实现彩色显示。
根据本发明一实施例,如图6所示,所述显示面板LC2为液晶显示面板,所述显示面板LC2包括阵列基板26、与所述阵列基板26相对设置的彩膜基板28、以及设置于所述阵列基板26和所述彩膜基板28之间的液晶层27。
所述触控电极21集成设置于所述彩膜基板28中。所述背光模组BL2设置于所述显示面板LC2的背侧,用于为所述显示面板LC2提供背光。所述背光模组BL2包括背光膜材23和用于支撑所述背光膜材23的背光铁框22,所述背光膜材23设置于所述背光铁框22和所述阵列基板26之间,所述彩膜基板28与所述背光铁框22分别设置于所述阵列基板26的相对两侧。所述背光膜材23至少包括用于实现所述背光模组BL2的发光功能和导光功能的发光膜材和导光膜材。可选地,所述背光膜材23包括导光膜层,所述导光膜层包括用于传导光线的导光板和用于扩散光线的扩散板,以保证所述背光模组BL2向所述显示面板LC2提供均匀稳定的光线。所述背光铁框22可以由铁或其它一种或多种金属制成。所述背光铁框22为接地设置,以消除所述背光铁框22表面形成的静电。
所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22均与所述触控信号端24电性连接。所述触控信号端24与所述触控芯片25电性连接。所述触控芯片25通过所述触控信号端24向所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22传输触控信号。优选地,所述触控芯片25向所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22传输的触控信号相同且同时。应当理解的是,当所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22上具有相同的触控信号(如电压信号)时,所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22之间不会出现电容耦合效应,即消除了所述触控电极21与所述背光铁框22之间形成虚拟电容器的风险。由于不存在触控信号对所述虚拟电容器的充放电作用,保证了所述触控显示装置的触控灵敏性,并且解决了所述背光膜材23受周期性的电场作用而产生噪音的问题。
可选地,所述阵列基板26包括阵列排布的多个像素单元、多个薄膜晶体管和金属走线。
可选地,所述彩膜基板28至少包括阵列排布的红、绿、蓝三色色阻单元和设置于相邻所述色阻单元之间的黑色矩阵。所述彩膜基板28用于使所述显示面板LC2实现彩色显示。所述触控电极21可设置于所述彩膜基板28靠近所述液晶层27的一侧,或设置于所述彩膜基板28远离所述液晶层27的一侧,或设置于所述彩膜基板28内部。
本发明实施例提供的触控显示装置通过将所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22共同电性连接触控信号端24,使所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22中始终保持相同的电压信号,以消除所述触控电极21和所述背光铁框22之间的电容耦合效应,提高所述触控显示装置的触控灵敏性,并解决所述背光膜材23因电场的周期性变化而产生噪音的问题,提升所述触控显示装置的品质。
本发明实施例还提供了一种触控显示器,所述触控显示器包含了上述实施例所述的触控显示装置,所述触控显示装置的技术特征可参照上述实施例,此处不再赘述。应当理解的是,本实施例提供的触控显示器因为包含了上述实施例提供的触控显示装置,所以具有上述实施例所述的触控显示装置的优势,即可以消除触控电极与背光铁框之间的电容耦合效应,达到提高触控显示器的触控灵敏性和消除背光膜材的振动噪音的效果,提升所述触控显示器的品质。
综上所述,虽然本发明以具体实施例揭露如上,但上述实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种触控显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
触控电极,电性连接触控信号端;以及
背光模组,与所述触控电极相对设置,所述背光模组包括背光膜材和支撑所述背光膜材的背光铁框,所述背光膜材设置于所述触控电极与所述背光铁框之间,所述背光铁框电性连接所述触控信号端;
所述触控信号端用于向所述触控电极和所述背光铁框传输触控信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控信号端用于向所述触控电极和所述背光铁框传输相同的触控信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控信号端电性连接触控芯片,所述触控芯片用于向所述触控信号端发射触控信号。
4.根据权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控显示装置还包括液晶显示面板,所述液晶显示面板包括阵列基板、与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板、以及设置于所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层;
所述触控电极集成于所述液晶显示面板中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控电极集成于所述阵列基板中。
6.根据权利要求4所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控电极集成于所述彩膜基板中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控电极包括一个或多个触控模块,每个所述触控模块分别与所述触控信号端电性连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光膜材至少包括导光膜层,所述导光膜层用于传导或分散所述背光模组发射的光线。
9.根据权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光铁框为接地设置。
10.一种触控显示器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一权利要求所述的触控显示装置。
