The design of the VPX case structure in the current market mostly adopts an integrated case structure or a multi-surface type assembled case structure; the integrated chassis structure is integrally machined and formed by using a single metal part, and then is provided with a corresponding number of cover plates to form a complete VPX chassis, and the structural design has the advantages of high structural strength and good structural heat dissipation performance; the multi-surface assembled case structure is characterized in that the case is divided into a plurality of structural surfaces, each structural surface can be processed independently, different structural surfaces are connected and assembled into a complete VPX case through mounting screws, and the multi-surface assembled case structure has the advantages that the processing difficulty is reduced and the cost is low compared with an integrated case structure on the premise that the mechanical conditions and the heat dissipation requirements of an application environment are met. The common defects of the design of the chassis structure are that the structure universality is poor and the expansion capability is not available, when the signal processing scale of a product is changed, the VPX chassis needs to be customized again, the expenditure of time cost and economic cost is increased, and the practical engineering application is inconvenient.
