Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a terminal device, which includes a housing 100, a camera 200, a first display module 300, and a second display module 400.
The housing 100 is a base member of the terminal device, and the housing 100 can provide a mounting base for other constituent members of the terminal device. The camera 200, the first display module 300, and the second display module 400 are directly or indirectly mounted on the housing 100.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the outer side surface of the casing 100 includes a first mounting surface, a second mounting surface and a side surface, the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are opposite to each other, and the side surface is connected between the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface. The housing 100 has an inner cavity and a through hole opened on a side surface, the through hole communicating with the inner cavity so as to pass the camera 200 therethrough.
The camera 200 is movably disposed on the housing 100, and the camera 200 may be extended into the housing 100 through the through hole or retracted into the housing 100 through the through hole. The camera 200 is a liftable camera, and in a normal case, a driving mechanism is arranged in the inner cavity, and the driving mechanism is connected with the camera 200 in a driving manner, so as to drive the camera 200 to move relative to the housing 100, thereby realizing position switching between the inner cavity and the outside of the housing 100.
The first display module 300 is mounted on the first mounting surface, and the second display module 400 is mounted on the second mounting surface. In general, the first display module 300 may be fixed to the first mounting surface by adhesive bonding, and the second display module 400 may also be fixed to the second mounting surface by adhesive bonding.
In the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are respectively mounted on the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface of the housing 100, so that a double-sided screen terminal device can be formed, the camera 200 is movably disposed on the housing 100, and can extend out of the housing 100 from the inner cavity through the through hole disposed on the side surface or retract into the inner cavity from the outside of the housing 100 with respect to the housing 100, so that the camera 200 does not occupy the mounting surfaces on which the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are mounted, so that the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 can be arranged in a larger area, and the screen occupation ratio of the terminal device can be increased.
As mentioned above, the side surface is connected between the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface, and the terminal device generally has a length and a width, and based on this, the side surface may include two first sub-side surfaces extending along the length direction of the terminal device and distributed oppositely and two second sub-side surfaces extending along the width direction of the terminal device and distributed oppositely. The through hole can be arranged on one first sub-side surface and also can be arranged on the other second sub-side surface.
In order to further increase the screen occupation ratio of the terminal device, in a more preferable scheme, two side edges of the first display module 300 may respectively extend to first sub-sides located at the same side, so that the display area of the first display module 300 can extend to the first sub-sides of the side surfaces.
Similarly, the two side edges of the second display module 400 can also extend to the first sub-side surfaces located on the same side, respectively, so that the display area of the second display module 400 can extend to the first sub-side surfaces of the side surfaces.
In a preferable scheme, two side edges of the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 extend to the first sub-side surface located on the same side, as shown in fig. 2, of course, the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 do not affect each other, for example, a gap may be left between the side edges adjacent to the first display module 300 and the second display module 400, and of course, in this way, the existence of the gap may affect the gripping hand feeling of the user, and meanwhile, the foreign matter is easy to remain, and the appearance performance of the terminal device may also be affected.
Based on this, referring to fig. 3, in the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the side edges of the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 located on the same side are butted, so as to eliminate the gap described above.
In order to better improve the appearance performance of the terminal device after being docked, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first display module 300 may include a first display screen 310 and a first transparent cover plate 320 fixed outside the first display screen 310, specifically, the first transparent cover plate 320 may be fixed on the first display screen 310 by an optical adhesive layer, and the first display screen 310 partially extends to a first sub-side of the side surface.
Similarly, the second display module 400 may include a second display screen 410 and a second transparent cover plate 420 fixed outside the second display screen 410, wherein the second display screen 410 partially extends to the first sub-side of the side surface. Specifically, the second transparent cover plate 420 may also be fixed on the second display screen 410 by an optical adhesive layer. The opposite sides of the first transparent cover plate 320 and the second transparent cover plate 420 are butted and covered on the first sub-side surface, so that the first sub-side surface is covered by the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 together, and the appearance performance of the terminal device can be improved.
To facilitate the laying of the first display 310 between different faces, the first display 310 may be a flexible display. Similarly, the second display screen 410 may also be a flexible display screen.
The first transparent cover plate 320 and the second transparent cover plate 420 are both protection members, and the first transparent cover plate 320 is butted with the second transparent cover plate 420, so that the difficulty in butting the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 can be undoubtedly reduced.
The first transparent cover 320 plays a role of protecting the first display screen 310, the second transparent cover 420 plays a role of protecting the second display screen 410, and both the first transparent cover 320 and the second transparent cover 420 are made of a transparent material, for example, both the first transparent cover 320 and the second transparent cover 420 may be glass covers, or certainly, transparent resin covers, etc., and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific materials of the first transparent cover 320 and the second transparent cover 420.
In order to improve the butt joint effect, in a preferable scheme, the first transparent cover plate 320 and the second transparent cover plate 420 are welded to the side edges on the same side, as shown in fig. 3, after the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are mounted on the housing 100, the welding device 700 may be used to weld the opposite side edges of the first transparent cover plate 320 and the second transparent cover plate 420, so that the first transparent cover plate 320 and the second transparent cover plate 420 form a whole, which undoubtedly can further improve the appearance performance of the terminal device.
In the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the housing 100 may be various, and in a general case, the housing 100 may include an upper motherboard cover 110 and a lower motherboard cover 120, where the upper motherboard cover 110 and the lower motherboard cover 120 are in butt joint and form an inner cavity of the housing. Specifically, the first display module 300 may be mounted on the motherboard upper cover 110, and the second display module 400 may be mounted on the motherboard lower cover 120. As shown in fig. 1, the battery 500, the main board 600, and other components of the terminal device are mounted in the internal cavity.
The main board upper cover 110 and the main board lower cover 120 may be detachably and fixedly connected by a screw connection. In order to achieve better dustproof and waterproof effects, in a more preferable scheme, a waterproof adhesive layer 130 may be disposed between the main board upper cover 110 and the main board lower cover 120, and the waterproof adhesive layer 130 may be a double-sided adhesive layer. Under the circumstances, the waterproof glue layer 130 not only can play a role in assisting in connecting the motherboard upper cover 110 and the motherboard lower cover 120, but also can be filled in a butt joint gap formed by the motherboard upper cover 110 and the motherboard lower cover 120, thereby playing a role in dust prevention and water prevention.
The terminal equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises a first display module 300 and a second display module 400, wherein the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are respectively arranged on a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface which are distributed on the shell 100 in a back-to-back manner, so that the terminal equipment forms double-sided screen terminal equipment. In this case, the terminal device has no division between the front side and the rear side. Based on this, the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are both connected to the camera 200, and both can display the captured image of the camera 200.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the second display module 400 faces the user, the camera 200 faces the side of the first display module 300, in this case, the camera 200 is equivalent to a rear camera in the existing terminal device to shoot, and the second display module 400 presents a long-range shot image. After the user rotates the terminal device, the first display module 300 can face the user, and the camera 200 also faces the user, in this case, the first display module 300 presents a self-portrait image of the user, and in this case, the camera 200 is equivalent to a front camera in the existing terminal device.
It is obvious from the above description that, in the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, both the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 have a function of presenting images captured by the camera 200, so that the terminal device does not need to configure a front camera and a rear camera at the same time, and finally, the number of cameras configured in the terminal device can be reduced, which not only can simplify the structure of the terminal device, but also can reduce the manufacturing cost of the terminal device.
The terminal device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, a game machine, a wearable device (such as a smart watch) and other terminal devices, and the specific type of the terminal device is not limited by the embodiment of the invention.
