Further, the PCBA may be locked to the rear case 200 by a positioning member to form a second assembly with the rear case 200, for example, the positioning member may be an embedded staple or a screw, and correspondingly, the rear case 200 is provided with a positioning hole or a positioning slot for cooperating with the positioning member.
In one embodiment, before step S400, the first assembly member and the second assembly member may be arranged on two sides of the turning axis L for the convenience of assembling by an operator, and the first assembly member and the second assembly member may be assembled in other manners, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Next, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in step S400, the first assembly or the second assembly is turned over to complete the assembly of the display device 10. As mentioned in the above embodiments, since the hook assembly 201 is disposed inside the rear housing 200, and the middle frame 100 is correspondingly disposed with the engaging hole (or the engaging groove) 1011, or when the first assembly or the second assembly is turned over to another assembly, the operator engages the hook assembly 201 with the engaging hole (or the engaging groove) 1011 to complete the assembly.
In one embodiment, the display device 10 further includes a bottom fixing member disposed at the bottom of the display device 10 body for protecting circuit elements between the display panel 300 and the rear case 200. Specifically, the Circuit elements between the display panel 300 and the rear case 200 may be elements such as a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC), which can be used to electrically connect the display panel 300 and the PCBA, and in this embodiment, the bottom fixing member may also protect wires such as an FPC from being entangled in the assembly gap between the middle frame 100 and the rear case 200; in addition, the bottom fixing member may be an angle iron structure designed according to the size specification of the display device 10, and may also be a metal or plastic part conforming to the size specification, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In summary, the assembly method of the display device 10 applied to the display device 10 provided by the present invention is to fix the display panel 300 on the middle frame 100, the rear shell 200 is directly wrapped on the middle frame 100 and the display panel 300, and the rear shell 200 and the middle frame 100 are fixed by the hook and the engaging hole 1011. Therefore, the display device 10 of the present invention can fix the display panel 300 and position the backlight module 400 by the cooperation between the middle frame 100 and the rear case 200, and a rubber frame is not required, so that the display device 10 is lighter and thinner as a whole, and meanwhile, the stability and firmness of assembly are ensured by the engagement structure between the middle frame 100 and the rear case 200. In addition, the assembly of the display device 10 is simpler due to the turnover assembly mode, and the manufacturing cost and the labor cost of the display device 10 are effectively reduced.

Claims (8)

1. A display device, characterized in that the display device comprises:
a display panel;
a middle frame for fixing the display panel; and
the rear shell is used for coating the display panel and the middle frame and accommodating the display panel and the middle frame;
the inner wall of the rear shell is provided with a clamping hook component, the middle frame is correspondingly provided with a clamping hole or a clamping groove, and the clamping hook component is matched with the clamping hole or the clamping groove so as to fixedly connect the middle frame and the rear shell;
wherein, the middle frame and the rear shell are rotationally connected through a rotating component, so that the middle frame or the rear shell can be turned over by the rotating component.
2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the display panel is carried on the middle frame, an accommodating space for disposing a backlight module is formed between the middle frame and the display panel.
3. The display device of claim 1, further comprising:
the backlight module is fixed on the middle frame and used for providing a light source for the display panel;
a printed circuit board assembly fixed to the rear case, the printed circuit board assembly being used to supply power to the display panel and/or control the display panel;
wherein, the light-emitting surface of the backlight module faces the display panel.
4. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the hook assembly is disposed on the upper side and/or left and right sides of the inner wall of the rear housing; the clamping hole or the clamping groove is arranged on the middle frame corresponding to the position of the clamping hook component.
5. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rotation assembly comprises a hinge member and/or a shaft member;
wherein, the hinge element and/or the rotating shaft element are correspondingly arranged at the lower sides of the middle frame and the rear shell.
6. The display device of claim 1, further comprising:
and the bottom fixing piece is arranged at the bottom of the display device body and used for protecting the flexible circuit board between the display panel and the rear shell.
7. A method of assembling a display device, the method comprising:
fixedly arranging a display panel on the first surface of the middle frame;
fixedly arranging the backlight module on the second surface of the middle frame to form a first assembly part;
disposing a printed circuit board assembly in the rear housing to form a second assembly; and
the middle frame and the rear shell are rotationally connected through a rotating component, so that the middle frame or the rear shell can be turned over through the rotating component, and the first assembly part or the second assembly part is turned over to complete assembly;
the inner wall of the rear shell is provided with a clamping hook component, the middle frame is correspondingly provided with a clamping hole or a clamping groove, and the clamping hook component is matched with the clamping hole or the clamping groove so as to fixedly connect the middle frame and the rear shell.
8. A method of assembling a display device according to claim 7, wherein after "flipping the first assembly or the second assembly to complete assembly", the method further comprises:
and a bottom fixing piece is assembled at the bottom of the display device body and used for protecting the flexible circuit board between the display panel and the rear shell.
