Description

Water-gas separator for vehicle air detection device and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle air detection, in particular to a water-gas separator applied to a vehicle air detection device and application thereof.
Background
From the birth of the first vehicle in the world, automobiles have become a tool for most people to walk. People drive the vehicle to go to and from work on weekdays, and people drive the vehicle to go out on weekends. That is, for the vehicle owner, there is a substantial period of time for each day to stay in the vehicle.
The vehicle is a relatively airtight space, the firm outer shell of the vehicle gives the driver in the vehicle a sense of safety, so that the user can go to the destination without wind and rain, meanwhile, due to the fact that the vehicle is fast in moving speed and can pass through a plurality of areas in a short time, the air flow in the vehicle is limited and complicated due to the fact that the vehicle is of a relatively sealed structure, the air flow in the vehicle is reduced while the user and the outside keep a certain isolation, however, the air in the vehicle always comes from the air outside the vehicle, once the air quality outside the vehicle is poor, the air quality in the vehicle is affected, the complexity of the air is caused by the variability of the air areas in the vehicle path area, and the air with different quality in different areas can affect the air environment in the vehicle as the vehicle passes through different areas.
Vehicles are often provided with an air quality detector by which the air quality in the vehicle is monitored in real time in order to react in time, for example, when the air quality detector detects a poor air quality in the vehicle, an air cleaner is activated for cleaning the air in the vehicle.
Most air quality detectors in the market detect air quality based on a laser scattering principle, namely, laser irradiates on suspended particles in air to generate scattering, and meanwhile, scattered light is collected at a certain specific angle to obtain a curve of the change of scattered light intensity with time, so that the equivalent particle size of the particles in the air and the number of the particles with different particle sizes in unit volume, such as the values of PM2.5 and PM10, are obtained by using an algorithm based on Mie theory.
A problem with conventional air quality detectors is that not only can the air quality detector detect contaminant particles in the air, but also moisture particles in the air can be detected by the air quality detector, especially in the case of high air humidity, which can directly affect the accuracy and effectiveness of the air quality detection results, and even the service life of the air quality detector itself.

Referring to fig. 1 through 2A and 2B of the drawings of the specification, a moisture separator 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The moisture separator 10 is capable of filtering large particulate matter in air and separating moisture in air, particularly in high humidity environments.
Specifically, the moisture separator 10 includes an outer housing 110 and a filter 120, wherein the outer housing 110 surrounds a ventilation channel 1100, wherein the outer housing 110 has a first opening 1101 and a second opening 1102, wherein the filter 120 is retained in the ventilation channel 1100. The moisture separator 10 has a ventilation chamber 1110, wherein the ventilation chamber 1110 is formed between an outer wall of the filter 120 and an inner wall of the outer housing 110.
The filter element 120 includes a filter sidewall 121 and a bottom wall 122, and has a filter cavity 1200 and a plurality of micro holes 1210, wherein the micro holes 1210 are formed in the filter sidewall 121, the filter sidewall 121 and the bottom wall 122 surround the filter cavity 1200, the micro holes 1210 are formed in the filter sidewall 121, the filter cavity opening is directly connected to the first opening 1101, the bottom wall 122 is formed at an end of the filter sidewall 121 adjacent to the second opening 1102, and air enters the filter cavity 1200 through the first opening 1101, reaches the ventilation cavity 1110 after passing through the micro holes 1210 of the filter sidewall 121, and leaves the moisture separator from the second opening 1102.
That is, air directly enters the filter chamber 1200 from the first opening 1101 of the outer case 110, the bottom wall 122 of the filter 120 plays a role of blocking the flow of the air in the air proceeding direction, and the air flows out in the radial direction of the filter 120 and then enters the ventilation chamber 1110 between the outer case 110 and the filter 120. In this process, the filter sidewall 121 of the filter 120 serves as a filter for air.
In other words, air enters the filter chamber 1200 from the first opening 1101, and flows in the radial direction of the filter 120 due to the blocking effect of the bottom wall 122 of the filter 120 and the conductive effect of the micro holes 1210 of the filter sidewall 121. With respect to the ventilation channel 1100 of the outer housing 110, air passes through the filter side wall 121 of the filter element 120 in a radial flow in the ventilation channel 1100. The radial direction is here with respect to the axis of the ventilation channel 1100. Preferably, the outer housing 110 and the filter 120 are located on the same axis.
Specifically, when air is drawn into the filter chamber 1200 from the first opening 1101 of the outer housing 110, under the influence of the wall of the filter 120, larger particles in the air can be trapped in the filter 120, and a large portion can enter the ventilation chamber 1110 between the filter 120 and the outer housing 110 through the micro-holes 1210 of the filter sidewall 121 of the filter 120. The micro holes 1210 are configured to have a predetermined size, and when the micro holes 1210 are large, the particle diameter capable of passing through the micro holes 1210 is correspondingly large, and when the micro holes 1210 are small, the particle diameter capable of passing through the micro holes 1210 is correspondingly small.
Further, when moisture in the air encounters a blocking effect of the filter 120 during a flow from the filter cavity 1200 to the ventilation cavity 1110, the moisture interacts during a contact with the filter sidewall 121 portion of the filter 120 around the micro holes 1210, so that a portion of the moisture in the air may adhere to the filter sidewall 121, reducing the moisture content in the air, thereby reducing an influence on an operation accuracy of an air detection device in a subsequent operation.
The moisture separator 10 further includes a first connection member 130 and a second connection member 140, wherein the first connection member 130 is connected to the second opening 1102 of the outer case 110 and one end of the first connection member 130 is connected to the outside, the other end is connected to the ventilation chamber 1110, wherein the second connection member 140 is connected to the first opening 1101 of the outer case 110 and one end of the second connection member 140 is connected to the outside, and the other end is connected to the filter chamber 1200.
The moisture separator 10 can be used in combination with other devices connected thereto by the first and second connection members 130 and 140 at both ends of the outer housing 110.
Further, the first connecting member 130 includes a side wall 131 and a top wall 132, and has at least one through hole 133, wherein the top wall 132 is formed at an end of the side wall 131 adjacent to the filter 120, and the through hole 133 is formed at an end of the side wall 131 adjacent to the top wall 132. The through hole 133 of the first connecting member 130 is directly connected to the ventilation chamber 1110, so that air enters the filter chamber 1200 from the first opening 1101 to reach the ventilation chamber 1110, and then leaves the moisture separator through the through hole 133 of the side wall 131 of the first connecting member 130.
Specifically, the first connecting member 130 has a first air supply passage 1300, wherein the side wall 131 and the top wall 132 surround the first air supply passage 1300, and air enters the first air supply passage 1300 of the first connecting member 130 through the through hole 133. The top wall 132 and the side wall 131 of the first connector 130 provide a barrier to air, which can only pass through the through hole 133 of the first connector 130 to the outside.
The second connecting member 140 has a second air supply passage 1400, wherein the second air supply passage 1400 communicates with the outside and the filter cavity 1200, and the second air supply passage 1400 does not directly communicate with the ventilation cavity 1110, but communicates with the ventilation cavity 1110 through the filter cavity 1200.
In some examples of the invention, the filter 120 is coupled to the second coupling 140. The filter 120 may be integrally extended to the second connecting member 140 or may be detachably connected to the second connecting member 140. In other examples of the invention, the filter 120 is coupled to the first coupling member 130. The filter 120 may be integrally extended to the first connecting member 130 or may be detachably connected to the first connecting member 130.
Further, the moisture separator 10 has a storage chamber 1120 for storing moisture trapped from the filter 120.
Further, the moisture separator 10 includes a drain valve 150 and has at least one drain port 1500 and a port 1510, wherein the port 1510 is used for connecting the drain valve 150, and the drain port 1500 is formed around the port 1510 for draining water outwards. The drain port 1500 and the port 1510 are formed at a side wall 131 of the outer case 110, and the drain valve 150 is reciprocally movably connected to the port 1510. With the movement of the drain valve 150, the drain valve 150 switches between a closed state and an open state. When the drain valve 150 is in the closed state, moisture can flow from the drain port 1500 to the outside, and when the drain valve 150 is in the open state, moisture cannot flow from the drain port 1500 to the outside.
It should be noted that, when more moisture is stored in the drain valve 150, the drain valve 150 moves by gravity of the moisture so that the moisture is discharged from the drain port 1500, and when less moisture is stored in the drain valve 150, the drain valve 150 closes the drain port 1500 to store more moisture.
Specifically, the drain valve 150 includes a connection rod 151 and a closing cap 152, and the connection rod 151 is disposed to extend outward from one side of the closing cap 152. The connecting rod 151 includes a connecting rod body 1511 and a blocking end 1512, wherein the blocking end 1512 is disposed at one end of the connecting rod body 1511, and the blocking end 1512 is sized larger than the interface 1510, the connecting rod body 1511 being sized to the interface 1510 to enable the connecting rod body 1511 to move back and forth across the interface 1510. The closure 152 is configured to be larger than the port 1510. The blocking end 1512 and the closing cap 152 are respectively located at both ends of the connecting rod body 1511 so that the drain valve 150 can be held at the interface 1510 without being separated from the interface 1510. When the drain valve 150 is in the closed state, the closing cap 152 covers all of the drain openings 1500 so that moisture cannot be drained, and when the drain valve 150 is in the open state, the closing cap 152 of the drain valve 150 is separated from the drain openings 1500 so that moisture is drained from the drain openings 1500.
It should be noted that the drain valve 150 can drain water automatically. This reduces the time cost for the user to pay attention to whether the moisture separator 10 requires draining.
Specifically, the blocking end 1512 of the drain valve 150 is located in the ventilation channel 1100 of the outer housing 110, the closing cap 152 is located outside the outer housing 110, and a side of the closing cap 152 facing the outer housing 110 communicates with the ventilation channel 1100, and a side of the closing cap 152 facing away from the outer housing 110 communicates with the outside.
When the moisture separator 10 is in operation, the pressure on both sides inside and outside the outer housing 110 is different due to the influence of the flow rate of the gas, and the pressure on the outside of the outer housing 110 is greater than the pressure on the inside of the outer housing 110, so that the closing cap 152 is subjected to a force from the outside of the outer housing 110 toward the inside of the outer housing 110, so that the closing cap 152 can be closely attached to the outer housing 110. During this process, the closure cap 152 can prevent moisture from flowing out of the drain port 1500.
For the closure 152, which maintains the equilibrium between the forces provided by the gravity of the closure 152 itself and the internal and external air pressure differential, once the gravity of the moisture retained at the closure 152 adds to the force provided by the closure 152 itself in excess of the internal and external air pressure differential, the closure 152 will move away from the drain 1500 such that moisture is automatically drained from the drain 1500.
It should be noted that the change in the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the vehicle during opening and closing of the vehicle door or window also causes the closing cap 152 to switch between the closed state and the open state.
Preferably, the water-gas separation device 10 is adapted to be used in a horizontal state to allow moisture to reach the drain valve 150 by gravity. The horizontal state herein means that the outer housing 110 and the filter 120 are at a horizontal position so that air enters the moisture separator 10 in a horizontal direction.

The outer housing 110 surrounds the ventilation channel 1100, wherein the outer housing 110 has a first opening 1101 and a second opening 1102, and air enters the ventilation channel 1100 through the first opening 1101 and then exits the ventilation channel 1100 through the second opening 1102. The outer housing 110 has a vent lumen 1110, wherein the vent lumen 1110 is formed between an outer wall of the filter 120 and an inner wall of the outer housing 110. The filter 120 includes a filter sidewall 121 and a bottom wall 122, and has a filter cavity 1200 and a plurality of micro holes 1210, wherein the filter sidewall 121 surrounds the filter cavity 1200, the micro holes 1210 form the filter sidewall 121, the filter cavity opening is connected to the first opening 1101, the bottom wall 122 is formed at an end of the filter sidewall 121 adjacent to the second opening 1102, the air passes through the first opening 1101 to the filter cavity 1200, passes through the micro holes 1210 of the filter sidewall 121 to reach the ventilation cavity 1110, and leaves the water vapor separator 10 from the second opening 1102 to the air detection body 20.
Moisture can be trapped by the filtering sidewall 121 of the filter 120, and in this way, the influence of moisture in the air on the detection result of the air detection body 20 can be reduced, especially in the case of high humidity.
The air detection device 1 further comprises a humidity detector 30, wherein the humidity detector 30 is disposed between the air detection body 20 and the moisture separator 10, and the humidity detector 30 is used for detecting the humidity of the air after being filtered by the moisture separator 10.
The air detection device 1 further comprises a processor 40, wherein the processor 40 is connected between the air detection body 20 and the moisture separator 10 in a manner of controlling the on-off state of the air detection body 20 and the moisture separator 10, and when a humidity value detected by the humidity detector 30 exceeds a preset value, the processor 40 cuts off the connection between the air detection body 20 and the moisture separator 10 so as to ensure that moisture in the air has less influence on the air detection body 20.
It should be understood that the number of the humidity detectors 30 is not limited to one, and in some embodiments of the present invention, one of the humidity detectors 30 is disposed in the first opening 1101 of the moisture separator 10, and the other of the humidity detectors 30 is disposed in the second opening 1102 of the moisture separator 10, and whether the moisture separator 10 is in a normal operation state can be determined by the detected humidity values of the front and rear humidity detectors 30.
The humidity detector 30 is communicatively coupled to a dehumidifier 50, and when the humidity detector 30 detects a humidity value exceeding a predetermined value, a signal is sent to the dehumidifier 50, and the dehumidifier 50 is activated or powered up to reduce the air humidity.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier 50 is an external device, such as an on-board dehumidifier 50, and the on-board dehumidifier 50 is communicatively connected to the humidity detector 30.
According to further embodiments of the present invention, the air detection device 1 may further comprise the dehumidifier 50, the dehumidifier 50 being communicatively connected to the humidity detector 30.
The dehumidifier 50 may be disposed between the air detection body 20 and the moisture separator 10, and may be communicably connected to the air detection body 20 and the moisture separator 10, respectively. When the dehumidifier 50 is respectively connected to the air detection body 20 and the water-gas separator 10, the air processed by the water-gas separator 10 is dehumidified by the dehumidifier 50 and then reaches the air detection body 20, so as to prevent the air with too high humidity from entering the air detection body 20, thereby affecting the normal operation of the air detection body 20.
The humidity detector 30 is disposed after the dehumidifier 50, that is, the humidity detector 30 can detect the humidity value of the dehumidified air.

The moisture separator 10 further comprises at least one connector 160 and a hose 170, wherein the connector 160 is adapted to be connected to the moisture separator 10 and the air detection body 20, different angles of the moisture separator 10 and the air detection body 20 can be achieved by using different connectors 160, for example, 180 ° connectors 160 are used, the moisture separator 10 and the air detection body 20 can be at the same level, and the hose 170 is adapted to be connected to the moisture separator 10 and the air detection body 20, and also adapted to be connected to the dehumidifier 50 and the moisture separator 10 or the dehumidifier 50 and the air detection body 20. The hose 170 may also be disposed at the first opening 1101 of the water vapor separator, and the hose 170 may be extended outward when the water vapor separator 10 is fixed at a predetermined position, so that external air may reach the water vapor separator 10 through the hose 170.
Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, there is shown a modified embodiment of the moisture separator 10 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the above embodiment in that the filter 120.
The moisture separator 10 includes an outer housing 110 and a filter 120 and has a ventilation channel 1100, wherein the filter 120 is held in the ventilation channel 1100.
The filter 120 includes a filter sidewall 121 and a bottom wall 122, and has a filter cavity 1200 and a plurality of micro holes 1210, wherein the filter sidewall 121 and the bottom wall 122 surround the filter cavity 1200, the micro holes 1210 are formed in the filter sidewall 121, and the filter cavity opening is formed at an end adjacent to the second connecting member 140, so that air directly enters the filter cavity 1200 from the first opening 1101.
The filtering sidewall 121 is configured as a concave curved surface structure. The filter sidewall 121 includes a first portion filter sidewall 1211 and a second portion filter sidewall 1212, wherein the junction of the first portion filter sidewall 1211 and the second portion filter sidewall 1212 is configured to be concave toward the ventilation channel 1100. The first partial filter sidewall 1211 is disposed adjacent to the first opening 1101 and the second partial filter sidewall 1212 is disposed adjacent to the second opening 1102.
When air enters the filter cavity 1200 from the first opening 1101, the air first contacts the first portion filtering side wall 1211, and the first portion filtering side wall 1211 and the air advancing direction form an acute angle, so that the air encounters the first portion filtering side wall 1211 immediately after entering the filter cavity 1200, and moisture in the air can be trapped by the first portion filtering side wall 1211. It is noted that, when the moisture separator 10 is horizontally disposed, the angle between the first portion filtering sidewall 1211 and the vertical direction is an acute angle, so that the moisture trapped on the first portion filtering sidewall 1211 more easily leaves the first portion filtering sidewall 1211. Another portion of the air that does not encounter the obstruction of the first portion filtering sidewall 1211 continues to travel until it encounters the obstruction from the bottom wall 122, and the air changes direction of travel from the second portion filtering sidewall 1212 out of the filter cavity 1200 toward the vent cavity 1110. Likewise, when the moisture separator 10 is horizontally disposed, the angle between the first portion filtering sidewall 1211 and the vertical is an acute angle such that moisture trapped in the second portion filtering sidewall 1212 more easily exits the second portion filtering sidewall 1212 by gravity.
The outer housing 110 has a storage cavity 1120, and moisture trapped by the filter 120 is retained in the storage cavity 1120. When the moisture separator 10 is in a horizontal use state, i.e. the filter 120 is in a horizontal position, the two ends of the outer housing 110 are located at the same horizontal position, the storage chamber 1120 is formed at the lower portion of the ventilation channel 1100 of the outer housing 110, and the moisture trapped by the filter 120 naturally falls to the storage chamber 1120 under the action of gravity.
The first connecting member 130 includes a side wall 131 and a top wall 132, and has at least one through hole 133, wherein the top wall 132 is formed at an end of the side wall 131 adjacent to the filter member 120, and the through hole 133 is formed at an end of the side wall 131 adjacent to the top wall 132. The first connecting member 130 has a first air supply passage 1300, and the second connecting member 140 has a second air supply passage 1400.
The moisture separator 10 includes a drain valve 150 and has at least one drain port 1500 and a port 1510, wherein the port 1510 is used for connecting the drain valve 150, and the drain port 1500 is formed around the port 1510 for draining water outwards. The drain valve 150 includes a connection rod 151 and a closing cap 152, and the connection rod 151 is disposed to extend outward from one side of the closing cap 152.
Referring to fig. 5A, a modified embodiment of the moisture separator 10 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the present embodiment is different from the above embodiment in the drain port 1500.
The drain port 1500 is formed at a housing sidewall 111 of the housing case 110, and the drain port 1500 is positioned to be formed to protrude outward from the housing sidewall 111 such that the drain port 1500 is located at a lower position of the housing sidewall 111, whereby moisture can be collected to the drain port 1500 by gravity. It will also be appreciated that the housing sidewall 111 has at least one guide sidewall 1111, such as an incline or arc, such that moisture is automatically guided along the guide sidewall 1111 to the drain port 1500 due to gravity. In this embodiment, the drain port 1500 is located near the second opening 1102.
Referring to fig. 5B, a modified embodiment of the moisture separator 10 according to the present invention is different from the above embodiment in that the drain port 1500 is located, in this example, below the filter 120 so that water is separated from the filter 120 and directly goes to the drain port 1500.
Referring to fig. 6, a moisture separator 10 according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
The moisture separator 10 includes an outer housing 110, a filter 120 and has a ventilation channel 1100, a first opening 1101 and a second opening 1102, wherein the outer housing 110 surrounds the ventilation channel 1100, the filter 120 is held in the ventilation channel 1100, and air enters the ventilation channel 1100 from the first opening 1101 and exits the ventilation channel 1100 from the second opening 1102. The filter 120 includes a filter sidewall 121 and a bottom wall 122, and has a filter cavity 1200, wherein the bottom wall 122 covers one end of the filter sidewall 121, the filter sidewall 121 surrounds the filter cavity 1200, and the filter cavity opening is formed at the other end of the filter sidewall 121.
The filter cavity mouth is directed towards the second opening 1102 and the bottom wall 122 of the filter 120 is directed towards the first opening 1101. The moisture separator 10 has a ventilation chamber 1110, wherein the ventilation chamber 1110 is formed between the filter 120 and the outer housing 110, and the ventilation chamber 1110 is directly connected to the first opening 1101 such that air directly enters between the filter 120 and the outer housing 110 through the first opening 1101. The vent lumen 1110 is indirectly connected to the second opening 1102 such that air passes through the filter lumen 1200 to reach the second opening 1102 after reaching the vent lumen 1110.
Specifically, the filter 120 has a plurality of micro holes 1210, wherein the micro holes 1210 are formed in the filter sidewall 121 of the filter 120. During use of the moisture separator 10, when air enters the ventilation chamber 1110 directly from the first opening 1101, a portion of the moisture is blocked by the filter sidewall 121 of the filter element 120, is blocked near the micro-holes 1210, and the remaining air enters the filter chamber 1200 of the filter element 120 through the micro-holes 1210 of the filter sidewall 121 of the filter element 120 and exits the moisture separator 10 through the second opening 1102.
During this process, some of the large particles in the air are also blocked outside the filter 120, such as large particles of hair, gravel, etc. The filter 120 not only filters moisture in the air, but also filters large particulate impurities having a larger particle size than the micropores 1210 in the air.
Preferably, in this example, the moisture separator 10 is used in a vertical position, i.e. the air inlet direction and the air outlet direction are both in a vertical direction. The weight of the water blocked by the filtering sidewall 121 of the filtering member 120 increases as the number increases, and the water drops down to the lower end of the outer case 110 along the filtering sidewall 121 after accumulating a certain volume.
The outer housing 110 has a storage cavity 1120, wherein the storage cavity 1120 is formed at an end of the outer housing 110 adjacent to the first opening 1101, and moisture trapped by the filter 120 is retained to the storage cavity 1120. When the moisture separator 10 is in a vertical use state, i.e. the filter element 120 is located in a vertical position, the end of the outer housing 110 adjacent to the first opening 1101 is located at a lower end, and the moisture trapped by the filter element 120 naturally falls to the storage cavity 1120 under the action of gravity. The storage chamber 1120 is formed around the first opening 1101, and is formed by an end of the outer case 110 adjacent to one end of the first opening 1101.
The moisture separator 10 further includes a first connection member 130 and a second connection member 140, wherein the first connection member 130 is connected to the first opening 1101 of the outer housing 110 and one end of the first connection member 130 is connected to the outside, the other end is connected to the ventilation chamber 1110, wherein the second connection member 140 is connected to the second opening 1102 of the outer housing 110 and one end of the second connection member 140 is connected to the air detection body and the other end is connected to the filter chamber 1200.
The through hole 133 of the first connector 130 is directly connected to the ventilation cavity 1110. The first connecting member 130 is received in the first opening 1101, and air directly enters the ventilation chamber 1110 through the through hole 133 of the first connecting member 130 and exits the moisture separator 10 through the micro holes 1210 of the filtering sidewall 121 of the filtering member 120. In this example, the top wall 132 of the first connector 130 is supported to the bottom wall 122 of the filter 120.
Specifically, the first connecting member 130 has a first air supply passage 1300, wherein the side wall 131 and the top wall 132 surround the first air supply passage 1300, and air enters the first air supply passage 1300 of the first connecting member 130 through the through hole 133. The top wall 132 and the side wall 131 of the first connector 130 provide a barrier to air, which can only pass through the through hole 133 of the first connector 130 to the ventilation channel 1100 of the outer housing 110.
It should be noted that the first connecting member 130 serves as a buffer for the incoming air, and the flow direction of the air is changed from the first air supply passage 1300 along the first connecting member 130 to the radial direction of the first air supply passage 1300 through the through hole 133 of the first connecting member 130, so that the air passes through the micro holes 1210 of the filtering sidewall 121 of the filtering member 120 at an angle. That is, the air flow direction is at an angle to the filter sidewall 121 within the ventilation cavity 1110. As the air suddenly changes in the flow direction of the ventilation chamber 1110, the air movement is more intense, and moisture in the air is more easily condensed so as to be trapped by the filtering sidewall 121. In other words, the water filtering efficiency of the filter 120 is increased by the first connector 130.
Further, the moisture separator 10 includes a drain valve 150 and has at least one drain port 1500 and a port 1510, wherein the port 1510 is used for connecting the drain valve 150, and the drain port 1500 is formed around the port 1510 for draining water outwards. The drain port 1500 and the mouthpiece 1510 are both formed at one end of the outer housing 110 adjacent to the first opening 1101, i.e., at an end wall 1112 of the outer housing 110 adjacent to the first opening 1101, and the drain valve 150 is reciprocally coupled to the mouthpiece 1510.
This reduces the time costs for the user to pay attention to whether the water separator needs to be drained.
When the moisture separator 10 is operated, the pressure of the inside and outside of the outer case 110 is different due to the influence of the flow rate of the gas, and the pressure of the outside of the outer case 110 is greater than the pressure of the inside of the outer case 110, so that the closing cap 152, which may be implemented as an elastic material such as a gel material, is subjected to a force from the outside of the outer case 110 toward the inside of the outer case 110, so that the closing cap 152 can be closely attached to the outer case 110.
It will be appreciated that in some examples of the invention, the interface 1510 may be used as the drain port 1500, the interface 1510 being larger than the connecting rod body 1511, so that moisture can flow to the closure cap 152 through the space between the interface 1510 and the connecting rod 1511 when the stop end 1512 is not in contact with the interface 1510.

The vehicle 200 includes a vehicle body 201, wherein the air detection device 1 is provided to the vehicle body 201.
The vehicle 200 further comprises a humidity detector 30 and a processor 40, wherein the humidity detector 30 is communicatively connected to the processor 40 and the air detection device 1 is controllably connected to the processor 40.
The vehicle 200 further includes a dehumidifier 50 and an air purifier 205, wherein the dehumidifier 50 and the air purifier 205 are controllably connected to the processor 40, respectively.
When the humidity detector 30 provided to the vehicle body 201 detects that the humidity in the vehicle body 201 is high, the processor 40 generates an execution instruction according to a detection result of the humidity detector 30, and controls the dehumidifier 50 according to the execution instruction to perform a dehumidification process on the air in the vehicle body 201, thereby reducing the humidity of the air in the vehicle body 201. That is, the air is dehumidified before entering the moisture separator 10, in such a way that, on the one hand, high humidity air is prevented from exceeding the carrying capacity of the moisture separator 10, and, on the other hand, high humidity air is prevented from affecting other electronic devices in the vehicle 200.
It should be noted that, when the humidity detector 30 disposed in the vehicle body 201 detects that the humidity in the vehicle body 201 is high, the processor 40 generates an execution instruction according to a detection result of the humidity detector 30, and controls the air detection device 1 according to the execution instruction, the air detection device 1 stops working, and prevents moisture in air from entering the air detection body 20, thereby affecting the air detection body 20.

The humidity detector 30 is disposed between the air detecting body 20 and the moisture separator 10 and after the dehumidifier 50. That is, the humidity detector 30 can detect the humidity of the air processed by the dehumidifier 50.
When the humidity detector 30 detects that the humidity of the air passing through the moisture separator 10 is lower than a preset value, the dehumidifier 50 is in a standby state or a closed state, and the air directly enters the air detecting body 20 after being processed by the moisture separator 10. When the humidity detector 30 detects that the humidity of the air processed by the moisture separator 10 is not lower than a preset value, the humidity detector 30 sends a signal to the dehumidifier 50 and the processor 40, and the processor 40 controls the dehumidifier 50 to be communicated with the moisture separator 10 and the air detection body 20, so that the air processed by the moisture separator 10 reaches the air detection body 20 after being processed by the dehumidifier 50. The dehumidifier 50 is activated to remove moisture from the air upon receiving a signal from the humidity detector 30. The processor 40 is provided to a vehicle body 201 of the vehicle 200.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle water-air separation method, wherein the vehicle water-air separation method comprises the steps of:
