7. A fixed tray according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the base comprises a first seat (100), a second seat (200) and a connecting piece (400) connected therebetween;
the base formed by connecting the first base body (100), the second base body (200) and the connecting piece (400) is annular, n-shaped or H-shaped.
