In an embodiment, before sending the control signal to the air conditioner, the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device generates a control instruction, where the control instruction is an instruction for controlling the air conditioner to enter the spot inspection mode, and sends the control instruction to the air conditioner, and at this time, the air conditioner operates according to an operation corresponding to the control instruction, that is, the air conditioner enters the spot inspection mode.
Further, taking an air conditioner remote controller as an example, the control instruction may be set through a specific operation on the remote controller, for example, pressing a cold room key and a warm room key 5s for a long time, so that the air conditioner remote controller also enters a spot check mode, generates a control instruction, and sends the control instruction to the air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner remote controller may send the instruction to the air conditioner through a wireless transmission mode including but not limited to WIFI, bluetooth, infrared, and the like.
Or, taking a terminal device as an example, that is, a corresponding APP (Application program) is configured in the terminal device, the user may select a key for entering the point inspection mode on an operation interface of the APP, at this time, the terminal device may generate a control instruction and send the control instruction to the air conditioner, wherein the remote controller may send the control instruction to the air conditioner in a wireless transmission manner including but not limited to WIFI, bluetooth, infrared, and the like.
Further, control information is sent to the air conditioner in a wireless transmission mode of WIFI, Bluetooth, infrared and the like, after the air conditioner receives the control signal, the air conditioner can read fault data stored in a memory of the air conditioner in advance according to the control signal, namely the air conditioner sends the fault data fed back according to the control signal to the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal equipment, and the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal equipment receives the fault data.
The memory for storing the fault data in the air conditioner is a non-volatile memory (NVM), that is, a memory in which the data stored in the NVM does not disappear when the air conditioner is turned off or the air conditioner is powered off. The non-volatile memory includes any one of a ROM (Read-only memory), a PROM (Programmable Read-only memory), an EAROM (Electrically alterable Read-only memory), an EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read-only memory), an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-only memory), or a Flash memory, which is not limited herein.
Furthermore, the air conditioner remote controller not only has a data sending end, but also has a data receiving end, namely the air conditioner remote controller can send and receive data in a wireless mode such as Bluetooth, infrared and the like.
Further, the control signal may be a first control signal and a second control signal, and when the control signal is the first control signal, for example: the first control signal may be that a "01" signal is displayed on a display device of an air conditioner remote controller or terminal equipment, and after the air conditioner remote controller or terminal equipment sends the "01" signal to the air conditioner, the air conditioner remote controller or terminal equipment enters a data receiving state, that is, first fault data fed back by the air conditioner according to the first control signal is received, wherein the first fault data includes information such as a mode, a temperature, a wind speed and the like of the air conditioner when a fault occurs; when the control signal is the second control signal, for example: the second control signal may be a "02" signal displayed on a display device of the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device, and after the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device sends the "02" signal to the air conditioner, the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device enters a data receiving state, that is, second fault data fed back by the air conditioner according to the second control signal is received, wherein the second fault data includes information such as running time of the air conditioner and running time of the compressor when a fault occurs.
Further, after the air conditioner receives the control signal, the air conditioner reads all fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner memory, and feeds all fault data back to the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device.
Furthermore, the fault prompt information corresponding to the fault data is obtained, namely, the fault data is analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the corresponding fault prompt information is obtained according to the analysis result, so that maintenance personnel can visually obtain the fault information of the air conditioner, and the fault diagnosis and maintenance are facilitated. Specifically, the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device analyzes fault data fed back by the air conditioner according to the control signal, that is, after analyzing information such as a mode, a temperature, and a wind speed of the air conditioner when a fault occurs, and information such as an operation time of the air conditioner when a fault occurs and an operation time of a compressor, the fault prompt information of the air conditioner is obtained, and after the fault prompt information is obtained, the fault prompt information is output.
Further, analyzing the fault data, generating a fault report according to the analysis result after the analysis result is obtained, and taking the fault report as the fault prompt information. The fault report includes, but is not limited to, one or more of fault codes, fault names, power-on time, closing time of the outdoor relay, accumulated running time of the indoor fan, accumulated running time of the compressor, and accumulated power-on time of the negative ions. In the embodiment, the power-on time is the accumulated power-on time of the power supply when a fault occurs; the closing time of the outdoor relay is the accumulated connection time of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit when a fault occurs; the cumulative energization time of the negative ions is the cumulative energization time after the energization condition is satisfied after the emptying is started. Or, when the air conditioner is a type of cleaning the filter screen, the fault information further comprises the number of times of cleaning the filter screen when the fault occurs, so that maintenance personnel can intuitively obtain the fault information of the air conditioner, and the fault can be conveniently diagnosed and maintained.
Further, after the analysis result is obtained, the type of the fault and the operation data of the air conditioner when the fault occurs are confirmed according to the analysis result, namely, the information such as the mode, the temperature, the wind speed and the like of the air conditioner when the fault occurs, the operation time of the air conditioner when the fault occurs, the operation data of the compressor and the like are analyzed, the type of the fault and the operation data of the air conditioner when the fault occurs are confirmed, the fault report is generated based on the type of the fault and the operation data, and the fault report is output after the fault report is generated, so that the fault of the air conditioner can be intuitively obtained, the fault of the air conditioner is accurately positioned, and rapid diagnosis and maintenance are facilitated.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for querying a fault of an air conditioner includes the following steps: sending a control signal to an air conditioner, and receiving fault data fed back by the air conditioner according to the control signal; acquiring fault prompt information corresponding to the fault data; and outputting the fault prompt information. Therefore, according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the fault prompt information is obtained and output according to the fault data fed back by the control signal, so that maintenance personnel can intuitively obtain the fault information of the air conditioner, and the fault diagnosis and maintenance are facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, after step S30, the method for querying for a fault of an air conditioner further includes:
and S40, controlling a display device to display the fault prompt message.
In one embodiment, the display device is controlled to display the fault prompt message. The display device is a liquid crystal display screen of the air conditioner remote controller or a display interface of the terminal equipment, namely, the liquid crystal display screen of the air conditioner remote controller or the display interface of the terminal equipment is controlled to display the fault prompt information, so that the fault prompt information can be visually obtained, namely the fault information generated by the air conditioner, and the fault information can be diagnosed and maintained.
And further, when the air conditioner remote controller sends a control signal to the air conditioner and outputs the fault prompt information, controlling a liquid crystal display screen of the air conditioner remote controller to display the fault prompt information. Because air conditioner remote controller's liquid crystal display's display area is little, makes failure prompt information can not be shown completely, and at this moment, air conditioner remote controller can with failure prompt information saves to air conditioner remote controller's memory in to after the storage is accomplished, air conditioner remote controller is through external port connection host computer after, exports the host computer with the failure prompt information of storage, and the host computer carries out the analysis according to the failure prompt information who uploads, obtains the analysis result, and wherein, the analysis result includes the solution of trouble, so that maintenance personal diagnoses and maintains more conveniently.
In this way, the fault prompting information can be displayed by controlling the display device, so that the fault prompting information, namely the fault information generated by the air conditioner, can be intuitively acquired, and the fault information can be diagnosed and maintained.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for querying for a fault of an air conditioner according to a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein the method for querying for a fault of an air conditioner according to the third embodiment is applied to an air conditioner.
The embodiment provides a fault query method of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
s50, after the air conditioner starts the fault inquiry function, receiving the control signal of the air conditioner remote controller;
s60, inquiring fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner according to the control signal;
and S70, transmitting the fault data to the air conditioner remote controller.
In one embodiment, after the air conditioner starts a fault query function, the air conditioner receives a control signal of an air conditioner remote controller, queries a fault data air conditioner pre-stored in the air conditioner according to the control signal, and transmits the fault data to the air conditioner remote controller. The air conditioner remote controller not only has a data sending end, but also has a data receiving end, namely the air conditioner remote controller can send and receive data in a wireless mode such as Bluetooth, infrared and the like; the air conditioner remote controller is a remote controller matched with the air conditioner, and the air conditioner remote controller sends a control signal to the air conditioner in a wireless mode such as infrared and Bluetooth. Of course, the control signal may be generated by a terminal device communicatively connected to the air conditioner and transmitted to the air conditioner by wireless means such as infrared or bluetooth, and is not limited herein.
Further, after the air conditioner receives the control signal, the air conditioner reads all fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner memory, and feeds all fault data back to the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device. The memory for storing the fault data in the air conditioner is a nonvolatile memory, that is, the memory in which the data stored in the nonvolatile memory does not disappear when the air conditioner is turned off or the air conditioner is powered off. The non-volatile memory includes any one of ROM, PROM, EAROM, EPROM, EEPROM, or Flash memory, but is not limited thereto.
Further, the control signal may be a first control signal and a second control signal, and when the control signal is the first control signal, for example: when the first control signal is a '01' signal, after the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal equipment sends the '01' signal to the air conditioner, the air conditioner reads first fault data in the memory according to the first control signal, wherein the first fault data comprises information such as a mode, temperature and wind speed of the air conditioner when a fault occurs; when the control signal is the second control signal, for example: the second control signal is a '02' signal, and after the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal equipment sends the '02' signal to the air conditioner, the air conditioner feeds back second fault data according to the second control signal, wherein the second fault data comprises information such as running time of the air conditioner and running time of the compressor when a fault occurs.
Further, after the air conditioner receives the control signal, the air conditioner reads all fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner memory, and feeds all fault data back to the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device.
Therefore, after the air conditioner starts the fault query function, the control signal of the air conditioner remote controller is received; inquiring fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner according to the control signal; and transmitting the fault data to the air conditioner remote controller, namely, inquiring the fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner by using the control signal to send the fault data to the air conditioner remote controller, so that the air conditioner remote controller can inquire the fault of the air conditioner by using the control signal, and the follow-up diagnosis and maintenance are facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the third embodiment, and in this embodiment, after the step of S50, the method further includes:
s80, judging whether the fault data are stored in the memory of the air conditioner;
if the failure data is stored in the memory of the air conditioner, step S60 is executed.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner receives the control signal of the air conditioner remote controller, it needs to be determined whether the failure data is stored in the memory of the air conditioner. The memory is a nonvolatile memory, namely, the data stored in the nonvolatile memory cannot disappear when the air conditioner is turned off or the air conditioner is powered off. The non-volatile memory includes any one of ROM, PROM, EAROM, EPROM, EEPROM, or Flash memory, but is not limited thereto.
Further, the space for storing the failure data in the nonvolatile memory is preset, that is, the storage space of the nonvolatile memory is divided into a plurality of sections, for example, the storage space of the nonvolatile memory is divided into a first section for storing the failure data and a second section for storing other data, but in other embodiments, the storage space of the nonvolatile memory may also be divided into a third section, a fourth section, and the like, which are specifically set according to specific functions of the memory, and is not limited herein.
Further, after the section is divided, the storage address of the storage section of the failure data is confirmed, for example, when the storage section of the failure data is a first section, the failure data is stored in the first section.
Further, if the fault data is stored in the memory of the air conditioner, the step of querying the fault data pre-stored in the air conditioner according to the control signal, that is, the step S60 is executed; and if the fault data are not stored in the memory of the air conditioner, the air conditioner outputs the information of the fault-free data to an air conditioner remote controller or terminal equipment.
Before the air conditioner receives a control signal of an air conditioner remote controller, the air conditioner operates in a normal refrigeration or normal heating mode, whether the air conditioner breaks down or not in the operation process of the air conditioner is detected, and fault information corresponding to the fault is acquired when the air conditioner breaks down; storing the fault information into a memory of the air conditioner.
Further, when the number of the faults is more than one, the storage space of the storage address of the storage is acquired before the faults of the air conditioner are stored, if the number of the faults is larger than that of the storage address, the latest fault information with the number corresponding to that of the storage space of the storage address is stored in the storage of the air conditioner, and the rest of the fault information is deleted; and if the number of the fault information is less than or equal to the storage space of the storage address, storing all the fault information into a memory of the air conditioner.
Thus, the present embodiment may determine the fault data stored in the memory first to feed back corresponding information to the air conditioner remote controller or the terminal device, so as to be able to confirm whether the air conditioner is in fault.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a fifth embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the third embodiment, in this embodiment, after the step of S70, the method for querying for a fault of an air conditioner further includes:
and S90, when the exit signal of the air conditioner remote controller is received, clearing all fault data stored in the memory of the air conditioner.
In one embodiment, when the exit signal of the air conditioner remote controller is received, all fault data stored in the memory of the air conditioner is cleared, and at this time, the sound output device of the air conditioner is controlled to output information for clearing the memory, for example, taking the sound output device as a buzzer as an example, the buzzer is controlled to sound for a long time to indicate that all fault data stored in the memory of the air conditioner are cleared.
Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the invention can provide a storage space for the fault generated in the next operation of the air conditioner in a memory clearing mode after the fault point detection is finished, so that the subsequent fault diagnosis and maintenance are facilitated.
The invention also provides a fault query device of the air conditioner, which comprises the following components: the fault query program of the air conditioner is stored on the memory and can be operated on the processor, and when being executed by the processor, the fault query program of the air conditioner realizes the steps of the fault query method of the air conditioner according to any one of the above embodiments.
