Detailed Description
The special financial delay closing lock of the invention can be made of the following materials, and is not limited to the following materials, for example: stainless steel, permanent magnets, aluminum alloys, plastics, rubber, section steel, and the like.
In the embodiment, the magnet, the magnetic beads and the piston are all made of permanent magnetic materials; accordingly, other materials are made of or preferably made of diamagnetic materials or weakly magnetic materials so as not to interfere with the permanent magnetic materials.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a special delayed closure lock for finance according to an embodiment of the invention, in combination with FIGS. 2 and 3; the special financial delay closing lock of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a panel 1, a delay mechanism 3 and a clamping groove 4; the clamping groove 4 is arranged at the edge of the panel 1.
The specific structures are all arranged inside the lockset, and the outside is invisible. The outside of the panel may be marked with a dial for marking the turning angle of the key.
The middle part of the panel 1 is provided with a lock cylinder 2 which can be opened by a key and rotates along with the key, the lock cylinder 2 is provided with a key hole 20, and the key hole 20 is used for inserting the key. After the key hole is inserted into the key, if the key is opened, the lock core can rotate along with the key. The plug is typically a cylinder lock. The lock core is connected with the corresponding unlocking mechanism so as to partially unlock the lockset.
A magnet 21 is fixed at the edge of the lock cylinder 2.
The delay mechanism 3 is mounted on the panel 1, the delay mechanism 3 comprising: a hydraulic cylinder 5 fixedly mounted on the panel 1; the hydraulic cylinder 5 is a generally closed cylindrical cavity filled with hydraulic oil.
The hydraulic cylinder 5 has an outer end and an inner end, the inner end facing in the direction of the lock cylinder, the outer end facing away from the direction of the lock cylinder. A piston 50 which can slide towards the inner end or the outer end is arranged in the hydraulic cylinder 5, and a capillary channel which is communicated with the two ends of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the piston 50 along the sliding direction; the capillary channel is used for communicating hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinders at two ends of the piston, so that the piston is prevented from sliding, and the most important purpose of the capillary channel is to limit the flow rate of the hydraulic oil, so that the piston is prevented from moving rapidly.
Typically, the piston reaches the inner end from the normal position, typically at a defined speed of within 3-5 seconds.
In general, a lock disc capable of rotating along with the lock cylinder is fixed on the outer side of the lock cylinder 2, and the edge of the lock disc is close to the hydraulic cylinder 5; the magnet 21 is fixed to the edge of the lock disk.
The piston 50 is attracted to the magnet 21; the piston or the magnet is generally made of a permanent magnet, or the inner end of the piston is made of a material which is easy to attract the magnet.
The inner end of the hydraulic cylinder 5 faces the lock cylinder 2, and the inner end of the hydraulic cylinder 5 particularly points to the key hole 20; the outer end of the hydraulic cylinder 5 is provided with a lock tongue which can synchronously slide along with the piston 50; in order to ensure the tightness of the hydraulic cylinder, the lock tongue is generally not directly fixed on the piston, but moves along with the piston in a magnetic linkage mode.
The key opens the lock cylinder and drives the lock cylinder to rotate so that the magnet is close to and corresponds to the inner end of the piston, and the piston drives the lock tongue to slide towards the inner end so that the lock tongue is separated from the clamping groove.
Of course, the bolt and the piston may be mechanically coupled or fixed to the piston by other mechanical means that slide within the hydraulic cylinder.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the lockset is closed, the position of the delay mechanism is preset. In the process of unlocking the lockset, after the lock core is unlocked by the key, the key rotates the lock core to a certain preset angle and stays for a period of time, so that the magnet on the lock core is close to and attracts the piston.
The piston slowly moves towards the inner end of the hydraulic cylinder under the close-distance attraction of the magnet, and compresses hydraulic oil in the moving process, so that the hydraulic oil flows into the outer end through the capillary channel; due to the action of the capillary channel for delaying the flow rate of hydraulic oil, the problem of rapid opening caused by the fact that the piston is accidentally or accidentally too close to the magnet can be avoided.
Afterwards, the piston slowly moves and drives the lock tongue to move so as to open the lock tongue in the clamping groove; in this embodiment, due to the delay characteristic of the delay mechanism, the position of the delay mechanism (i.e. the position where the key needs to stay after turning) must be known in advance, and the position needs to stay for a sufficient time (generally 3-5 seconds) to ensure that the movement of the piston is smooth to open the lock tongue, thereby greatly increasing the anti-theft performance.
The lockset provided by the invention has the advantages that even if a key is lost, stolen or copied, a person with the key cannot rapidly unlock the lockset; the person holding the key can only open the lock core and enable the lock core to rotate freely, if the structure of the lockset is not clear, the lock tongue cannot be opened.
Even if the structure of the lock is clear, different positions and angles are required to be tried for a plurality of times, so that the lock cylinder corresponds to the inner end of the hydraulic cylinder for a period of time, the time cost for the plurality of times of corresponding and trying is huge.
The special financial delay closing lock of the embodiment, wherein the panel 1 is provided with an annular track 10; the circle center of the annular track 10 coincides with the circle center of the lock cylinder 2; the delay mechanism 3 is mounted on the endless track 10 and can be fixed at any position of the endless track 10.
When the locking is carried out, only the inner end of the hydraulic cylinder of the delay mechanism is required to be always directed towards the key hole 20, and therefore the piston in the hydraulic cylinder can be guaranteed to receive the action of the magnet.
Moreover, after the annular track is designed, the position of the delay mechanism on the panel can be conveniently adjusted, the position of the delay mechanism can be set before each time the lock tongue is closed, and the lock tongue can be opened only by knowing the position of the delay mechanism when unlocking next time. Therefore, the function of reservation information is achieved, the reserved information and the lock structure are not known, and the lock cannot be smoothly unlocked even if a key is owned in time.
The finance-specific delay-closing lock of the present embodiment, wherein the delay mechanism 3 further comprises a slide mount 30; the hydraulic cylinder 5 is fixed on the sliding seat 30 and slides along the annular track 10 through the sliding seat 30. The sliding seat is generally provided with an arc-shaped clamping ring, so that the sliding seat is clamped in the annular track and can move along the circumference of the annular track.
In the circular motion process of the sliding seat, the inner end of the hydraulic cylinder always points to the rotating shaft (namely the direction of the key hole) of the lock cylinder.
The special financial delay of this embodiment closes the lock, wherein, the spring bolt includes: a sleeve 6 fixed at the opposite position to the hydraulic cylinder 5, and a bolt 60 which can be clamped in the clamping groove 4.
The bolt 60 is sleeved in the sleeve 6 and can slide along the sleeve 6; a spring 61 is further arranged in the sleeve 6, and two ends of the spring 61 are respectively connected with the sleeve 6 and the bolt 60; in general, the spring is sleeved in the sleeve, one end of the spring is fixed at the bottom of the sleeve, and the other end of the spring is connected with the bolt. The sleeve and the hydraulic cylinder are mutually parallel in the length direction.
The latch 60 is attracted to the piston 50; the piston 50 moves toward the inner end of the hydraulic cylinder 5 to disengage the latch 60 from the catch 4 and to compress the spring 61 by the latch 60.
The spring 61 serves to reset the position of the bolt 60, and after the lock is opened, the angle of the lock core normally causes the magnet and the piston to no longer correspond to or be close to each other due to the fact that the key is pulled out; at this time, the plunger loses magnetic attraction force, and then the latch 60 slowly moves into the clamping groove under the restoring action of the spring; the movement of the bolt indirectly drives the piston to move towards the outer end direction, so that the position of the piston is gradually reset.
Preferably, a magnetic bead 62 is fixed on one side of the latch 60 near the hydraulic cylinder 5, and the magnetic bead 62 attracts the piston 50.
The special financial delay closing lock of the embodiment is further provided with a return spring 52 on the hydraulic cylinder 5; one end of the return spring 52 is fixed to the middle part of the hydraulic cylinder 5 (generally, the midpoint position of the hydraulic cylinder), and the other end of the return spring 52 is fixed to the middle part of the piston 50.
In the actual use process, the middle part of the piston can be of a hollow structure so as to be convenient for accommodating the reset spring; the reset spring is positioned in the hydraulic cylinder, and two ends of the reset spring are respectively connected with the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder and the outer wall of the piston. The return spring is used for providing additional resilience force for the piston to return.
In addition, a sealing ring 51 is arranged in the middle of the piston 50, and the piston 50 is tightly sleeved in the hydraulic cylinder 5 through the sealing ring 51. Therefore, hydraulic oil is ensured not to leak between the piston and the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic oil can only flow at two ends of the hydraulic cylinder through the capillary tube.
More preferably, the capillary channel is a spiral capillary channel. In the actual use process, the purposes of throttling, limiting flow and indirectly controlling the highest moving speed of the piston are achieved by adjusting the section and the length of the capillary channel, which are not described in detail herein.
The special financial delay closing lock of the embodiment, wherein the clamping groove 4 is of a disc-shaped internal gear structure, and the internal gear structure is provided with a plurality of grooves which are arranged continuously and can be clamped with the lock tongue; specifically, each groove can be clamped with the bolt.
The panel 1 is rotatably mounted on the internal gear structure; the locking tongue is disengaged from the groove so that the panel 1 can rotate relative to the internal gear structure.
In the practical application process, the panel and the clamping groove can be designed in a separated mode. For example, the clamping groove is fixed, the panel can move up and down or move back and forth relative to the clamping groove, and when the lock tongue is clamped, the panel and the clamping groove are relatively fixed.
The embodiment provides a preferred scheme, after the lock tongue is opened (the lock is reset and requires 3-5 seconds), the key quickly drives the lock core to rotate continuously, namely, the lock core can drive the panel to rotate together after rotating for a plurality of times, so that the panel rotates to drive other mechanisms to further unlock the lock. The panel rotation mode increases the complexity of the lockset unlocking process and is beneficial to enhancing the anti-theft performance.
In addition, the special financial delay closing lock has low manufacturing cost, compact structural design, ingenious structure, stable finished product quality, convenient adjustment of reserved information and convenient use and operation, and is suitable for various anti-theft locks.
