一种深紫外LED匀光装置,属于深紫外LED技术领域,解决现有技术存在的无法实现深紫外光均匀化的技术问题。本发明采用的技术方案为:一种深紫外LED匀光装置,其中,包括匀光反射杯、匀光薄膜和设在匀光反射杯和匀光薄膜之间的粘结剂:所述匀光反射杯为上开口型圆弧杯体结构,所述匀光反射杯底部设有灯珠安装孔,所述匀光反射杯顶部开口端外缘圆周方向设有粘结剂涂覆台阶槽;所述粘结剂设在粘结剂涂覆台阶槽内;所述匀光薄膜设在匀光反射杯顶部开口端,并通过粘结剂与匀光反射杯粘接;所述匀光反射杯与匀光薄膜的制作材料均为聚四氟乙烯。本发明具有反射率高、结构稳定等优点。

一种深紫外LED匀光装置
技术领域
本发明属于深紫外LED技术领域,具体涉及一种深紫外LED匀光装置。
背景技术
深紫外LED的应用非常广泛,如杀菌、消毒、水净化、医疗等。很多场合需要通过均匀的紫外光照射达到相应稳定的应用效果和应用条件。但是,由于紫外光的照射老化特性,市面上并没有一款合适的匀光装置能使紫外光实现匀光目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种深紫外LED匀光装置,解决现有技术存在的无法实现深紫外光均匀化的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种深紫外LED匀光装置,其中,包括匀光反射杯、匀光薄膜和设在匀光反射杯和匀光薄膜之间的粘结剂:
所述匀光反射杯为上开口型圆弧杯体结构,所述匀光反射杯底部设有灯珠安装孔,所述匀光反射杯顶部开口端外缘圆周方向设有粘结剂涂覆台阶槽;所述粘结剂设在粘结剂涂覆台阶槽内;所述匀光反射杯的侧壁厚度大于1.5mm;
所述匀光薄膜设在匀光反射杯顶部开口端,并通过粘结剂与匀光反射杯粘接;所述匀光薄膜为圆形,匀光薄膜的直径与匀光反射杯顶部开口端外径大小一致;所述匀光薄膜的厚度为0.1~0.2mm;
所述匀光反射杯与匀光薄膜的制作材料均为聚四氟乙烯。
进一步,所述灯珠安装孔为方形孔,其设计尺寸为3.5mm×3.5mm。
本发明中粘结剂涂覆台阶槽设在匀光反射杯顶部开口端外缘圆周方向,可有效避免紫外光对粘结剂的照射,避免了粘结剂的黄化和开裂,可以保证匀光反射杯和匀光薄膜的结合强度;匀光反射杯为上开口型圆弧杯体结构的设计,以及聚四氟乙烯材料的选择,对紫外光有着达到95%以上的高反射率;匀光薄膜的为厚度在0.1mm-0.2mm之间的聚四氟乙烯材料,使其反射率为70%-80%、透射率为20%-30%、吸收率为0-5%。与现有技术相比,本发明具有反射率高、结构稳定等优点。

如图1至图3所示,本实施例中一种深紫外LED匀光装置,其中,包括匀光反射杯1、匀光薄膜2和设在匀光反射杯1和匀光薄膜2之间的粘结剂3:
所述匀光反射杯1为上开口型圆弧杯体结构,所述匀光反射杯1底部设有灯珠安装孔4,所述匀光反射杯1顶部开口端外缘圆周方向设有粘结剂涂覆台阶槽5;所述粘结剂3设在粘结剂涂覆台阶槽5内;所述匀光反射杯1的侧壁厚度大于1.5mm;
所述匀光薄膜2设在匀光反射杯1顶部开口端,并通过粘结剂3与匀光反射杯1粘接;所述匀光薄膜2为圆形,匀光薄膜2的直径与匀光反射杯1顶部开口端外径大小一致;所述匀光薄膜2的厚度为0.1~0.2mm;
所述匀光反射杯1与匀光薄膜2的制作材料均为聚四氟乙烯。
进一步,所述灯珠安装孔4为方形孔,其设计尺寸为3.5mm×3.5mm。
本发明的使用过程:
使用时,将灯珠装在匀光反射杯1底部设有灯珠安装孔4中,光线从灯珠安装孔4进入匀光反射杯1中,光线经过匀光反射杯的反射以及匀光薄膜的透射加反射后,使得薄膜处出去的光线达到匀光效果。

1.一种深紫外LED匀光装置,其特征在于:包括匀光反射杯(1)、匀光薄膜(2)和设在匀光反射杯(1)和匀光薄膜(2)之间的粘结剂(3):
所述匀光反射杯(1)为上开口型圆弧杯体结构,所述匀光反射杯(1)底部设有灯珠安装孔(4),所述匀光反射杯(1)顶部开口端外缘圆周方向设有粘结剂涂覆台阶槽(5);所述粘结剂(3)设在粘结剂涂覆台阶槽(5)内;所述匀光反射杯(1)的侧壁厚度大于1.5mm;
所述匀光薄膜(2)设在匀光反射杯(1)顶部开口端,并通过粘结剂(3)与匀光反射杯(1)粘接;所述匀光薄膜(2)为圆形,匀光薄膜(2)的直径与匀光反射杯(1)顶部开口端外径大小一致;所述匀光薄膜(2)的厚度为0.1~0.2mm;
所述匀光反射杯(1)与匀光薄膜(2)的制作材料均为聚四氟乙烯。
