Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for a clip base for a disposable tissue closure clip that can stably support the closure clip and can quickly apply the compressed closure clip to the clip applier and a base having the clip base.
The clip seat comprises a clip seat body and a supporting outer seat, wherein the clip seat body comprises two clip side walls, a gap for accommodating the storage cabin is limited between the two clip side walls, a clamping groove is formed in the bottom end of the two clip side walls, the clamping groove is provided with a hollow hole to penetrate through the gap, the clamping groove is provided with supporting surfaces for combining the first clip arms of the clip on two sides of the hollow hole, the hollow hole is used for positioning a bending part of the clip, the supporting outer seat is sleeved at the bottom of the clip seat body, and a supporting position is arranged at the bottom of the supporting outer seat and used for supporting the second clip arms of the clip.
Further, a support seat is provided between the two clip side walls at each of the two sides of the gap, the clip applier having a head, the support seat having a support base for supporting the head when the clip applier is used to grasp the clip closure. .
Further, a plurality of supporting side walls extend around the supporting base, wherein two supporting side walls close to the gap define two sides of the gap, each supporting side wall close to the gap is clamped between two clamp side walls, when the clamp applying clamp clamps the closed clamp, one side of the two supporting side walls close to the gap guides the clamp head, the other side guides the storage cabin, and the two supporting side walls extending around the supporting base overlap with the two clamp side walls or are outwards extending parts of the two clamp side walls.

And providing a disposable tissue closing clip base for loading a plurality of closing clips, wherein the disposable tissue closing clip base comprises a base and more than one clip base arranged on the base, each clip base is a sliding clip base and can be slidably arranged on the base, the base is limited with more than one cavity, each cavity is provided with one sliding clip base, the side wall of each cavity is provided with a sliding guide structure for guiding the sliding clip base, and the sliding clip base slides into the bottom of the cavity through the sliding guide structure.
Further, the number of the sliding clamp seats is more than two, the cavities are two and correspondingly accommodate the two sliding clamp seats, the two sliding clamp seats are arranged in parallel, the base is also provided with a fixing clamp seat, the fixing clamp seat is arranged in parallel with the two sliding clamp seats, and the fixing clamp seat is positioned at the outermost side.

Further, the fixing clip seat comprises a fixing clip seat body, a first support column and a fixing seat, wherein the fixing clip seat body comprises two side walls, a gap for accommodating one closing clip is defined between the two side walls, the first support column is arranged in the gap to support a bending part of the first closing clip, the fixing seat is provided with a stopping position for stopping the tail ends of two clamping arms of the first closing clip and a fixing foot for fixing the fixing clip seat to a base, a second support column extends upwards from the inner bottom surface of the base, and the second support column is supported at the tail end of one second clamping arm of the closing clip in the sliding clip seat.
In the clip seat and the base of the disposable tissue closing clip, the closing clip can be stably supported through the clip seat body and the supporting outer seat, the two clip arms of the closing clip can find a supporting point or a position or a supporting surface, and the clip seat is conveniently inserted along the gap when the clip is conveniently clamped for taking materials through the gap consistent with the storage cabin, and the external supporting column is propped up, so that the closing clip can be smoothly loaded into the storage cabin in a compressed mode. Therefore, the structure not only plays a role in fixing, but also facilitates the clip applier to clip the closing clip from the clip seat. Moreover, by providing a predetermined number of slide clamp holders to cooperate to simultaneously load a plurality of second closure clamps, because the plurality of second closure clamps are in a compressed state in the clip applier, the base has more than one cavity, one of the slide clamp holders is provided for each cavity, the side wall of each cavity is provided with a slide guide structure for guiding the slide clamp holders, the slide clamp holders slide into the bottoms of the cavities through the slide guide structures, thus allowing the clip heads to have a certain stroke when the clip applier is loaded, and the plurality of second closure clamps are compressively loaded in the clip applier through the cooperation of the clip applier with the slide clamp holders and the second support column. Therefore, the operation efficiency is improved, and the medical time is saved.
Detailed Description
The present utility model will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments and drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a disposable tissue closure clip base 100 for receiving a plurality of closure clips is provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present utility model, and referring to fig. 7, a first closure clip 60 'and a second closure clip 60 are illustrated, wherein the first closure clip 60' is positioned outermost of the clip head and the remaining second closure clips 60 are positioned relatively inwardly in a compressed state. The closure clips 60, 60' are used to receive a clip applier having a magazine 51 for receiving the closure clips 60, 60', each closure clip 60, 60' having a first clip arm and a second clip arm. The base 100 includes a base 10 and more than one clip seat 30 disposed on the base 10, each clip seat 30 is a sliding clip seat 30 and is slidably mounted on the base 10, the base 10 defines more than one cavity 12, each cavity 12 is provided with one sliding clip seat 30, a side wall of each cavity 12 defines a sliding guide structure for guiding the sliding clip seat 30, and the sliding clip seat 30 slides into the bottom of the cavity 12 through the sliding guide structure.
Two cavities 12 are shown, each of which houses one of the slide clamp bases 30. The base 10 is further provided with a fixing clip seat 20, the fixing clip seat 20 is fixedly arranged on the base 10, and the fixing clip seat 20 is provided with a first supporting component for supporting the first closing clip 60'. Each of the slide clamp bases 30 has a second support assembly for supporting a second closure clamp 60.
It should be noted that the closing clip used in the present utility model differs from the closing clip shown in fig. 7 in that the closing clip has a plurality of ribs, and the detailed structure of the new closing clip is referred to as Huang Rongquan in the application entitled "disposable tissue closing clip" filed on 8.9.2019.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the number of the sliding clip seats 30 is two or more, the cavities 12 are two and accommodate two sliding clip seats 30 correspondingly, the two or more sliding clip seats 30 are arranged in parallel and are arranged in parallel with the fixing clip seat 20, and the fixing clip seat 20 is located at the outermost side.
It will be appreciated that the number of the slide clamp holders 30 may be as many as desired, for example, three or more, while the fixed clamp holder 20 is fixed, and the first closing clamp 60 'is placed by the fixed clamp holder 20 and can be directly clamped when the material is taken because the first closing clamp 60' on the outermost side is in a freely opened state. Thus, the entire base 100 may be adapted for assembly of 1+N closure clips, where 1 refers to the first closure clip 60', N refers to the number of second closure clips 60, and N has a value of 2 or more.
Further, two adjacent cavities 12 share a first sidewall 121, each cavity 12 further includes a second sidewall 122 opposite to the first sidewall 121, a third sidewall 123 and a fourth sidewall 124 adjacent to the first sidewall 121 and the second sidewall 122, respectively, the third sidewall 123 and the fourth sidewall 124 are opposite, a plurality of pillars 112 extend upward from the third sidewall 123 and the fourth sidewall 124, a plurality of pillars 112 have barbs 113 at top ends for allowing the clip seat to slide in to prevent the clip seat from withdrawing, and a plurality of guide pillars 115 extend upward from the first sidewall 121 and the second sidewall 122. It will be appreciated that the cavity 12 is preferably rectangular with the four side walls described above, and that the outer wall surfaces of the stationary clip seat 20 and the sliding clip seat 30 are preferably rectangular. Of course, in other embodiments, but not limited to, rectangular, racetrack-shaped, or even circular, the outer wall surface of the slide clamp holder 30 corresponds in shape to the inner wall surface of the cavity 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the sliding mechanism, such as the sliding bar and the sliding guiding structure, may be provided on the inner walls of the sliding clip seat 30 and the cavity 12, respectively, but not limited thereto. In addition, the cavity 12 is upwardly opened, and the top post 112 and the slide guide post 115 are formed at the edges of the opening.
Further, the first side wall 121 and the second side wall 122 are hollowed out to leave the portion of the slide guide 115, and the hollowed-out portion facilitates the side view of the second closing clip 60. The slide guide 115 is located at both ends of the second side wall 122 and abuts the third and fourth side walls 123 and 124. Each cavity 12 comprises a sliding cavity 12a and a fixed cavity 12b, when the second closing clip 60 is taken out, each sliding clip seat 30 slides into the fixed cavity 12b from the sliding cavity 12a, the third side wall 123 and the fourth side wall 124 are partially hollowed out along the sliding direction, the hollowed-out parts 125 are provided with anti-back hooks 126 at the partially hollowed-out positions, and the anti-back hooks 126 extend downwards from the inner wall of the sliding cavity 12a and are provided with back-off parts 127 at the bottommost ends for allowing the clip seats to slide so as to prevent the clip seats from upwards retracting. Because the hollowed-out portion 125 can reduce the friction area, the sliding clip seat 30 is convenient to slide, and the anti-back-out hook 126 is convenient to buckle the sliding clip seat 30 which slides to the bottom, so that the second closing clip 60 is prevented from being taken out and the sliding clip seat 30 is prevented from being taken out.
Specifically, the plurality of top posts 112 and the plurality of slide guide posts 115 are disposed around the slide clamp seat 30, the plurality of top posts 112 and the plurality of slide guide posts 115 have inner cylindrical surfaces 116, the inner cylindrical surfaces 116 and the inner wall surfaces 120 of the cavity 12 are located on the same vertical plane, and the clamp seat 30 slides into the slide cavity 12a and the fixed cavity 12b along the plurality of inner cylindrical surfaces 116 and the inner wall surfaces 120. The sliding guide structure is defined by the inner pillar surface 116 and the side wall, and the sliding guide structure includes the inner pillar surface 116 and the side wall inner wall surface 120, and the sliding surfaces are the inner pillar surface 116 and the inner wall surface 120.
As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of closing clips 60', 60 mounted on the base 100 are used to be sequentially mounted in the binding clip 3 of one clip applier, and the plurality of closing clips are mounted in the binding clip 3 in an order from outside to inside, that is, the first closing clip 60' and each second closing clip 60, and the first closing clip 60' is at the outermost side. The sliding length of the sliding guide structure is preferably longer than the stroke of the clip applier in which all the closing clips are mounted on the clip head 3, so that the plurality of second closing clips 60 can be smoothly sequentially inserted into the clip head 3 when the clip head 3 is inserted into the sliding clip seat 30.
Further, the base 10 includes an upper base 101 and a lower base 102, the sliding cavity 12a is disposed on the upper base 101, the fixing cavity 12b is disposed on the lower base 102, and the fixing clip seat 20 is disposed on a fixing seat portion of one side of the lower base 102.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the clip seat 30 includes a clip seat 31 and a supporting outer seat 32, and in order to distinguish between the fixed clip seat and the seat, the clip seat 31 is hereinafter referred to as a sliding clip seat, and the clip seat 30 is hereinafter referred to as a sliding clip seat 30. The second support column 13 extends upward from the inner bottom surface of the base 10, and the slide clip seat 31 includes two clip side walls 312. A gap 313 for accommodating the storage cabin 51 is defined between the two clip side walls 312, a clamping groove 315 is formed at the bottom end of the two clip side walls 312, the clamping groove 315 is provided with a hollow hole 315a to be communicated with the gap 313, the clamping groove 315 is provided with supporting surfaces 316 for combining the first clip arms of the closing clip at two sides of the hollow hole 315a, the hollow hole 315a is used for positioning the bending part of the closing clip, the supporting outer seat 32 is sleeved at the bottom of the clip seat body 31, and the bottom of the supporting outer seat is provided with a supporting position used for supporting the second clip arms of the closing clip.
A support seat 317 is provided between the clip side walls 312 on either side of the gap 313, the clip applier shown in fig. 7 having a binding clip 3, the support seat 317 having a support base 317a for supporting the binding clip 3 when the clip applier is used to grasp a closed clip. The support base 317a has a plurality of support side walls extending around, as shown in fig. 5, wherein two support side walls 317b near the gap 313 define two sides of the gap 313, each of the support side walls 317b near the gap is clamped between two of the clip side walls 312, and when the clip application clip is closed, the two support side walls 317b near the gap guide the clip head 3 on one side and guide the storage compartment 51 on the other side, and the two support side walls 317c and 317d extending around the support base 317a overlap with the two clip side walls, or alternatively, the two support side walls 317c are portions extending outward from the two clip side walls 312. When the bin 51 is inserted into the gap 313 during material taking, the outer wall of the bin 51 will fit into the two support side walls 317b and the two clip side walls 312 defining the gap 313. The other two support side walls 317c and 317d extending around the support base 317a overlap the clip side wall 312, or the clip side wall 312 extends outwardly, and the two support side walls 317e extending from the outermost support base 317a are outer walls. The four support side walls 317a, 317b, 317c, 317d enclose a frame shape to receive the foremost end of the binding clip 3. Of course, the support seat 317 mainly serves to support the binding clip 3, so that a single side wall may be omitted or a lower structure may be suitable, for example, the outermost support side wall 317d may be omitted, and it will be appreciated that the support side wall 317d is convenient to sleeve the support outer seat 32, is tightly combined with the binding clip 3, and is stronger and more reliable in material taking.
Specifically, the connection between the hollow hole 315a and the gap 313 is of increasing width, the gap 313 and the hollow hole 315a form a channel having a horn shape, the cross section shown in fig. 2 is horn-shaped, and the cross section shown in fig. 2 is flat, i.e., the gap 313 and the hollow hole 315a form a channel having a horn shape similar to a flat horn shape. As shown in fig. 2, the second support column 13 is supported at the end of the second arm of the second closing clip 60. The second arm end of the second closure clip 60 has a concave-convex configuration, preferably a recess 61. Preferably, the second support column 13 is a sheet-shaped column and protrudes from one base plate 103 of the lower base 102, the second support column 13 has a supporting concave-convex structure to be matched with the end of the second clamping arm of the second closing clamp 60 to support the second closing clamp 60, as shown in fig. 2, the concave 61 of the second clamping arm of the second closing clamp 60 is matched with the supporting concave-convex structure on the second support column 13, the second clamping arm is fixed, the first clamping arm is combined with the supporting surface 316, and the bending part of the second closing clamp 60 is combined with the hollow hole, namely, the bottom of the gap 313. The clamping groove 315 is in a slide shape and extends to two sides, and at least a part close to the bending is supported by the supporting surfaces 316 on two sides of the clamping groove 315. The supporting surfaces 316 are bottom surfaces of the clamping grooves 315, specifically, one of the supporting surfaces 316 (left side shown in fig. 2) is an arc-shaped sliding surface, the arc-shaped surface is beneficial to the movement of the arc-shaped clamping arm, and the other supporting surface 316 is a slope surface, is in a groove shape, and is convenient for accommodating one convex edge of the second closing clamp 60. Thus, the hollow positions the curved portion of the second closing clip 60, holding the second closing clip 60 by the catching groove 315 and the second supporting column 13.
With this structure, the second closing clip 60 can be stably supported without any limitation. The second support column 13 is smaller in size than the space of the storage compartment 51 so that the storage compartment 51 can be charged while the second support column 13 is being covered, while the second closure clip 60 is placed in the storage compartment 51.
The support outer seat 32 is provided in a frame shape, has a plurality of outer frames and bottom frames, and is sleeved on the support side wall of the support seat, and the frame shape of the support outer seat 32 is matched with the frame shape of the support seat 317. The support outer seat 32 is provided to facilitate sliding movement of the slide clamp seat 30 and support the second closure clamp 60. The outer surface of the outer frame around the support outer seat 32 is smooth, so that the support outer seat is convenient to slide. The outer frame of the support outer seat 32 is provided with a buckle 322, the sliding clip seat body 31 is provided with a buckling groove 318 on the corresponding clip side wall 312, and the support outer seat 32 and the sliding clip seat body 31 are combined into a whole by buckling the buckle 322 in the buckling groove 318. Further, the bottom frame 325 of the support outer base 32 is thinner and has a hollowed-out portion to allow the second clamping arm of the second closing clamp 60 to pass through and be supported on the second support column 13, and the support position includes a support piece extending from the bottom frame 325 to the hollowed-out portion 327, and the support piece has a notch for supporting the waist or middle of the second clamping arm of the second closing clamp to give auxiliary support to the second closing clamp 60. The detailed structure of the bottom frame 325 for supporting the outer base 32 refers to the structure of the fixed base 23 and the supporting position 24 in fig. 4, and the principle and structure of the bottom frame 325 and the supporting closing clip on top of the fixed base 23 are basically the same, except that the placement direction is different, on the fixed base 23 for fixing the clip base 20, the rest position 24 of the fixed base 23 is upward, the rest position 24 is also extended from the top frame, and includes a sheet-shaped body, the tail end of the sheet-shaped body has a notch, and the clip arm of the closing clip rests on the notch. The bottom rim 325 is a bottom portion extending from a bottom edge of the support outer base 32 (see fig. 2). The second support assembly includes the second support column 13 and the support outer base 32, and may further include a clamping groove 315.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the fixing clip base 20 includes a fixing clip base 21, a first supporting column 22 and a fixing base 23, wherein the fixing clip base 21 includes two side walls 212, and a gap 213 for accommodating the first closing clip 60' is defined between the two side walls 212. The clip applier has a storage compartment 51 for receiving the closure clip, with a gap 213 defined between the two side walls 212 for receiving the storage compartment 51. The two side walls 212 are provided with a lead-in surface 215 on each side of the gap 213, the lead-in surface 215 serving as a sliding surface so that the binding clip 2 can move down along the lead-in surface 215 when slid in. The first support column 22 is disposed in the gap to be supported by the curved portion of the first closing clip 60', and the fixing base 23 has a rest position 24 for resting the ends of the two clip arms of the first closing clip 60' and a fixing leg 25 for fixing the fixing clip base 20 to the base 10. The first support assembly includes a first support column 22 and a fixing base 23.
The first closing clip 60' and the second closing clip 60 are identical in structure and each have two clip arms, one of which ends is an inwardly bent end and the other of which ends has a protrusion. The support and rest positions are preferably provided with grooves, the fixing seat 23 is a frame, the fixing feet 25 extend from the bottom of the frame, the rest positions 24 extend inwards from two top edges of the frame, the two groove rest positions 24 are opposite, one is supported on the protrusion of the first closing clip 60', the protrusion of the first closing clip 60' is clamped on the groove, and the other is supported on the clamping arm of the first closing clip 60' (as shown in fig. 3). In this way, the first closure clip 60 'is held stably by the two rest positions 24 of the fixing base 23 and the first support column 22, but the removal of the first closure clip 60' is not hindered. The rest position 24 is thin, thereby providing a degree of flexibility to support the clip arms, yet allowing for elastic retraction without preventing removal when the first closure clip 60' is removed.
The bottom surface of the base of the disposable tissue closing clamp base 100 is further adhered with an adhesive layer, and a release paper layer is adhered outside the adhesive layer. In use, the release paper is removed and the base 100 is adhered to a table such as an operating table by means of an adhesive layer, the base 100 having been provided with the first and second closure clips 60', 60 when applied. Taking the clip applier shown in fig. 7 as an example, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, after the base 100 is fixed, the clip applier head 3 is first seated on the support seat 317, at this time, the storage compartment 51 may be fixed or properly extended, the clip applier continues to force downward, the slide clip holder 30 slides downward, and of course, the slide clip holder 30 is allowed to slide downward when the clip applier head 3 is just inserted, and the storage compartment 51 is pushed simultaneously when sliding downward, so that the storage compartment 51 extends out of the clip applier head 3 and extends out of the storage compartment 51 to the maximum extent, when sliding to the bottom, the slide clip holder 30 slides over the anti-back hook 126 and the anti-back hook 126 is snapped back into the slide clip holder 30, and at the same time, the second closing clip 60 is loaded into the storage compartment 51, so that when the snap is heard, the second closing clip 60 is already loaded into place in the storage compartment 51. This is the first second closing clip 60 loading process. Then, following the same procedure as described above, the clip applier then loads a second closure clip 60 from another slide clip seat 30, and in turn if there are more slide clip seats 30. After the second closure clip 60 is completely loaded on the entire slide clip seat 30, the first closure clip 60' is then loaded, and the loading process is described below with reference to fig. 3: the binding clip 3 which is installed in the plurality of second closing clips 60 passes through the rest position 24 of the thinner fixing seat 23 directly, and the binding clip 3 moves downwards along the guiding surface 215, meanwhile, the convex ribs 62 of the outer protruding arms of the first closing clip 60' are wedged into corresponding grooves or holes of the binding clip 3, so that the first closing clip 60' is placed at the jaw position of the binding clip 3, and the first closing clip 60' is in a free open state, but not installed in the storage cabin 51. Of course, in other embodiments, it is also possible to continue to move the binding clip 3 downwards to load the first closure clip 60' into the storage compartment 51. The free open position of the first closure clip 60 'in this embodiment is placed at the jaw position of the binding clip 3 to facilitate direct clamping of the vessel during surgery without pushing on the one closure clip 60'. Thus, the filling of 1+N closed clamps is completed, the continuous clamp can be continuously used during operation, and the continuous clamp vascular operation of the continuous clamp forceps can be well matched.
The disposable tissue closing clip base 100 is provided with the fixing clip base 20 and the sliding clip base 30, wherein the fixing clip base 20 can be used for fixing the first closing clip 60', and the first closing clip 60' is usually located at the periphery of the clip applier and is in a free open state, so that the base adopts the fixing clip base 20, and the structure of the base not only plays a role in fixing, but also facilitates the clip applier to clip the closing clip from the fixing clip base 20. Moreover, by providing a predetermined number of slide clamp bases 30 to accommodate a plurality of second closure clamps 60 that are not external, because the plurality of second closure clamps 60 are in a compressed state in the clip applier, the base has more than one cavity 12, one of the slide clamp bases 30 is provided in each cavity 12, the side walls of each cavity 12 define slide guiding structures that guide the slide clamp bases 30, the slide clamp bases 30 slide into the bottom of the cavity 12 through the slide guiding structures, thus allowing the clip heads to have a certain stroke when the clip applier is loaded, and the plurality of second closure clamps 60 are compressively accommodated in the clip applier by the cooperation of the clip applier with the slide clamp bases and the second support assemblies. Therefore, the disposable tissue closing clamp base solves the defect that the traditional clamp base cannot be used for loading the closing clamp in a compressed state, and the second closing clamp 60 can be rapidly and accurately loaded in the clamp applying clamp in a compressed mode only by matching the clamping action and the pushing function of the clamp applying clamp, so that the operation efficiency is improved, and the medical time is saved.
It should be noted that the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make other changes according to the inventive spirit of the present utility model, and these changes according to the inventive spirit of the present utility model should be included in the scope of the present utility model as claimed.
