A portable seat body forward bending tester comprises a box body, wherein a slide bar is arranged on the front face of the box body, a slide block is arranged on the slide bar in a sliding manner, a first retaining edge used for being pushed by a tester by hand is arranged on the periphery of the slide block, the portable seat body forward bending tester is characterized in that a displacement adjusting mechanism is arranged on the front face of the box body, the displacement adjusting mechanism comprises a front displacement adjusting mechanism used for realizing the forward and backward movement of the slide bar and an upper displacement adjusting mechanism used for realizing the upward and downward movement of the slide bar, a laser distance measuring probe is arranged at the bottom of the slide block, a second retaining edge matched with the laser distance measuring probe is processed at the end part of the slide bar, a third retaining edge extending forwards from the top face is processed at the transition part between the front face and the top face of the box body, a notch for the slide bar to pass through is formed in the middle part of the third retaining edge, a proximity switch is arranged on the bottom face of the third retaining edge, a groove is formed in the front face of the box body, the front and back displacement adjusting mechanism and the upper and lower displacement adjusting mechanism are arranged in the groove, the front and back displacement adjusting mechanism comprises a connecting plate fixed in the groove, a speed reducer supporting seat is fixedly mounted at the tail of the connecting plate, a speed reducer is mounted on the speed reducer supporting seat, a first motor in transmission connection with the speed reducer is mounted on the speed reducer, an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with a ball screw assembly through a coupling, two ends of a screw are respectively mounted on the connecting plate through screw rod supports, a support is fixedly mounted on a screw nut, the upper and lower displacement adjusting mechanism is mounted on the support, the upper and lower displacement adjusting mechanism comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, a slide rod is fixedly mounted on the top plate, a plurality of lifting plates which are arranged in a cross mode are arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, the lifting plates are hinged together through connecting shafts, and the connecting shafts are arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate through upper connecting shafts, The upper connecting shaft and the lower connecting shaft are distributed in pairs, two ends of one connecting shaft are fixed on two sides of the top plate, two ends of the other connecting shaft are arranged on two sides of the top plate in a sliding mode, sliding grooves are correspondingly formed in two sides of the top plate, two sides of the bottom plate are fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, two ends of the other connecting shaft are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate in a sliding mode, a screw rod penetrates between the two connecting shafts in the middle of the bottom plate, one end of the screw rod is connected with one connecting shaft through two circular rings, the other connecting shaft is in threaded connection with the screw rod, the distance between the two connecting shafts in the middle of the bottom plate is adjusted through rotation of the screw rod, so that the distance between the top plate and the bottom plate is adjusted, up-and-down displacement adjustment is achieved, a motor supporting plate is further installed on the support, a second motor capable of sliding up and down is arranged on the motor supporting plate, and an output shaft of the second motor is in transmission connection with the screw rod.

The portable sitting body forward flexion tester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor support plate has a main slot provided in the middle thereof for the output shaft of the motor to pass through and move up and down, and auxiliary slots for mounting the second motor are correspondingly provided on both sides of the main slot, and bolts for mounting the second motor are correspondingly provided in the auxiliary slots, and the bolts movably mount the second motor on the motor support plate.

The portable sitting body forward flexion tester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first rib is provided with two pressure touch screens for the fingers of the tester to touch, the side part of the box body is provided with a display screen, and the display screen is provided with a voice broadcasting device.

The portable sitting body forward flexion tester as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transition between the back surface and the top surface of the box body is provided with a fourth rib extending upwards from the back surface, the top of the fourth rib is connected with a foldable extension edge through a hinge, a side portion of the fourth rib is hinged with a foot ring pressing plate for pressing the two legs of the tester, the fourth rib and the extension edge are correspondingly provided with waist-shaped holes for facilitating pulling, and the bottom of the box body is provided with four casters.
6. A seat body forward bending test method using the portable seat body forward bending tester according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) the seat body forward bending tester is laid down, and the extension edge is unfolded;
2) a person to be tested sits on the extension edge, the position of the displacement adjusting mechanism is adjusted, so that the slide rod is adjusted to the position where the person to be tested does not collide with the head, and the first flange slides to one end close to the person to be tested;
3) after the person to be measured sits at a good position, the legs are fixed by using the foot ring pressing plates;
