the sole comprises a middle sole, a big sole, a heel elastic tray arranged between the heel parts of the big sole and the middle sole, and an arch elastic tray arranged between the arch parts of the big sole and the middle sole, a heel air layer is formed between the heel parts of the outsole and the midsole under the support of the heel elastic tray, an arch air layer is formed between the arch parts of the outsole and the midsole under the support of an arch elastic tray, the heel elastic tray comprises a heel bottom plate glued with the outsole, and a left V-shaped elastic sheet and a right V-shaped elastic sheet which are integrally formed with the heel bottom plate, wherein the tops of the left V-shaped elastic sheet and the right V-shaped elastic sheet are bonded with the insole, the left V-shaped elastic sheet and the right V-shaped elastic sheet respectively form a triangular structure with the heel bottom plate, the heel bottom plate is provided with a through hole, the outsole is provided with an elastic supporting rod penetrating through the through hole, and the top of the elastic supporting rod is bonded with the midsole; the arch elastic tray comprises an arch bottom plate bonded with the outsole and an elastic returning pipe which is integrally formed with the arch bottom plate and the top of which is bonded with the arch part of the midsole;
the insole sequentially comprises a lining layer, a breathable fiber layer and a buffer layer from top to bottom, wherein an arch part of the buffer layer is provided with an arch buffer bulge attached to the arch of a human body, the arch buffer bulge is in smooth transition with a front palm part and a rear heel part, and a second phalanx part and a third phalanx part of the front palm of the insole are provided with latex pads;
the left V-shaped elastic sheet and the right V-shaped elastic sheet are inverted V-shaped, the top ends of the left V-shaped elastic sheet and the right V-shaped elastic sheet are bonded with the bottom and the side edges of the insole, the bottom ends of the left V-shaped elastic sheet and the right V-shaped elastic sheet are connected with the heel bottom plate, and the top ends of the left V-shaped elastic sheet and the right V-shaped elastic sheet are provided with transverse connecting plates for bonding with the insole;
the outer wall of the elastic support rod is provided with a plurality of damping convex rings, and the diameters and the thicknesses of the damping convex rings are gradually increased from top to bottom.
2. The child flat foot orthotic shoe of claim 1, wherein: and foam rubber is filled between the elastic support rod and the through hole.
3. The child flat foot orthotic shoe of claim 1, wherein: the elastic clip-shaped pipe is in an inverted triangle shape with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part.
4. The child flat foot orthotic shoe of claim 1, wherein: the breathable fiber layer is made of a non-woven fabric material mixed with 30% of thermoplastic synthetic fibers, and the buffer layer is made of EVA or low-pressure polyethylene plastic light-bubble materials.
5. The child flat foot orthotic shoe of claim 1, wherein: the lining cloth layer buffer layer is provided with a space for embedding the latex pad, and the latex pad and the buffer layer are bonded with the breathable fiber layer.
6. The child flat foot orthotic shoe of claim 1, wherein: the heel elastic tray and the arch elastic tray are made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, and the elastic supporting rods are made of polyurethane elastic foaming materials.

The child flat foot orthotic shoe of claim 1, wherein: the shoe is characterized by further comprising a U-shaped heel cup embedded into the heel part of the upper, wherein the U-shaped heel cup comprises a latex layer and a TPU layer which are bonded with each other, and the latex layer is arranged on the TPU layer and is close to one side of the foot.
8. The process for manufacturing the child flat-foot rectification shoe according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps:
a. forming the upper, cutting the upper material according to the size requirement, embedding the upper material into the U-shaped heel cup, sewing and tightening the upper for forming;
b. forming a sole, namely bonding the elastic supporting rod and the heel elastic tray through injection molding of a midsole, an outsole, a heel elastic tray, an arch elastic tray and an elastic supporting rod, wherein the elastic supporting rod penetrates through a through hole of the heel elastic tray and is bonded with the outsole, a gap between the elastic supporting rod and the through hole is filled with foaming glue, the arch elastic tray is bonded with the outsole, and finally the midsole, the heel elastic tray, the arch elastic tray and the elastic supporting rod are bonded;
c. adhering the upper and the bottom, performing upper and foot treatment, brushing glue on the upper and the bottom, adhering and drying;
d. manufacturing the insole, namely blanking and cutting materials of each part of the insole, embedding the latex pad into the buffer layer, gluing the breathable fiber layer and the buffer layer, and finally covering a lining cloth layer on one surface, close to the foot, of the breathable fiber layer;
e. assembling, namely putting the insole into the upper, and decorating and packaging the insole into a shoe.
