This has the significant advantage of reducing sidestream smoke while at the same time enabling selective activation and deactivation of the electrical smoking system during the smoking experience. In addition, due to the lower temperature of fuming, the by-products such as effluent and pyrolysate generated in the heating process are obviously reduced.
The electric smoking system for heating the non-combustible cigarettes is an important research hot spot at present, and two heating modes exist in the prior art, namely a central heating mode and a circumferential heating mode. The core ideas of the two heating modes are that the heating element is in direct contact with the tobacco product, and the tobacco product is heated in a contact heat transfer mode, and the two modes have the defects that the tobacco product contacted with the heating element can be fully heated, the tobacco product far away from the heating element can not be fully heated, the waste of the tobacco product can be caused by uneven heating of the tobacco product, and the smoke quantity is limited and the smoking experience is poor. In addition, a part of heat generated by the heating element is used for heating the tobacco product, and the rest part of heat is transmitted to the air for loss, so that the heat cannot be fully utilized, and the energy waste is caused.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thermistor 6 is fixed to the inner housing 2011 at the first air hole 20131.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 2 encloses the heating element 1, the control circuit board 3 and the power supply 5 such that the individual components are combined into one unit, independent of the external environment. The housing 2 may be an integral type or a detachable type. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least 1 of the first air holes 20131, the second air holes 1011, the third air holes 1021, and the fourth air holes 1022 are formed in one or more of a circular shape, a square shape, a diamond shape, or a bar shape.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder 101 has good heat conducting performance, and can be quickly heated to a required temperature after absorbing heat, and the material is selected from metal or ceramic, and the stainless steel metal is preferred.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder 101 and the second cylinder 103 are detachably connected by riveting or screwing. Preferably, the connecting portion is located at a central position of the first cylinder 101 and the second cylinder 103, and the inserting member 102 is located at a position exactly in the middle of the tobacco product 4 when the tobacco product 4 is inserted, which is advantageous for air to uniformly enter the tobacco product 4.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heating element 1, the first housing 201, the top cover 2012 and the base 2013 are fastened in a sealing manner, and the top cover 2012 and the base 2013 are preferably made of high temperature resistant plastic materials.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thermistor 6 is fixed to the inner housing 2011 at the first air hole 20131. When the air flow passes over the surface of the thermistor 6, the resistance of the thermistor 6 changes significantly, which is easily captured by software. After this change is captured, the power output to the heating trace 7 can be appropriately adjusted, achieving a better suction effect.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
when the power switch of the device is turned on, the heating track 7 starts to heat, the first cylinder 101 absorbs heat to gradually heat, the first cylinder 101 transfers the heat to the second cylinder 103 and the inserting part 102 and preheats tobacco shreds, meanwhile, the heat generated by the heating track 7 heats air in the second air flow channel 9 and the third air flow channel 10, hot air in the third air flow channel 10 enters the fourth air flow channel 11 through the third air holes 1021, the hot air finally enters the tobacco shreds through the fourth air holes 1022 to heat the tobacco shreds, and smoke generated by the hot air and the tobacco shreds enters the mouth of a smoker through the fifth air flow channel 12 and the sixth air flow channel 13.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, external air enters the first air flow channel 8 and the second air flow channel 9 through the first air holes 20131, then enters the third air flow channel 10 through the second air holes 1011, the air is heated in the third air flow channel 10 by heat generated by the heating track 7, the heated air enters the fourth air flow channel 11 through the third air holes 1021, the hot air finally enters the tobacco shreds through the fourth air holes 1022 to heat the tobacco shreds, and the hot air and smoke generated by the tobacco shreds enter the mouth of a smoker through the fifth air flow channel 12 and the sixth air flow channel 13.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, only a part of the heat generated by the heating track is used for heating the tobacco product during the heating process, the other part of the heat is absorbed by the inner shell 2011 and the first outer shell 201, the external air flows through the first air flow channel 8 and the second air flow channel 9 to be preheated, and when the external air passes through the third air flow channel 10, only a small amount of heat is needed to heat the tobacco shreds to the temperature of the baked tobacco shreds, and the heating from room temperature is not needed, so that the needed energy is greatly reduced. On one hand, the waste of energy is avoided, on the other hand, the cyclic utilization of heat is realized, the temperature of the shell is reduced to a certain extent, and the energy utilization rate is improved.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

2. Only a part of heat generated by the heating track is used for heating the tobacco products, the other part of heat is absorbed by the inner shell and the first outer shell, the external air flows through the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel to be preheated, and when the external air passes through the third airflow channel, the external air can be heated to the temperature of the baked tobacco shreds by a small amount of heat, and the external air does not need to be heated from room temperature, so that the required energy is greatly reduced. On one hand, the waste of energy is avoided, on the other hand, the cyclic utilization of heat is realized, the temperature of the shell is reduced to a certain extent, and the energy utilization rate is improved.
