Abstract
本发明提供一种数据写入的方法和固态硬盘阵列(700)。该固态硬盘阵列基于RAID系统,包括n个固态硬盘(110n),向该固态硬盘阵列(700)写入待写入数据时,将该待写入数据分为n个数据块,与n个固态硬盘(110n)一一对应。n个数据块全部存储至对应的固态硬盘(110n)后,再进行n个数据块的FTL刷新,完成待写入数据的写入。当固态硬盘阵列(700)在存储n个数据块时断电,由于尚未进行数据块的FTL刷新,n个数据块都未成功写入固态硬盘阵列(700),保证了n个数据块的写操作的原子性。
