The following detailed description will further illustrate the invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a speaker assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in the drawings, the speaker assembly 100 includes a speaker 110, a housing 120, and a sealing member 130, the sealing member 130 is connected to the housing 120 to form a cavity 140, and the speaker 110 is mounted to the housing 120 and is partially received in the cavity 140. The housing 120 is fitted with an air nozzle 150 communicating with the cavity 140. The sealing member 130 is expandable and deformable, and when gas is input into the cavity 140 through the gas nozzle 150 to expand the sealing member 130, the sealing member 130 is deformed when abutting against a foreign object, so as to be adaptively mounted in different mounting spaces and keep the volume of the cavity 140 unchanged. For example, when the speaker assembly 100 is mounted to a circuit board, the seal 140 deforms against the electronic components on the circuit board and abuts against the surface of the electronic components for mounting to the circuit board.
Specifically, the housing 120 is substantially cylindrical, and has a through hole 121, the through hole 121 penetrates through both ends of the housing 120, and the sealing member 130 completely closes one end of the housing 120, thereby forming an inflatable airbag structure having one open end and the other closed end. A stopper 122 protrudes from the inner wall of the through hole 121 at one end of the housing 120, the speaker 110 is mounted in the through hole 121 and abuts against the stopper 122, and the speaker 110 seals the opening of the housing 120, thereby forming a sealed cavity 140. The other end of the housing 120 protrudes from the outer wall of the through hole 121 to form a protrusion 123, and the air nozzle 150 is mounted on the protrusion 123 and is communicated with the cavity 140. Optionally, the seal 130 is bonded to the housing 120 by a viscous material, such as glue.
The sealing element is made of flexible material and has certain deformation capacity, and when the air is filled into the cavity through the air tap in the deformation limit range of the sealing element, the sealing element is expanded continuously, so that the cavity is enlarged continuously. Optionally, the gas filled into the cavity is an inert gas, such as helium; the seal is made of nylon.
The speaker 110 includes a lead 111 and a vibration element (not shown), and the lead 111 passes through the case 120 and the sealing member 130 in sequence and protrudes out of the cavity 140. In operation, the wires 111 may be connected to an audio source on the circuit board to input an audio signal to the speaker 110 through the wires 111, causing the vibrating element to vibrate and resonate with the air in the cavity to produce a sound.
Referring to fig. 2, the electronic device 200 includes a housing (not shown), the speaker assembly 100, and a circuit board 210, wherein the speaker 110 and the circuit board 210 are mounted in the housing, and the sealing member 130 is located above the circuit board 210 and contacts the circuit board 210.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 200 is optionally a mobile phone. The electronic device 200 is manufactured in a thin direction, and the electronic device 200 has a smaller volume as the electronic device is thinner. In order to minimize the size of the electronic device 200, the electronic components inside the electronic device 200 are arranged compactly. Therefore, the speaker assembly 100 and the circuit board 210 are also as close together as possible to reduce the internal space occupation, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the volume of the electronic device 200.
The circuit board 210 is provided with electronic components 220 and 230, the electronic components 220 and 230 protrude from the surface of the circuit board, and the shapes and sizes of the electronic components 220 and 230 are different, so that an irregular installation space is formed above the circuit board 210, and the speaker assembly 100 is installed in the installation space by using the property that the sealing member 130 can be deformed, and the sealing member 130 is deformed and attached to the circuit board 210 and the electronic components 220 and 230.
Specifically, when the speaker assembly 100 is mounted in the housing of the electronic device 200, the cavity 140 is not filled with air, the speaker 110 and the circuit board 210 are mounted together in a compact manner, and the sealing member 130 of the speaker assembly 100 is located in the mounting space of the circuit board 210; then, the lead 111 is connected to the audio input element on the circuit board 210; finally, the air is filled into the cavity 140 through the air nozzle 150, and the sealing member 130 is deformed and attached to the circuit board 210 and the electronic components 220 and 230 and deformed to fit the installation space due to the interference of the circuit board 210 and the electronic components 220 and 230. The sealing member 130 is in close contact with the circuit board 210 and the electronic components 220 and 230, so that the installation space is fully utilized, the structure is compact, and the internal space of the shell is saved.
In another embodiment, the cavity 140 of the speaker assembly 100 may be filled with air, and the speaker assembly 100 may be mounted in the electronic device 200.
Therefore, the speaker assembly 100 and the electronic device 200 using the speaker assembly 100 provided by the invention are hermetically connected with the housing 120 by using the deformable sealing member 130 to form the closed cavity 140, the cavity 140 is filled with the inert gas, the sealing member 130 can deform according to the installation spaces with different shapes, the volume of the cavity 140 is not changed, and the structure is compact.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that other corresponding changes and modifications can be made according to the actual needs created by the inventive arrangements and inventive concepts herein, and such changes and modifications are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.
