It should be noted that under normal conditions, each process is to sequentially pass through the pipe, and the quality information of the cast pipe and the ID information of the cast pipe are sequentially corresponding and stored, so as to form the quality traceability information of the branch cast pipe. However, in the production process after the completion of the casting of the cast tube, there is a possibility that an abnormal situation such as a malfunction of production equipment or quality problems of the cast tube product occurs, and the cast tube is required to be treated off-line. Specifically, after the abnormal cast tube is offline, second cast information of the abnormal cast tube is acquired and identified, and isolation operation is carried out on the ID information of the cast tube.
And after the abnormal condition is eliminated, acquiring and identifying second cast information of the abnormal cast pipe according to the re-online sequence of the abnormal cast pipe, and identifying and activating ID information and corresponding quality information corresponding to the cast pipe.
In this embodiment, the first cast word information is recorded on the socket sand core, so that the setting of the second cast word information which are opposite to each other is realized on the cast tube, unique ID information of each cast tube is allocated according to the opposite body information of the first cast word information, and meanwhile, connection and storage are established between the second cast word information and the quality information of the cast tube, so that staff in each working procedure can store and record the quality information of the cast tube processed in each working procedure, such as tube weight, socket size, hydraulic pressure, dwell time and the like, according to the second cast word information of the cast tube. The quality information of the cast pipes can be called through the second cast character information of the cast pipes when needed, so that the production quality information of each cast pipe can be inquired anytime and anywhere in the process from the beginning of casting to the completion of the whole production process. And the production enterprises can analyze the quality condition of the cast tube in real time, and can optimize the production and manufacturing flow by combining the operation parameters of the process equipment, thereby improving the product quality and reducing the production cost.
Example 2
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of a method for tracing the quality of a cast tube according to the present invention. The method for tracing the quality of the cast tube provided by the embodiment 2 of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 201, acquiring and identifying the first cast word information, and generating the ID information of the cast tube based on the identified anti-body information of the first cast word information, wherein the cast tube ID information corresponds to the anti-body information of the first cast word information.
In step 201 of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to step 101 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and details thereof are omitted herein.
Step 202, in at least one subsequent production procedure after the sand core is used for casting the cast tube, acquiring the second cast information and quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure, and identifying the second cast information.

Step 204, during the storage, transportation and use processes of the casting pipe, receiving a tracing request of a request end, obtaining character information corresponding to the second casting information in the tracing request, matching the ID information of the casting pipe according to the character information corresponding to the second casting information, calling casting quality information corresponding to the ID information of the casting pipe and/or quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production process, and sending the casting quality information and the quality information to the request end.
In this embodiment, the request end is configured to receive a quality tracing request and display a result of the quality tracing request of the cast tube, which may be a mobile phone, an industrial tablet, or a computer.
Acquiring character information corresponding to the second cast information in the tracing request, specifically, if the tracing request is character information, directly acquiring the character information corresponding to the second cast information; and if the tracing request is the picture information, identifying the picture information to acquire character information corresponding to the second cast word information. The character information in the trace back request may include all or part of the second cast information, or may be ID information of the cast pipe.
In this step, after receiving the trace back request of the request end, the validity of the trace back request may be judged, and if the trace back request is legal, the trace back request is responded.
Meanwhile, the authority level of the request end can be preset, and when the request is received, the cast tube quality information of the corresponding authority can be given according to the authority of the request end.
In this embodiment, besides the quality information tracing and inquiring in each production procedure of the cast tube in embodiment 1, the quality information of the cast tube can be conveniently retrieved for tracing or inquiring through the second cast word information on the cast tube and fed back in the processes of storage, transportation and use of the cast tube.

The present embodiment 3 further provides a function of recording casting information of the casting tube on the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic flow chart of embodiment 3, and the method for tracing the quality of the casting tube in embodiment 3 includes:

And 302, when the casting pipe is cast by the bell mouth sand core, obtaining casting quality information of the casting pipe, establishing a corresponding relation between ID information of the casting pipe and the casting quality information, and storing the corresponding relation.
In this embodiment, by establishing the correspondence between the ID information of the cast tube and the casting quality information of the cast tube, the quality information of the cast tube can be initially established and stored at the beginning of casting the cast tube, so that the quality traceability chain of the cast tube is more complete.

Example 5
As shown in fig. 5, a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the present invention is provided, and compared with embodiments 1 to 4, the difference is that in this embodiment, the quality of the casting tube is traced by directly obtaining the second cast information formed on the casting tube. Specifically, the method for tracing the quality of the main pipe provided in embodiment 5 includes:
step 501, obtaining and identifying the second cast information, and generating the ID information of the cast tube based on the identification information of the second cast information, wherein the cast tube ID information corresponds to the identification information of the second cast information.
In this embodiment, first cast information is recorded on the socket sand core for casting, and the first cast information forms corresponding opposite body information on the socket of the casting pipe during casting, that is, the second cast information. Preferably, the first cast information may be set as an inverse form of the character string, so that the second cast information is a character string in a positive form.
A virtual tube batch number data table is preset, different characters in the data table correspond to different data of the virtual tube batch number, the second cast information is obtained and identified, corresponding character string information is obtained, characters contained in the character string corresponding to the second cast information are matched with the virtual tube batch number data table, each character corresponds to preset data, and unique ID information of the cast tube is formed. The second cast information may be obtained in the form of characters or pictures of the second cast information.
In this embodiment, the first cast information is a negative or positive cast information recorded on the socket sand core, specifically, a reverse body information of a character string, where characters in the character string include, but are not limited to, characters, uppercase or lowercase letters, special symbols, and the like, and may be one or more of the above characters, combinations thereof, and the like. The first cast information can be recorded in a plurality of places of the bellmouth sand core, such as the end face or the outer surface of the sand core, but the cast information is preferably recorded in the position of the end face of the bellmouth sand core, compared with other positions, the second cast information formed on the casting pipe can be more convenient to acquire information in the subsequent working procedure, and is not easy to be blocked or worn.
Step 502, in at least one subsequent production procedure after the sand core is used for casting the cast tube, acquiring the second cast information and quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure, and identifying the second cast information.
The step is the same as step 102 of embodiment 1, please refer to fig. 1, and detailed description is omitted herein.
Step 503, matching the ID information of the casting tube corresponding to the identification information of the second cast word information, establishing a correspondence between the ID information of the casting tube and the quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production process, and storing. The step is the same as step 103 of embodiment 1, please refer to fig. 1, and a detailed description is omitted herein.

According to the embodiment, the second cast information formed on the cast tube socket is directly identified, the quality of the cast tube can be traced, and the quality information of the produced product can be conveniently known in the production process of enterprises.

The embodiment can further realize quality tracing of the cast tube in the processes of storage, transportation and use on the basis of the embodiment 5, and is convenient for production workers and downstream users of enterprises to conveniently know and feed back the quality information of the cast tube.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a cast tube quality tracing system, and because the principles of solving the problems of the systems are similar to those of the cast tube quality tracing method, the implementation of the systems can be referred to the implementation of the method, and the repetition is omitted.
Example 7
As shown in fig. 7, the cast tube quality tracing system includes:
the data acquisition and identification module 1 is used for acquiring and identifying first cast information recorded on the bellmouth sand core, and/or acquiring and identifying second cast information of the bellmouth position of the casting pipe in at least one subsequent production process after the casting of the casting pipe by using the bellmouth sand core is completed.
In this embodiment, the data acquisition identification module may include, but is not limited to, a data acquisition device and/or an image identification device,
the information readable by the image recognition device comprises first cast information on the bell mouth sand core or second cast information on the bell mouth of the cast pipe, and particularly the information is read according to the requirement of a quality tracing method. The data acquisition and recognition module in the embodiment preferably adopts an image recognition device, but the information can be read in a manual recording mode in part or all of the scenes.
The data acquisition device is used for uploading the image recognition device or the manually read information to a subsequent data processing module.
A first data processing module 2, configured to generate ID information of the casting pipe based on the identified inverse body information of the first cast information, where the ID information of the casting pipe corresponds to the inverse body information of the first cast information; or, the method is used for generating the ID information of the casting pipe based on the identification information of the second casting information, and the casting pipe ID information corresponds to the identification information of the second casting information.
In this embodiment, after the first data processing module 2 identifies the first cast information, the opposite-body information of the first cast information is obtained, which is actually character information that inverts the characters included in the first cast information that is itself in the opposite-body form into positive bodies. A virtual lot number data table is preset in the first data processing module 2, and data in the virtual lot number data table corresponds to character information according to a certain rule. And matching the character corresponding to the anti-body information of the first cast information with the virtual pipe batch number data table to form unique ID information of the cast pipe, which is also the pipe batch number.
Similarly, the first data processing module 2 may identify character information included in the acquired second cast information, and match the identified character information with data in a preset virtual pipe lot number table according to a certain rule, so as to form unique ID information of the cast pipe.
A second data processing module 3, configured to obtain quality information corresponding to at least one subsequent production process after the casting pipe is cast using the sand core;
the data judging module 4 is used for judging whether the identification information of the second cast word information is matched with the cast tube ID information or not;
the second data processing module 3 is further configured to establish a correspondence between the ID information of the cast tube and quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production process if the determination result of the data determining module 4 is yes;
the second data processing module 3 and the data judging module 4 are mutually matched, after quality information corresponding to a production procedure is obtained, whether the second cast word information identification information has matched cast pipe ID information or not is judged through the data judging module 4, and if the judgment result is matched, a corresponding relation is established between the cast pipe ID information and quality information corresponding to a subsequent production procedure.
The data storage module 5 is used for storing the corresponding relation between the ID information of the casting pipe and the casting quality information and/or the corresponding relation between the ID information of the casting pipe and the quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure.
The data storage module 5 stores quality information corresponding to at least one subsequent production process after casting of all casting pipes, and generally preferably all subsequent production processes, so that all data have a uniform or unique data source, and the consistency of the data can be ensured. The at least one subsequent production process may include annealing, triple milling, hydraulic pressure, lining, curing, zinc spraying, paint spraying, curing, code spraying, and the like.
In the embodiment, through the cooperative coordination among a plurality of modules, hardware or software facilities required by the cast tube quality tracing method can be met, and quality tracing in the cast tube production process is realized. And the quality information of the casting pipe is stored in the data storage module in a logic association mode, and is used as a data unique source, so that the quality tracing system performs unified management on tracing of the quality information, the consistency and the integrity of the data information can be ensured, and the information redundancy is avoided.
Example 8
As shown in fig. 8, the cast tube quality tracing system of the present embodiment includes the same data acquisition and identification module 1, the first data processing module 2, the second data processing module 3, the data judging module 4 and the data storage module 5 as those of embodiment 7, and the repeated parts of the functions are not described again.
On the basis, the quality tracing system of the embodiment further comprises a third data processing module 6, wherein the third data processing module 6 is used for acquiring casting quality information when the sand cores are used for casting the casting pipe, and establishing a corresponding relation between the ID information of the casting pipe and the casting quality information;
in this embodiment, a third data processing module is added on the basis of embodiment 7, and the third data processing module 6 establishes quality information in the casting process of the casting tube, so that the quality information can be tracked from the beginning of the casting production of the casting tube, and the whole production flow is penetrated, so that traceable data is more perfect.
Example 9
On the basis of embodiment 7 and embodiment 8, this embodiment also provides a system for tracing the quality of a casting pipe, where the system for tracing the quality of a casting pipe includes the same data acquisition and identification module 1, the first data processing module 2, the second data processing module 3, the data judging module 4, the data storage module 5, and the optional third data processing module 6 as in embodiment 8, and the functional repetition is not repeated. As shown in fig. 9, a flowchart of the third data processing module 6 is preferably added, and in the actual application process, the third data processing module 6 may be omitted when the second cast word information is directly identified and the cast tube ID information is generated, for example.
Wherein, on the basis, the quality tracing system also comprises a fourth data processing module 7, the fourth data processing module 7 is used for executing the following steps in the storage, transportation and use processes of the cast tube,
receiving a cast tube quality tracing request of a request end, acquiring character information corresponding to the second cast word information in the tracing request, matching the ID information of the cast tube according to the character information corresponding to the second cast word information, calling casting quality information corresponding to the ID information of the cast tube and/or quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure, and sending the casting quality information and the quality information to the request end;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining character information corresponding to second cast information in the tracing request, specifically, directly obtaining the character information corresponding to the second cast information if the tracing request is the character information; and if the tracing request is the picture information, identifying the picture information to acquire character information corresponding to the second cast word information.
The request end is used for receiving the quality tracing request and displaying the result of the cast tube quality tracing request; the request end can be a mobile phone, an industrial tablet or a computer, etc.
The fourth data processing module 7 can realize quality information tracing of the cast tube in the processes of storage, transportation and use of the cast tube, so that production enterprises and users can realize quality tracing in the whole production and use period of the cast tube, and user experience is improved.
Preferably, a rights management module 8 may be further configured to maintain and manage information stored in the data storage module 5, and to classify and manage rights of the request end. The authority of different users or request ends can be preset, and when the intelligent management system is used, the quality traceability information of the cast tube with different authorities is opened according to different users or request ends, so that the classified management of the information is facilitated.
In addition, in order to handle the management of the quality information of the casting pipe which needs to be processed offline under the abnormal condition, the system further comprises a fifth data processing module 9, which is used for isolating the ID information of the abnormal casting pipe and activating the isolated ID information and quality information of the casting pipe after the abnormal condition is eliminated, so that the corresponding quality information of the casting pipe can be continuously stored on the basis of the original quality information. The abnormal condition generally refers to the condition that the cast tube needs to be processed offline due to production equipment failure or quality problems of products and the like.
In embodiment 9, by further setting the fourth data processing module 7, the rights management module 8 and the fifth data processing module 9 on the basis of embodiment 7 or embodiment 8, the quality tracing system of the cast tube can perform quality information inquiry tracing in the production process, and can perform quality tracing conveniently and rapidly according to the second cast word information of the cast tube in the subsequent storage, transportation and use processes. Meanwhile, by setting the authority management module 8, different inquiry authorities can be given according to different requirements of users, and the open information can be correspondingly adjusted according to the requirements, so that the use experience and service of the users are improved more favorably.
Example 10
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiment 10 of the present invention also provides a method for preparing cast information of a cast pipe socket, which can cast corresponding information on the socket of the cast pipe. Referring to fig. 10, the preparation method includes the following steps.
Step 1, a boss A with the height of 1-10mm is arranged between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of a flange plate at the end face of a bellmouth sand core, and concave negative text or convex positive text cast character information is recorded on the surface of the boss A to form first cast character information on the bellmouth sand core; or (b)
The concave text cast information is recorded between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the flange plate of the end face of the bellmouth sand core to form first cast information on the bellmouth sand core;
in this application, the first cast information may be inscribed at multiple locations on the bellmouth core, such as at the end face location or other outer surface of the bellmouth core, with the end face location of the bellmouth core being preferred. In this embodiment, the boss a may be set on the end face of the socket sand core, or the first cast information may be directly recorded on the end face of the socket sand core, where the cast information may be in a negative form or a positive form. Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, the first cast information may be set to be in a form of a character reverse to that of the character, so that a character string of a positive body is displayed on the socket of the subsequent cast pipe, which is convenient for subsequent quality tracing.
And 2, casting the bellmouth sand core, and forming convex positive or concave negative casting information on the bellmouth of the cast pipe after casting to form second casting information, wherein the second casting information and the first casting information are mutually opposite.
Preferably, in the step 1 and the step 2, the width of the concave text information is 1-5mm, the length is 2-30mm, and the depth is 1-10mm; the width of the protruding Chinese character casting information is 1-5mm, the length is 2-30mm, and the height is 1-10mm. The width and the length of the specific information can be set according to the different pipe diameters, the setting range of the depth can ensure the smooth realization of the identification work, and the normal use of the cast pipe can not be influenced.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the bellmouth sand core adopts a vertical parting core box, the core box is opened symmetrically with a parting line as an axis, and/or the first cast information is uniformly recorded on the surface of the boss a of the bellmouth sand core in a vertical direction of the parting line with the parting line as a center.
The vertical parting core box is adopted, and the split line is used as an axisymmetric die sinking, so that the boss is not damaged. The boss A is a rectangular boss and is arranged at the middle position of the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the bellmouth sand core flange plate. The boss A of the bellmouth sand core can be used for inscribing the negative or positive cast character information in a laser or mechanical mode.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, fig. 11 is a character string in the form of a reverse body, which is first cast information recorded on the end face of the socket sand core, fig. 12 is second cast information formed on the end face of the socket of the cast pipe, which corresponds to the first cast information in fig. 11 and is reverse body to each other, and the character string in the form of a normal body is displayed. The character string content included in the first cast information as shown in fig. 11 may be set according to the need of the second cast information of fig. 12. Fig. 13 is a schematic view of the placement of end face bosses of the bellmouth sand core, and fig. 14 is a schematic view of the top view of the end face bosses of the bellmouth sand core. In actual use, besides the case of arranging the boss shown in fig. 13 and 14, the boss is not arranged on the end face of the bellmouth sand core according to actual needs, and the negative character string can be directly recorded on the end face.
Specifically, when the shade is recorded on the boss of the bellmouth sand core, the positive text which is parallel to the end surface can be cast on the end surface of the bellmouth of the cast tube after casting, the positive text cannot be worn by the baffle wheel in the production process, and the positive text is well preserved in the subsequent storage, transportation and use processes, so that the quality tracing of the cast tube is realized.
The embossing is performed by carving redundant parts on the boss of the bellmouth sand core by laser or other mechanical modes, the depth reaches the surface of the flange plate, the flange plate surface of the bellmouth sand core is left protruding, and the embossing characters protruding out of the plane of the flange plate of the sand core are left. Therefore, a negative text lower than the end surface can be cast on the end surface of the socket of the cast tube during casting, so that the cast tube cannot be worn by the baffle wheel in the production process, and the quality of the cast tube can be traced back in the production and subsequent use processes.
In the actual use process, the flange plate of the sand core can be directly engraved by laser or other mechanical modes according to the existing sand core production process, and then the male text is cast on the socket end face of the casting pipe during casting. At this time, the cast positive text protruding out of the socket end face of the cast tube can adopt a matched socket end face protector or a slant stop wheel incapable of being worn to the cast word to protect second cast word information of the cast tube in the production process, so that the quality tracing effect of the cast tube in the production process can be guaranteed.
According to the invention, through the matched cast tube quality tracing method, the tracing system and the preparation method of cast tube socket cast word information, the quality information of the cast tube is inquired and traced in the whole production and manufacturing and using processes, the production quality condition of the cast tube is mastered in real time by a production enterprise, great help is provided for improving the product quality, the production flow is optimized, and the production cost is reduced.
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

the first cast word information is identified and then inverted, so that inverted body information of the first cast word information is obtained; a virtual tube batch number data table is preset, and different characters correspond to different data of the virtual tube batch number; matching character information contained in the anti-body information of the first cast information with the virtual pipe batch number data table to form unique ID information of the cast pipe; the cast tube ID information corresponds to the anti-body information of the first cast word information;
When the casting pipe is cast by the bellmouth sand core, casting quality information of the casting pipe is obtained, a corresponding relation between ID information of the casting pipe and the casting quality information is established, and the corresponding relation is stored; or,
the second cast word information is acquired and identified, and the ID information of the cast tube is generated based on the identification information of the second cast word information, specifically:
identifying the second cast information, presetting a virtual pipe batch number data table, and enabling different characters to correspond to different data of the virtual pipe batch number; matching character information contained in the second cast information with the virtual pipe batch number data table to form unique ID information of the cast pipe; the cast tube ID information corresponds to the identification information of the second cast word information;
2) In at least one subsequent production process after the sand core is used for casting the cast tube, acquiring the second cast information and quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production process, and identifying the second cast information;
3) Matching the ID information of the casting pipe corresponding to the identification information of the second casting information, establishing a corresponding relation between the ID information of the casting pipe and the quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure, and storing the corresponding relation;
4) During the storage, transportation and use processes of the cast tube, receiving a tracing request of a request end, judging the validity, and if the tracing request is legal, responding to the tracing request;
the step of obtaining the character information corresponding to the second cast information in the tracing request specifically includes: if the tracing request is character information, directly acquiring character information corresponding to the second cast information; if the tracing request is the picture information, identifying the picture information to obtain character information corresponding to the second cast word information;
according to the character information corresponding to the second cast word information, matching the ID information of the cast tube, calling casting quality information corresponding to the ID information of the cast tube and/or quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure, and sending the casting quality information and the quality information to the request end; wherein,
under the abnormal condition, the abnormal cast tube is offline, second cast information on an abnormal cast tube socket is obtained and identified, and the ID information of the abnormal cast tube is isolated;
and after the abnormal condition is eliminated, acquiring and identifying second cast information on the socket of the abnormal cast pipe according to the re-online sequence of the abnormal cast pipe, and identifying and activating ID information and quality information corresponding to the cast pipe.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one subsequent manufacturing process comprises annealing, triple grinding, hydraulic pressure, lining, curing, zinc spraying, paint spraying, curing, code spraying.
3. The method for tracing the quality of the cast tube according to claim 1, wherein the first cast word information is a negative or positive cast word information recorded on a bell mouth sand core;
the second cast word information is positive or negative cast word information which is formed on the cast pipe socket in the casting process by the first cast word information and is opposite to the first cast word information.
4. The method for tracing the quality of a casting tube according to claim 3, wherein the method comprises the steps of,
the first cast word information is recorded at the end face position of the bellmouth sand core;
the second cast information is formed on the end face of the casting pipe socket during the casting process of the socket sand core.
5. A cast tube quality traceability system, the system comprising:
the data acquisition and identification module (1) is used for acquiring and identifying first cast information recorded on the bellmouth sand core and/or acquiring and identifying second cast information of the bellmouth position of the casting pipe in at least one subsequent production process after the casting of the casting pipe by using the bellmouth sand core is completed;
The data acquisition and identification module (1) comprises a data acquisition device and/or an image identification device, wherein the image identification device can read and identify information, and the information comprises first cast information on the bellmouth sand core or second cast information on a bellmouth of a casting pipe; the data acquisition device is used for uploading the information identified by the image identification device or the information read manually to the data processing module;

a virtual pipe batch number data table is preset in the first data processing module (2), and is matched with the identified anti-body information of the first cast information or the second cast information to generate ID information of the cast pipe; a second data processing module (3) for acquiring quality information corresponding to at least one subsequent production procedure after the casting pipe is cast by using the bellmouth sand core;
The second data processing module (3) is further configured to establish a correspondence between the ID information of the cast tube and quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production process if the determination result of the data determining module (4) is yes; the data judging module (4) is used for judging whether the identification information of the second cast word information is matched with cast tube ID information or not;
the data storage module (5) is used for storing the corresponding relation between the ID information of the cast tube and the quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure;
the quality tracing system further comprises a third data processing module (6) which is used for acquiring casting quality information when the sand core is used for casting the casting pipe, and establishing a corresponding relation between the ID information of the casting pipe and the casting quality information;
the quality traceability system further comprises a fourth data processing module (7), wherein the fourth data processing module (7) is used for executing the following steps in the storage, transportation and use processes of the cast tube:
receiving a cast tube quality tracing request of a request end, acquiring character information corresponding to the second cast word information in the tracing request, matching the ID information of the cast tube according to the character information corresponding to the second cast word information, calling casting quality information corresponding to the ID information of the cast tube and/or quality information corresponding to the at least one subsequent production procedure, and sending the casting quality information and the quality information to the request end;
The method comprises the steps of obtaining character information corresponding to second cast information in the tracing request, specifically, directly obtaining the character information corresponding to the second cast information if the tracing request is the character information; if the tracing request is the picture information, identifying the picture information to obtain character information corresponding to the second cast word information;
