The invention relates to kiln furniture of a kiln car for firing electroceramics.
Background
The electric porcelain is also called a rod-shaped porcelain insulator, is an extra-high voltage part of an extra-high voltage transmission project, and is used for erecting a high voltage wire, and the high voltage wire is insulated from a supporting body by a sufficient distance, so that the performance of the electric porcelain plays an important role in the insulation effect and the safety of an extra-high voltage transmission system.
At present, because the specifications and the shapes of the electric porcelain are different, in the firing process, the small-specification electric porcelain generally adopts a firing process of supporting firing; the large-specification electroceramics have heavy weight and large size, and if a hanging firing mode is adopted, the green body cannot be molded; if the firing mode of backing firing is adopted only, the electroceramics products are easy to bend and deform, so that the quality of the large-rod electroceramics products is unqualified, and the requirements of extra-high voltage engineering cannot be met. The Chinese patent discloses a firing method of large-rod type electroceramics, which adopts a method of sitting firing and hanging firing, and is an ideal firing method, but the method lacks materialization in the aspect of kiln furniture of kiln trucks, for example: firstly, a blank body obtained after molding and drying is vertically placed on a kiln car by a seat burning system, and if the blank body is vertically placed on the kiln car, the temperature of the kiln car is well known to be lower, and the bottom of the blank body is poor due to heat convection, so that the energy consumption of the blank body is increased; secondly, the green body is fixed by kiln furniture, and a hanging head for hanging and burning the green body is arranged on the green body, wherein the kiln furniture is a collar with a supporting structure, which is presumed from the context of the specification, and the hanging head is arranged on the green body or is arranged for hanging and burning the green body? Which makes it difficult for a person skilled in the art to practice the invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide kiln furniture of kiln car for firing electric porcelain, which aims to meet the firing of the existing electric porcelain products with larger specification, so that the electric porcelain products are regular in appearance, good in straightness and high in qualification rate, and can meet the requirements of ultra-high voltage engineering.
The invention comprises a kiln car, wherein at least 4 upright posts are arranged on the kiln car, layer holes parallel to the advancing direction of the kiln car are arranged on the upright posts, main beams are respectively arranged on a bottom layer hole and a top layer hole between two adjacent upright posts, joists are arranged between the main beams on two sides of the bottom layer hole, each joist is provided with a backing plate for loading an electric porcelain body, the electric porcelain body is vertically loaded, the bottoms of the backing plates are arranged on the backing plates, the number of the backing plates and the density of the backing plates are arranged so as to ensure that the distance between the electric porcelain bodies is not less than 10mm, hanging beams are arranged between the main beams on two sides of the top layer hole, a pair of hanging beams are arranged on two sides of each electric porcelain body, the height of each hanging beam is lower than the radial through hole at the upper end of the electric porcelain body, a rod is arranged on the radial through hole on each electric porcelain body, and the length of the rod is equal to the distance between the outer sides of the hanging beams on two sides of the electric porcelain body.
According to the invention, 2-3 layers of beam protection holes are arranged between the bottom layer holes and the top layer holes, and the beam protection holes between two adjacent upright posts are provided with beam protection.
According to the invention, the bottom layer holes and the top layer holes are layer height adjusting holes, the height of each layer height adjusting hole is larger than that of the main beam, and layer height adjusting cushion blocks are arranged on the bottom layer holes or/and the top layer holes and are positioned below the main beam.
According to the invention, the lower side of the plunger is provided with a material reducing plane, and the material reducing plane is contacted with the upper surface of the hanging beam in parallel when the electroceramic blank gradually contracts to a certain extent in the firing process of the electroceramic blank.

The bottom layer holes and the top layer holes are designed into layer height adjusting holes, so that layer height adjusting cushion blocks are arranged on the bottom layer holes or/and the top layer holes conveniently, and the height requirements of different electroceramics blanks for supporting and burning first and then hanging and burning are met.
3. Because the beam protection holes of 2-3 layers are arranged between the holes of the bottom layer and the holes of the top layer, the beam protection holes between two adjacent upright posts are provided with the beam protection, and the beam protection is arranged to effectively prevent the electric porcelain body from toppling to two sides due to vibration. If the electroceramics blanks are toppled to two sides, dead kilns are caused, namely kiln cars cannot advance to block, flameout cleaning is needed, and serious losses are caused by flameout cleaning.
4. The radial through holes above the electric porcelain body are technical characteristics of the electric porcelain product and are not set by the firing process, so that the invention is designed by utilizing the radial through holes on the electric porcelain product, the effect of half effort can be achieved, the electric porcelain body can be hoisted and fired only by adding the joists and the inserting rods by utilizing the upright posts and the main beams on the existing kiln car, a large number of kiln furniture is saved, the kiln furniture occupation ratio is small, the kiln furniture cost is saved, and meanwhile, the energy is saved and the consumption is reduced.
5. The invention discloses an inserting rod, which is characterized in that a material reducing plane is arranged on the lower side of a hollow round rod in a material reducing mode, when the inserting rod is inserted into a radial through hole of an electric porcelain body, the material reducing plane is downward, and when the inserting rod is contracted to a certain extent in the firing process of the electric porcelain body, the material reducing plane is in parallel contact with the upper surface of a hanging beam, so that the friction force between the inserting rod and the hanging beam is increased, and the rolling of the inserting rod in the running process of a kiln car is prevented, and if the inserting rod rolls in the running process of the kiln car, the phenomenon that the electric porcelain body is toppled is generated.
6. Compared with square rods, the hollow round rod provided with the material reduction plane has the advantages of high bearing mechanical strength, easiness in processing and production and the like.
The invention has the advantages of novel structure, large quantity of loaded electric porcelain blanks, high ratio of products to kiln furniture, energy conservation and consumption reduction, capability of meeting the firing of the existing electric porcelain products with larger specification, regular product appearance, good straightness, high qualification rate and capability of meeting the requirements of ultra-high voltage engineering.
