Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of connecting pieces, in particular to an improved connecting shaft.
Background
The connecting shaft is mainly used for connecting two devices or two parts together to integrate the two devices or the two parts, so that the aim of transmitting the power of one device or part to the other device or part through the connecting shaft is fulfilled. When the connecting shaft is used specifically, the connecting shaft and equipment or parts needing to be acted on are generally fixedly connected or in interference fit, the fixed connection mode generally adopts the mode that threads are arranged at two ends of the connecting shaft, and the purpose of integration is achieved through the thread fit between the connecting shaft and the equipment.
In the connecting process, due to the structural limitation of the connecting shaft, one connecting shaft can only carry out connecting movement aiming at equipment or parts with determined diameters when in work, and the following problems exist in the actual operation process:
(1) the traditional connecting shaft can only be connected with equipment or parts with a specific diameter, when a plurality of different diameters exist in the equipment, a plurality of connecting shafts are required to be prepared, the working efficiency is influenced, the parts are easy to leave unused, the production cost is increased, and the current social requirements are not easy to meet.
(2) The traditional connecting shaft cannot be lubricated in the working process, equipment or parts can be lubricated only by detaching the equipment or the parts, the production and the processing of the equipment or the parts are delayed, and secondary damage is easily caused to the connecting shaft and the equipment parts in the detaching process.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an improved connecting shaft.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention to solve the technical problem is as follows: an improved connecting shaft comprises a main shaft frame, a movable cylinder and an outer cylinder frame, wherein the movable cylinder is sleeved on the main shaft frame, the outer cylinder frame is sleeved outside the movable cylinder, and the inner side of the outer cylinder frame is connected with the main shaft frame; wherein:
the main shaft frame comprises a main shaft part, spring bolts and square column fixing parts, the middle part of the main shaft part is positioned in the outer barrel frame, threaded holes are formed in two ends of the main shaft part, the spring bolts are installed in the threaded holes, pin holes are formed in two ends of the middle part of the main shaft part, a square column hole is formed in the center of the main shaft part, and the square column fixing parts are installed in the square column holes; when the diameter of the shaft element does not meet the diameter requirement of equipment or parts, the movable cylinder is sleeved outside the main shaft frame for improvement, and the outer cylinder frame connected with the square column fixing frame and the main shaft element plays a role in positioning and guiding the movable cylinder.
A plurality of movable cylinders are arranged between the main shaft frame and the outer cylinder frame, the main shaft part is matched with the movable cylinders and the outer cylinder frame is matched with the movable cylinders in a relative sliding fit mode, the movable cylinders form a concentric circle structure, each movable cylinder comprises a cylindrical part, a cylindrical clamping groove and a round ball clamping part, the cylindrical parts are sleeved outside the main shaft part, the cylindrical parts (21) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the square column fixing part (13) up and down, the cylindrical parts are positioned on the inner side of the outer cylinder frame and provided with threaded holes, pin holes are formed in the projection positions of the pin holes of the main shaft part, shallow cylindrical blind holes are formed in the outer sides of the cylindrical parts, the shallow cylindrical blind holes are provided with the cylindrical clamping grooves, the inner sides of the cylindrical parts are provided; and moving the cylindrical part until a cylindrical clamping groove on the cylindrical part is contacted with the ball clamping piece, fixing the cylindrical part and a threaded hole formed in the main shaft part through a spring bolt after the ball clamping piece is positioned and clamped with the cylindrical clamping groove, and further fixing the cylindrical part and the main shaft part through a pin hole mounting pin on the cylindrical part and the main shaft part.
The outer barrel frame comprises an outer barrel part and rotatable clamping parts, the left end and the right end of the square column fixing part are connected with the outer barrel part, and the rotatable clamping parts are uniformly arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the outer barrel part in the circumferential direction; the unmoved cylinder is fixed in the outer cylinder frame by the rotatable clamping piece.
According to a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the spring bolt comprises a bolt, a spring washer and a nut, the cylindrical part is connected with the main shaft part through the bolt, the spring washer is arranged at the lower end of the head part of the bolt, and the nut is arranged at the tail part of the bolt; the spring washer can exert reverse acting force on the nut after the nut is screwed down, and friction force between the nut and the bolt is increased, so that the possibility that the movable cylinder and the main shaft piece loosen the fastening bolt in the using process is reduced.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the square column fixing member includes a square column and a triangular prism fixture block, the square column is installed in a square column hole in the center of the main shaft member, threaded holes are formed in the left and right ends of the square column, the triangular prism fixture block is installed in the threaded hole, and the outer cylinder member 3 is connected to the square column through the triangular prism fixture block; the triangular prism fixture block is connected with the outer barrel frame and the square column body through the rectangular stepped concave hole of the outer barrel frame, and the diameter of the connecting shaft which can be used can be changed by replacing the outer barrel frame and the movable cylinder, so that the purpose of increasing the application range of the connecting shaft is achieved.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the ball clamping piece comprises a ball and a spring, the ball is arranged on a deep cylindrical blind hole in the inner side of the cylindrical piece through a rotating shaft, the spring is arranged at the lower end of the ball, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly arranged with the deep cylindrical blind hole; the rolling friction between the round ball and the moving cylindrical piece can be increased through the spring, so that the friction between the cylindrical piece and the cylindrical piece or the main shaft piece is reduced.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the number of the rotatable clamping parts is eight, the rotatable clamping parts are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the outer barrel part around the circumferential direction, each rotatable clamping part comprises a screw, a clamping circular plate and a strip plate, the clamping circular plate and the outer barrel part are connected and arranged through the screw, and the strip plate is arranged on the clamping circular plate through a pin shaft; when the strip plate is rotated, the strip plate moves on the clamping circular plate along the circumferential direction to adjust the contact position of the strip plate and the cylindrical piece, so that the aim of fixing the cylindrical piece which is not moved is fulfilled.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the clamping circular plate comprises a circular plate and a ratchet wheel, wherein an annular groove is formed in the circular plate, the ratchet wheel is arranged at two ends of the inner side of the annular groove, and the direction of the ratchet wheel is in an anticlockwise rotation direction; the long lath can only rotate along the anticlockwise direction by the anticlockwise ratchet wheel, and after the long lath reaches the required position, the long lath is not easy to move due to the structure of the ratchet wheel, so that the purpose of fixing the cylindrical piece without being disassembled again is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the improved connecting shaft provided by the invention, the movable cylinder, the main shaft frame and the outer cylinder frame are connected in a concentric sliding fit manner, the diameter of the connecting shaft can be adjusted according to actual working requirements, the types of connectable equipment or parts are increased, and the application range of the connecting shaft is expanded.
2. According to the invention, the movable cylinder is arranged, and the cylindrical clamping groove and the spherical clamping piece are combined to move the cylindrical piece, so that the purpose of changing the diameter of the connecting shaft is achieved.
3. The oil groove is formed in the cylindrical part, the connection mode of the cylindrical part and the main shaft part is changed into relative sliding through disassembling the spring screw, so that the lubricating contact area of oil is increased, and the purpose of uniformly lubricating the connecting shaft without disassembling the connecting shaft and equipment or parts is achieved.
4. The clamping circular plate is provided with the groove with the anticlockwise ratchet wheel, so that the rotation direction of the long lath is limited to be anticlockwise rotated only, the long lath can be fixed at a certain required position without being detached, and the fixing effect of the long lath on the cylindrical piece is further increased.

An improved connecting shaft comprises a main shaft frame 1, a movable cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder frame 3, wherein the movable cylinder 2 is sleeved on the main shaft frame 1, the outer cylinder frame 3 is sleeved outside the movable cylinder 2, and the inner side of the outer cylinder frame 3 is connected and installed with the main shaft frame 1; wherein:
the main shaft frame 1 comprises a main shaft part 11, a spring bolt 12 and a square column fixing part 13, the middle part of the main shaft part 11 is positioned in the outer barrel frame 3, threaded holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the main shaft part 11, the spring bolt 12 is installed in the threaded holes, pin holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the middle part of the main shaft part 11, a square column hole is formed in the center of the main shaft part 11, and the square column fixing part 13 is installed in the square column hole; when the diameter of the shaft element does not meet the diameter requirement of equipment or parts, the movable cylinder 2 sleeved outside the main shaft frame 1 is improved, and the main shaft element 11 and the outer cylinder frame 3 connected with the square column fixing frame play a role in positioning and guiding the movable cylinder 2.
A plurality of movable cylinders 2 are arranged between the main shaft frame 1 and the outer cylinder frame 3, the main shaft piece 11 is matched with the movable cylinders 2 and the outer cylinder frame 3 is matched with the movable cylinders 2 in a relative sliding fit mode, the movable cylinders 2 form a concentric circle structure, each movable cylinder 2 comprises a cylinder piece 21, a cylindrical clamping groove 22 and a round ball clamping piece 23, the cylinder piece 21 is sleeved outside the main shaft piece 11, the cylinder pieces (21) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a square column fixing piece (13) up and down, the cylinder piece 21 is positioned on the inner side of the outer cylinder frame 3 and provided with a threaded hole, the cylinder piece 21 is provided with a pin hole at the pin hole projection position of the main shaft piece 11, the outer side of the cylinder piece 21 is provided with a shallow cylindrical blind hole, the shallow cylindrical blind hole is provided with the cylindrical clamping groove 22, the inner side of the cylinder piece; the cylinder 21 is moved until the cylindrical clamping groove 22 on the cylinder 21 contacts the round ball clamping piece 23, after the round ball clamping piece 23 is positioned and clamped with the cylindrical clamping groove 22, the cylinder 21 and the threaded hole formed in the main shaft 11 are fixed through the spring bolt 12, and the cylinder 21 and the main shaft 11 are further fixed through the pin hole mounting pins on the cylinder 21 and the main shaft 11.
The outer barrel frame 3 comprises an outer barrel part 31 and rotatable clamping parts 32, rectangular stepped concave holes are formed in the left end and the right end of the outer barrel part, the left end and the right end of the square column fixing part 13 are connected with the outer barrel part 31, and the rotatable clamping parts 32 are uniformly arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the outer barrel part 31 in the circumferential direction; the unmoved cylinder 21 is fixed in the outer cylinder holder 3 by means of a rotatable detent 32.
The spring bolt 12 comprises a bolt 121, a spring washer 122 and a nut 123, the cylindrical part 21 is connected with the main shaft part 11 through the bolt 121, the spring washer 122 is installed at the lower end of the head part of the bolt 121, and the nut 123 is installed at the tail part of the bolt 121; the spring washer 122 can apply a reverse force to the nut 123 after the nut 123 is tightened, increasing the friction between the nut 123 and the bolt 121, so as to reduce the possibility of loosening the fastening bolt 121 during use of the movable cylinder 2 and the main shaft element 11.
The square column fixing member 13 comprises a square column 131 and triangular prism blocks 132, the square column 131 is installed in a square column hole at the center of the main shaft member 11, threaded holes are formed at the left and right ends of the square column 131, the triangular prism blocks 132 are installed in the threaded holes, and the outer cylinder member 31 is connected with the square column 131 through the triangular prism blocks 132; the triangular prism fixture block 132 connects the outer cylinder 31 with the square cylinder 131 through the rectangular stepped recess of the outer cylinder 31, and the usable diameter of the connecting shaft can be changed by replacing the outer cylinder frame 3 and the movable cylinder 2, so as to increase the application range of the connecting shaft.

The ball clamping piece 23 comprises a ball 231 and a spring 232, the ball 231 is mounted on a deep cylindrical blind hole in the inner side of the cylindrical piece 21 through a rotating shaft, the spring 232 is mounted at the lower end of the ball 231, and the lower end of the spring 232 is fixedly mounted with the deep cylindrical blind hole; the rolling friction between the spherical ball 231 and the moving cylinder 21 can be increased by the spring 232 to reduce the friction between the cylinder 21 and the cylinder 21 or the main shaft 11.
The number of the rotatable clamping parts 32 is eight, the rotatable clamping parts 32 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer barrel part 31 around the circumferential direction, each rotatable clamping part 32 comprises a screw 321, a clamping circular plate 322 and a strip plate 323, the clamping circular plate 322 is connected and arranged with the outer barrel part 31 through the screw 321, and the strip plate 323 is arranged on the clamping circular plate 322 through a pin shaft; when the strip plate 323 is rotated, the strip plate 323 moves on the locking circular plate 322 in the circumferential direction to adjust the contact position of the strip plate 323 and the cylinder 21, so as to fix the cylinder 21 that is not moved.
The clamping circular plate 322 comprises a circular plate 3221 and a ratchet wheel 3222, wherein the circular plate 3221 is provided with an annular groove, the ratchet wheel 3222 is arranged at two ends of the inner side of the annular groove, and the direction of the ratchet wheel 3222 is the counterclockwise rotation direction; the counterclockwise ratchet 3222 makes the long strip plate 323 rotate only in the counterclockwise direction, and after the desired position is reached, the long strip plate 323 is not easy to move due to the structure of the ratchet 3222, so as to fix the cylinder 21 without disassembling again.
When the device is used specifically, the diameter of the connecting shaft is increased by moving the cylindrical piece 21 so as to achieve the purpose of meeting the diameter of the mounting holes in the device 1 and the device 2, when the cylindrical piece 21 is moved, the cylindrical clamping groove 22 and the spherical clamping piece 23 are matched for positioning, then the spring bolt 12 is inserted into the threaded holes of the cylindrical piece 21 and the main shaft piece 11 so as to achieve the purpose of further fixing the moved cylindrical piece 21, the long strip plate 323 is rotated to fix the unmoved cylindrical piece 21, the spring bolt 12 is detached in later use, lubricating oil is poured into the oil groove of the cylindrical piece 21, and the cylindrical piece 21 is rotated so that the lubricating oil is uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the cylindrical piece 21 so as to achieve the purpose of uniform lubrication.
