The invention relates to the technical field of textile equipment and accessories, in particular to a matching structure of a spindle and a bobbin.
Background
The textile industry is one of the traditional industries in China, and the textile machinery is developed along with the textile industry. Textile fittings such as bobbins are widely used in the textile industry, for example, for spinning cotton, silk, synthetic fibers and blends. When in use, one end of the spinning frame is inserted into a spindle of the spinning frame, the spindle rotates at a high speed to drive the yarn tube to rotate, the short fibers are spun into yarn, and the spun yarn is wound on the yarn tube. The prior bobbin has a very simple structure and is usually a flawless bobbin. When in use, the yarn guide device is arranged on a spindle through tight fit. In the actual production process, the bobbin is very laborious to insert and extract.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a matching structure of a spindle and a bobbin, and solves the problem that the bobbin in the prior art is difficult to insert and pull.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a matching structure of a spindle and a bobbin comprises a spindle body and a bobbin body;
the lower end of the spindle body is a first cone part, and the upper end of the spindle body is a second cone part;
the bobbin body is a hollow tube body, the lower end of the bobbin body is provided with a first conical inner wall matched with the first conical part, and the upper end of the bobbin body is provided with a second conical inner wall matched with the second conical part;
the bobbin body is sleeved on the spindle body, and the upper end of the bobbin body is higher than the upper end of the spindle body;
the side surface of the first vertebral body part is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped side openings, and the side openings extend along the axial direction of the first vertebral body part; a strip-shaped adjusting groove is formed in the inner side of the first vertebral body part and is close to the side opening, the adjusting groove extends along the axial direction of the first vertebral body part, and the length of the adjusting groove is larger than that of the side opening; the upper end of the adjusting groove forms an upper buffer groove compared with the part of the adjusting groove extending upwards from the side opening, and the lower end of the adjusting groove forms a lower buffer groove compared with the part of the adjusting groove extending downwards from the side opening;
a strip-shaped arc-shaped elastic sheet is arranged in the adjusting groove, and an arc-shaped protruding part of the arc-shaped elastic sheet extends out of the outer side of the first vertebral body part from the side opening; the upper end of the arc-shaped elastic sheet is connected with an upper sliding piece, the upper sliding piece is arranged in the upper buffer slot in a sliding manner, and an upper elastic reset piece is connected between the upper sliding piece and the top end of the upper buffer slot; the lower end of the arc-shaped elastic sheet is connected with a lower sliding piece, the lower sliding piece is arranged in the lower buffer slot in a sliding manner, and a lower elastic reset piece is connected between the lower sliding piece and the bottom end of the lower buffer slot;
the first conical inner wall is provided with a plurality of arc grooves which are opposite to the side openings one by one, the radian of each arc groove is matched with the arc bulge of each arc elastic sheet, and the arc bulge of each arc elastic sheet is accommodated in the corresponding arc groove.
Further, the connection position of the side opening and the adjusting groove is an arc transition section.
Furthermore, the lower end of the upper buffer groove is provided with an upper limiting head, and the upper end of the lower buffer groove is provided with a lower limiting head.
Furthermore, the upper limiting head and the lower limiting head are arc-shaped heads towards the arc-shaped elastic sheet side.
Further, the upper elastic reset piece and the lower elastic reset piece are both springs.
Further, a reinforcing ring is arranged on the second conical inner wall, and the reinforcing ring is attached to the second conical portion.
Furthermore, the upper end of the bobbin body is screwed with a top cap.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has simple structure and convenient use; the arc-shaped elastic sheet on the spindle is clamped in the arc-shaped groove of the bobbin, so that the transmission of the torque force is realized; in the process of inserting and pulling the bobbin, the arc-shaped elastic sheet deforms to drive the upper elastic reset piece and the lower elastic reset piece to deform, so that the pulling and inserting of the bobbin are not influenced; the bobbin does not need to be in tight fit with a spindle, and the pulling and inserting are convenient.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the spindle and bobbin matching structure in the present embodiment includes a spindle body 1 and a bobbin body 2. The lower end of the spindle body 1 is provided with a first cone part 3, and the upper end of the spindle body 1 is provided with a second cone part 4; the bobbin body 2 is a hollow body, the lower end of the bobbin body 2 is provided with a first conical inner wall 5 matched with the first cone part 3, and the upper end of the bobbin body 2 is provided with a second conical inner wall 6 matched with the second cone part 4.
The bobbin body 2 is sleeved on the spindle body 1, and the upper end of the bobbin body 2 is higher than the upper end of the spindle body 1; in this embodiment, the top cap 7 is screwed on the upper end of the bobbin body 2 to prevent the spindle from winding yarn when rotating.
The side surface of the first vertebral body part 3 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped side openings 8, and the side surfaces of the first vertebral body part 3 are provided with two side openings 8 in the embodiment and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first vertebral body part 3; said side opening 8 extends in the axial direction of said first vertebral body portion 3; a strip-shaped adjusting groove 9 is formed in the inner side of the first cone part 3, the position is close to the side opening 8, the adjusting groove 9 extends along the axial direction of the first cone part 3, and the length of the adjusting groove 9 is larger than that of the side opening 8; the portion of the upper end of the adjustment groove 9 extending upward from the side opening 8 forms an upper buffer groove 10, and the portion of the lower end of the adjustment groove 9 extending downward from the side opening 8 forms a lower buffer groove 11.
A strip-shaped arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is arranged in the adjusting groove 9, and an arc-shaped convex part of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 extends out of the first vertebral body part 3 from the side opening 8; the upper end of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is connected with an upper sliding piece 13, the upper sliding piece 13 is slidably arranged in the upper buffer slot 10, and an upper elastic reset piece 14 is connected between the upper sliding piece 13 and the top end of the upper buffer slot 10; the lower end of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is connected with a lower sliding piece 15, the lower sliding piece 15 is slidably arranged in the lower buffer groove 11, and a lower elastic reset piece 16 is connected between the lower sliding piece 15 and the bottom end of the lower buffer groove 11.
The first conical inner wall 5 is provided with a plurality of arc grooves 17 which are opposite to the side openings 8 one by one, the radian of each arc groove 17 is matched with the arc bulge of each arc elastic sheet 12, and the arc bulges of the arc elastic sheets 12 are accommodated in the arc grooves 17.
In this embodiment, the connection between the side opening 8 and the adjustment groove 9 is an arc transition section 18, which is convenient for the arc-shaped elastic piece 12 to slide, and avoids damaging the arc-shaped elastic piece 12. The lower end of the upper buffer slot 10 is provided with an upper limiting head 19 for limiting the downward sliding position of the upper sliding piece 13, and the upper end of the lower buffer slot 11 is provided with a lower limiting head 20 for limiting the upward sliding position of the lower sliding piece 15. In this embodiment, the upper elastic restoring member 14 and the lower elastic restoring member 16 are both springs.
In this embodiment, the second tapered inner wall 6 is provided with a reinforcing ring 22, and the reinforcing ring 22 is attached to the second cone portion 4. The reinforcing ring 22 can increase the friction between the spindle body 1 and the bobbin body 2 and prevent the bobbin body 2 from wobbling during rotation.
When the yarn bobbin is used, the bobbin body 2 is sleeved on the spindle body 1 manually, and alignment is not needed; if the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is just aligned with the arc-shaped groove 17, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is directly clamped into the arc-shaped groove 17 to realize fixation. If the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is not aligned with the arc-shaped groove 17, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is pressed into the adjusting groove 9 by the first conical inner wall 5, at the moment, the upper elastic resetting piece 14 and the lower elastic resetting piece 16 are both compressed, when the spindle rotates, because the spindle and the bobbin are not in over tight fit, the friction force is very small, the two can rotate relatively, when the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 rotates to the arc-shaped groove 17, the upper elastic resetting piece 14, the lower elastic resetting piece 16 and the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 are both reset, and the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 is pressed into the arc-shaped groove 17 to be fixed. In the embodiment, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 on the spindle is clamped in the arc-shaped groove 17 of the bobbin, so that the transmission of the torque force is realized; in the process of inserting and pulling the bobbin, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 12 deforms to drive the upper elastic reset piece 14 and the lower elastic reset piece 16 to deform, so that the bobbin inserting and pulling are not influenced; the bobbin does not need to be in tight fit with a spindle, and the pulling and inserting are convenient.
