1. A roller bed, comprising:
a frame (10);
the roller assemblies (20) are distributed on the frame (10) in parallel at intervals, and a roller shaft (21) capable of rotating around the axis of the roller assembly (20) is arranged on the roller assembly (20);
the driving device (30) is fixedly arranged on the frame (10) and provides rotating power for the roller shaft (21);
the drum assembly (20) includes:
a roller shaft (21) rotatably disposed on the frame (10) in the drum assembly (20) assembly;
the chain wheels (22) are sleeved and fixed on one side of the roller shaft (21) in the roller assembly (20), and every two adjacent chain wheels (22) synchronously rotate through a transmission chain (23);
each chain wheel (22) is sleeved with at least two transmission chains (23);
the rollers (24) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the roller shaft (21) and rotate along with the rotation of the roller shaft (21) so as to convey workpieces on the roller bed;
the driving device (30) is a driving motor (31), the driving motor (31) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the frame (10), an output shaft (32) of the driving motor (31) is also provided with a chain wheel (22), and the driving device also drives the roller assemblies (20) positioned on two sides of the driving motor (31) to rotate through a transmission chain (23);
the frame (10) is also fixedly provided with a tensioning assembly (50), the tensioning assembly (50) is arranged between two adjacent roller assemblies (20) of the frame (10) and is used for tensioning a transmission chain (23), and the tensioning assembly (50) comprises:
the base (51) is fixedly connected with the frame (10) through bolts, and a first limiting groove (52) and a second limiting groove (53) are symmetrically formed in the upper end face of the base (51);
the inner side of the first inserted rod (54) is provided with a first sliding chute (55) and a second sliding chute (56) from bottom to top;
a second limit groove (53) is inserted with a second inserted bar (57), the second inserted bar (57) is obliquely arranged toward the middle of the base (51), and a third sliding groove (58) and a fourth sliding groove (59) are formed in the inner side of the second inserted bar (57) from bottom to top;
a first slide bar (510), two ends of which are connected with the first sliding chute (55) and the fourth sliding chute (59) in a sliding way through a slide shaft (511);
a second sliding rod (512), two ends of which are connected with the second sliding chute (56) and the third sliding chute (58) in a sliding way through a sliding shaft (511);
the upper end of the telescopic cylinder (513) is movably hinged with the overlapped parts of the first sliding rod (510) and the second sliding rod (512), and the lower end of the telescopic cylinder is fixedly provided with a balance block (514) inserted in the middle of the base (51);
the lower end face of the runner seat (515) is also respectively provided with a first clamping groove (518) and a second clamping groove (519) which are respectively used for being clamped with the end part of the first inserted bar (54) and the end part of the second inserted bar (57);
and the tensioning wheel (520) is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the rotating wheel seat (515), and the tensioning wheel (520) is in tension contact with the transmission chain (23).
2. A roller bed according to claim 1, characterized in that: the frame (10) is of a rectangular strip structure, and the roller assembly (20) is fixedly connected between the relatively long frames of the frame (10) through a bearing seat assembly (40) in a micro-adjustable mode.
3. A roller bed according to claim 2, characterized in that: the bearing block assembly (40) comprises:
the bearing seat body (41) is fixedly connected to the frame (10) through a fixed bottom plate (42), a waist-shaped through hole (43) is formed in the fixed bottom plate (42), and the bearing seat body (41) is fixedly connected to the fixed bottom plate (42) through a bolt (44) and the waist-shaped through hole (43) in a matched mode;
the bearing (45) is matched and connected with a through hole formed in the bearing seat body (41), and the bearing (45) is in transmission connection with the roller shaft (21);
the transverse adjusting limiting plates (46) are arranged in two and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bearing seat body (41), the transverse adjusting limiting plates (46) are fixedly connected with the fixed base plate (42), the transverse adjusting limiting plates (46) are further connected with limiting columns (47) in a threaded mode, and the limiting columns (47) are used for making linear motion close to the bearing seat body (41) or far away from the bearing seat body (41) on the transverse adjusting limiting plates (46).

A roller bed according to claim 1, characterized in that: a motor protective shell (33) is arranged on the periphery of the driving motor (31), and an oil receiving disc (34) is arranged on one side, close to an output shaft (32) of the driving motor (31), of the lower end of the motor protective shell (33).

A roller bed according to claim 1, characterized in that: the roller bed is further provided with a cover plate (60), the cover plate (60) is covered above the frame (10) through a cover plate supporting frame (61), the cover plate supporting frame (61) is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the frame (10), and the upper portion of the roller (24) penetrates out of a through hole formed in the cover plate (60) and is located above the cover plate (60) and used for conveying a workpiece located on the cover plate (60).
