本发明公开了一种闪花状起茸面料,包括基布层、经纱、纬纱、银纤维丝、氨纤维丝、内衬层、抗静电层、防水透气层、加强丝、异性涤纶丝、弹性层、抗菌层、闪花凸起和挂饰凸起。本发明结构合理,通过基布层内部编织而成的经纱和纬纱,提高基布层的强度,使面料更结实,通过绕缠在经纱和纬纱连接处的银纤维丝和氨纤维丝,使面料具有良好的吸湿性、耐磨性、除臭性以及抗静电的效果,通过抗静电层采用的CVC/防静电面料,提高面料的防静电效果,减小灰尘在静电作用粘附在面料上,通过PTFE膜与绵布料复合而成的防水透气层,提高面料的防水效果,更加透气,通过弹性层内部呈弧形的异性涤纶丝与加强丝提高面料的韧性的同时提高面料的弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种起茸面料,具体是一种闪花状起茸面料,属于面料应用技术领域。
背景技术
目前闪花状面料越来越多的被应用于晚礼服材质上,关于闪花状面料的公开材料也很多,如《现代纺织技术》第12卷(2004)第6期中周贵前等所著的“闪光立体方格绉面料的开发”,该文献中采用涤纶有光,DTY丝(低弹丝)、强捻的DTY丝(低弹丝)及 FDY丝(长丝)为原料,通过经向变化穿筘法、纬向的不同上机纬密以及双层、平纹、四枚破斜纹,织成了具有经纬条凸起、闪光效果、中间起绉、立体感强的风格独特新型面料。
目前现有的闪光面料已经比较丰富,但带有闪光效果的弹力短绒并适合晚礼服材质的女装面料还是比较少见,且现有的面料不能在具有防水性的同时具有良好透气功能,防水透气性较差,现有的面料抗菌和防静电效果较差,灰尘容易在静电作用下粘附在面料的表面,影响面料的整洁。因此,针对上述问题提出一种闪花状起茸面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种闪花状起茸面料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种闪花状起茸面料,包括基布层以及抗静电抗菌结构以及防水透气结构;
所述抗静电抗菌结构包括粘和连接在基布层一端的内衬层,所述基布层的另一端粘和连接抗静电层,所述基布层由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱的连接处绕缠有银纤维丝和氨纤维丝;
所述防灰透气结构包括粘和连接在抗静电层一端的防水透气层,所述防水透气层的一端粘和连接弹性层,所述弹性层的内部缝合连接异性涤纶丝,所述弹性层的一端粘和连接抗菌层,所述抗菌层的一端粘和连接挂饰凸起,所述挂饰凸起的一端粘和连接闪花凸起。
优选的,所述经纱和纬纱均为涤纶纤维组成的涤纶低弹网络丝。
优选的,所述弹性层内部缝合连接的异性涤纶丝呈弧形分布,且弹性层的内部缝合连接加强丝,加强丝贯穿缝合连接异性涤纶丝。
优选的,所述防水透气层由PTFE膜与绵布料复合而成。
优选的,所述抗菌层采用竹炭纤维材质编织而成。
优选的,所述抗静电层为CVC/防静电面料。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过基布层内部编织而成的经纱和纬纱,提高基布层的强度,使面料更结实,通过绕缠在经纱和纬纱连接处的银纤维丝和氨纤维丝,使面料具有良好的吸湿性、耐磨性、除臭性以及抗静电的效果,通过抗静电层采用的CVC/防静电面料,提高面料的防静电效果,减小灰尘在静电作用粘附在面料上。
2、通过PTFE膜与绵布料复合而成的防水透气层,提高面料的防水效果,更加透气,通过弹性层内部呈弧形的异性涤纶丝与加强丝提高面料的韧性的同时提高面料的弹性,通过竹炭纤维材质编织而成的抗菌层,提高面料的抗菌效果,通过挂饰凸起一端粘和连接的闪花凸起,提高面料的闪光效果。

本发明在使用时,通过基布层1内部编织而成的经纱101和纬纱102,提高基布层1的强度,使面料更结实,通过绕缠在经纱101和纬纱102连接处的银纤维丝103和氨纤维丝104,使面料具有良好的吸湿性、耐磨性、除臭性以及抗静电的效果,通过抗静电层3采用的CVC/防静电面料,提高面料的防静电效果,减小灰尘在静电作用粘附在面料上,通过PTFE膜与绵布料复合而成的防水透气层4,提高面料的防水效果,更加透气,通过弹性层7内部呈弧形的异性涤纶丝6与加强丝5提高面料的韧性的同时提高面料的弹性,通过竹炭纤维材质编织而成的抗菌层8,提高面料的抗菌效果,通过挂饰凸起10一端粘和连接的闪花凸起9,提高面料的闪光效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种闪花状起茸面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)以及抗静电抗菌结构以及防水透气结构;
所述抗静电抗菌结构包括粘和连接在基布层(1)一端的内衬层(2),所述基布层(1)的另一端粘和连接抗静电层(3),所述基布层(1)由经纱(101)和纬纱(102)编织而成,所述经纱(101)和纬纱(102)的连接处绕缠有银纤维丝(103)和氨纤维丝(104);
所述防灰透气结构包括粘和连接在抗静电层(3)一端的防水透气层(4),所述防水透气层(4)的一端粘和连接弹性层(7),所述弹性层(7)的内部缝合连接异性涤纶丝(6),所述弹性层(7)的一端粘和连接抗菌层(8),所述抗菌层(8)的一端粘和连接挂饰凸起(10),所述挂饰凸起(10)的一端粘和连接闪花凸起(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪花状起茸面料,其特征在于:所述经纱(101)和纬纱(102)均为涤纶纤维组成的涤纶低弹网络丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪花状起茸面料,其特征在于:所述弹性层(7)内部缝合连接的异性涤纶丝呈弧形分布,且弹性层(7)的内部缝合连接加强丝(5),加强丝(5)贯穿缝合连接异性涤纶丝(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪花状起茸面料,其特征在于:所述防水透气层(4)由PTFE膜与绵布料复合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪花状起茸面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(8)采用竹炭纤维材质编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪花状起茸面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电层(3)为CVC/防静电面料。
