Abstract

本发明公开了一种针对PLA耗材的FDM3D打印机模型冷却装置,它涉及3D打印机用具技术领域;所述冷却环用于嵌套在打印机黄铜喷嘴上,冷却环上端内嵌导气管,导气管另一端连接在冷却风扇的风口,用于将冷却风扇吹出的风导入冷却环,冷却环底部不同朝向上开有内风口和外风口,内风口吹出的冷却风用于冷却刚流出打印机黄铜喷嘴的耗材,外风口吹出的冷却风用于冷却打印模型;该新型装置打印过程中内风口可以冷却刚流出黄铜喷嘴的耗材使其流动性减小,外风口可以冷却打印模型使其不会发生变形,能实现打印成型精度的提升,材料经济,制作简单。

Description

一种针对PLA耗材的FDM3D打印机模型冷却装置
技术领域
本发明属于3D打印机用具技术领域,具体为一种针对PLA耗材的FDM3D打印机模型冷却装置。
背景技术
三维打印,即快速成形技术的一种,用于一些产品的直接制造,3D打印机(3DPrinters)简称(3DP)是一位名为恩里科·迪尼(Enrico Dini)的发明家设计的一种神奇的打印机,可以打印任何所需的物品的形状,但是3D打印出来的是物体的模型,不能打印出物体的功能。
现有的3D打印机黄铜喷嘴温度过高会使耗材刚出黄铜喷嘴时温度冷却不及时造成打印模型发生形变,每一层的模型层冷却不及时造成层与层之间发生挤压坍塌,对打印成型精度造成影响。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种针对PLA耗材的FDM3D打印机模型冷却装置,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种针对PLA耗材的FDM3D打印机模型冷却装置,它包括冷却环、导气管;冷却环用于嵌套在打印机黄铜喷嘴上,冷却环上端内嵌导气管,导气管另一端连接在冷却风扇的风口,用于将冷却风扇吹出的风导入冷却环,冷却环底部不同朝向上开有内风口和外风口,内风口吹出的冷却风用于冷却刚流出打印机黄铜喷嘴的耗材,外风口吹出的冷却风用于冷却打印模型。
作为优选,所述导气管为胶管。
作为优选,所述冷却环为高温合金。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:该新型装置打印过程中内风口可以冷却刚流出黄铜喷嘴的耗材使其流动性减小,外风口可以冷却打印模型使其不会发生变形。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:内风口1、外风口2、冷却环3、导气管4,冷却环3用于嵌套在打印机黄铜喷嘴上,冷却环3上端内嵌导气管4,导气管4另一端连接在冷却风扇的风口,用于将冷却风扇吹出的风导入冷却环3,冷却环3底部不同朝向上开有内风口1和外风口2,内风口1吹出的冷却风用于冷却刚流出打印机黄铜喷嘴的耗材,外风口2吹出的冷却风用于冷却打印模型。
进一步的,所述冷却环3为胶管。
进一步的,所述导气管4为高温合金。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:冷却环嵌套在打印机黄铜喷嘴上,高温合金可以防止冷却环被黄铜喷嘴的高温熔化,冷却环顶端内嵌有导气管,可以将冷却风扇吹出的冷风导入到冷却环中,冷却环底端间隔有内风口和外风口,内风口的风吹向黄铜喷嘴方向,可以冷却刚流出黄铜喷嘴的耗材减少其流动性,外风口的风吹向打印模型的方向,可以将每一层的模型进行冷却,防止层与层之间因为流动性造成的挤压坍塌现象导致的打印模型高度变低,有效提高打印模型的精准度,对打印的精度带来增幅,制作简单,选材方便。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种针对PLA耗材的FDM3D打印机模型冷却装置,其特征在于:它包括冷却环、导气管;冷却环(3)用于嵌套在打印机黄铜喷嘴上,冷却环(3)上端内嵌导气管(4),导气管(4)另一端连接在冷却风扇的风口,用于将冷却风扇吹出的风导入冷却环(3),冷却环(3)底部不同朝向上开有内风口(1)和外风口(2),内风口(1)吹出的冷却风用于冷却刚流出打印机黄铜喷嘴的耗材,外风口(2)吹出的冷却风用于冷却打印模型。
