A pair of second optical axis limit rings are respectively arranged on the coloring raw material roll mounting rod 66 and the waste recycling rod 67.
The second swing arm 86 is provided with a set of driving lever connecting shaft fixing holes 91, and the driving lever connecting shaft 90 is installed in one of the driving lever connecting shaft fixing holes 91.
The working mode and principle are as follows:
the first step: the worker sleeves the raw material roll 100 of the tablecloth film on the raw material roll mounting rod 6 of the tablecloth, limits the raw material roll 100 of the tablecloth film through the pair of optical axis limiting rings 12, places the raw material roll mounting rod 6 of the tablecloth in the mounting rod placing seat 11 of the raw material roll of the tablecloth, and the tablecloth film drawn out of the raw material roll 100 of the tablecloth sequentially passes through the second feeding roller 8, the feeding pressing roller 9 and the first feeding roller 7, is finally output by the third feeding roller 10 and enters the next processing station. When the roll of raw sheet film 100 needs to be replaced, the worker steps down the roll of raw sheet film mounting bar 6 and then releases the pair of spindle stop rings 12 to replace the roll of raw sheet film 100 with a new roll of raw sheet film. And a second step of: the worker adds liquid paint into the paint pool 21, turns on the blower 32, the pressurized air flows into the air inlet manifold 28, the gas delivery pipeline 31 is connected, so that the gas is added into the air inlet manifold 28, the mixed air and the pressurized gas enter the heating pipeline 29 and are sprayed out through a group of flame spraying holes, the worker turns on the shutoff valve on the air supply hose 44, the gas is sprayed out through the metal ignition pipeline 45, the worker ignites the gas sprayed out through the metal ignition pipeline 45 by using the lighter, the worker stretches the metal ignition pipeline 45 into the hollow printing roller 19 after ignition, the gas sprayed out through a group of flame spraying holes is ignited, and the shutoff valve on the air supply hose 44 is closed after ignition is finished; the inner wall of the hollow embossing roll 19 at the gap between the second feeding compression roller 38 and the hollow embossing roll 19 is subjected to flaming heating through a group of flaming holes of the heating pipeline 29, cooling water is continuously added to the bottom of the hollow embossing roll 19 through the water inlet pipeline 24, the temperature of the hollow embossing roll 19 is prevented from being too high, and the cooling water accumulated at the inner bottom of the hollow embossing roll 19 is continuously pumped out through the water pump 33, so that the cooling water is prevented from overflowing the hollow embossing roll 19.
The outer wall of the hollow embossing roll 19 is engraved with patterns to be embossed, the hollow embossing roll 19 is driven to rotate by a first chain driving motor 41, the paint roll 20 is driven to rotate when the hollow embossing roll 19 rotates, the paint roll 20 smears the liquid paint in the paint pond 21 on the outer wall of the hollow embossing roll 19, the tablecloth 100 carries out heating embossing on the hollow embossing roll 19,
the tablecloth 100 enters a printing station through the fourth feeding roller 37 and the second feeding pressing roller 38, and after printing is finished, the tablecloth 100 is sent to the next station through the first discharging roller 17 and the second discharging roller 18 in sequence.
And a third step of: when the film coloring device starts to work, the oil circulation electric heater 68 is started, the heat conduction oil continuously heats the heat conduction oil heating roller 64, the tablecloth 100 sequentially passes through the tablecloth feeding roller 61, the coloring press roller 62 and the discharging roller 63 to enter the next station, a worker installs a coloring cloth drum on the coloring raw material drum installation rod 66, then installs the waste cloth recovery cylinder 102 on the waste recovery rod 67, the coloring cloth 101 drawn out by the coloring cloth drum sequentially passes through the tensioning rod 65 and the heat conduction oil heating roller 64, finally, the waste cloth recovery cylinder 102 winds and recovers the coloring cloth 101, the tablecloth 100 and the coloring cloth 101 are simultaneously extruded by the coloring press roller 62 and adhered on the patterns of the tablecloth 100 under the heating of the heat conduction oil heating roller 64, and the coloring of the tablecloth 100 is completed.
Fourth step: the finished product tablecloth 100 output by the discharging roller 63 sequentially passes through the second tablecloth feeding roller 81 and the third tablecloth feeding roller 85, and finally is output between a pair of finished product discharging rollers 87, when the tablecloth 100 is conveyed, the transmission shaft 82 is driven to rotate by a motor, the transmission shaft 82 is driven to rotate by the first rocker arm 83, the first rocker arm 83 drives the driving rod 84 to do back-and-forth reciprocating motion, the driving rod 84 drives the second rocker arm 86 to swing back and forth by taking the rotating shaft of the third tablecloth feeding roller 85 as the center, and the tablecloth 100 is folded and stacked on the supporting plate 102 as shown in fig. 2. The third tablecloth feed roller 85 drives the first roller drive sprocket 88 to rotate when rotating, the first roller drive sprocket 88 drives the second roller drive sprocket 89 to rotate through a chain, the second roller drive sprocket 89 drives one of the finished product discharge rollers 87 to rotate, the other finished product discharge roller 87 is a compression roller, and the flatness of cloth output is guaranteed. The swing amplitude of the second swing arm 86 is increased or decreased by adjusting the driving lever connecting shaft 90 to be installed in the different driving lever connecting shaft fixing hole 91.

the device for heating the paint comprises a hollow embossing roller (19), a paint roller (20), a paint pool (21), a paint scraper (22), a fuel gas heating pipeline component, a water inlet pipeline (24) and a water suction pipeline (25),
