curing and molding under full pressure, wherein in the curing and molding process, the highest curing temperature is not lower than 150 ℃, the heat preservation time is not less than 1h, and the curing pressure is controlled within 100-120% of the designed full pressure until the temperature is reduced to room temperature to form a molded non-metallic diaphragm;
and opening the press, demolding the formed non-metal diaphragm, and processing into a non-metal diaphragm finished product.
2. The method for forming a non-metallic separator of a storage tank according to claim 1, wherein the rubber material is ethylene propylene diene monomer.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the overlapping portion of the radial side of the fan-shaped assembled piece has a width L, and the L is the width of the second reinforcing rib.
4. The method for forming a nonmetallic separator of a storage tank according to claim 1, wherein the overlapping portions of the radial side edges of two adjacent fan-shaped split pieces are overlapped by means of bonding to form a second reinforcing rib.
5. The method for forming a nonmetallic separator of a storage tank according to claim 1, wherein the annular rib is covered on the overlapping part of the inner side of each fan-shaped split piece by means of bonding.

The method for molding the non-metallic diaphragm of the storage tank according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pressure for using the press is required to be more than 15MPa, the clamping gap of the clamping of the press is 0.1mm to 0.3mm, and the cavity of the clamping of the press is scaled according to the scaling of the raw materials.
7. The forming method of the non-metal diaphragm of the storage tank according to claim 1, wherein the pre-pressing work is performed on each of the fan-shaped assembling pieces and the annular ribs to a pre-pressed product, and specifically comprises:
prepressing the fan-shaped assembling pieces and the annular rib pieces;
after prepressing, opening a press to check the appearance quality of the preformed product, removing redundant rubber materials overflowing from the periphery, and repairing the part lacking materials;
and repeating the steps until the product is pre-pressed and formed, and ensuring that the surface of the pre-pressed and formed product is free of defects.
