In the punching process, the use of the punch is very extensive. How to rapidly replace the punch in the batch processing process and improve the stamping efficiency is one of the research subjects of the design and manufacture of the stamping die at present.
In the prior art, the quick-change punch is fastened mostly in a ball locking manner, but the ball locking punch and a fixing seat thereof have complicated structures and large manufacturing difficulty, so that the cost of the die is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a punch fixing structure with an exquisite design and a quick-change punch assembly with low cost and simple and convenient operation.
The invention protects a punch fixing structure, which comprises a locking plate horizontally arranged in a fixed seat and an unlocking block vertically arranged in the fixed seat, wherein the locking plate is used for embedding and locking a punch, and the unlocking block is used for quickly disassembling the punch; the unlocking block is provided with a notch which faces away from the punch and is provided with a first slope surface inclining downwards; the thickness of the locking plate is slightly smaller than the height of the opening, a vertical through groove for the unlocking block to pass through is formed in the locking plate, and a second slope surface matched with the first slope surface is arranged on the inner wall of the through groove.
Furthermore, one side, far away from the punch, of the locking plate is provided with a compression spring, and a plug is arranged outside the compression spring.
The invention also discloses a quick-change punch assembly which comprises a fixed seat and a punch arranged on the fixed seat, wherein the punch is fixed through the punch fixing structure.
Furthermore, the fixing seat is vertically provided with a punch mounting hole and an unlocking block mounting hole, and is horizontally provided with a locking plate mounting hole and a compression spring mounting hole, wherein the locking plate mounting hole and the compression spring mounting hole are in a vertical relation on the same horizontal plane.

A quick-change punch assembly comprises a fixing seat 1 and a punch 4 installed on the fixing seat, wherein the punch 4 is fixed through the punch fixing structure.
The fixing seat is vertically provided with a punch mounting hole 12 and an unlocking block mounting hole 13, and is horizontally provided with a locking plate mounting hole 14 and a compression spring mounting hole 15, wherein the locking plate mounting hole 14 and the compression spring mounting hole 15 are in a vertical relation on the same horizontal plane, as shown in fig. 6.
The first installation process: inserting a punch; inserting a locking plate; inserting an unlocking block; fourthly, inserting a compression spring and locking by a plug screw so that the locking plate is embedded into the punch under the action of the compression spring.
The disassembling process comprises the following steps: unscrewing a plug; secondly, the unlocking block is pulled out upwards, the first slope surface moves upwards, and the locking block is driven to move laterally until the punch head is separated from the locking state; and thirdly, disassembling the pump head.
And (3) subsequent installation process: inserting a punch; lowering the unlocking block; screwing the plug to enable the locking plate to be embedded into the punch under the action of the compression spring.
