The invention aims to provide an active breathing mask which can overcome the defects in the prior art.
The active breathing mask comprises a mask body, wherein a head band is arranged at the right end of the mask body, an active block is arranged at the right end of the mask body, a discharge cavity is arranged in the active block, a suction cavity is arranged in the top wall of the discharge cavity, a suction device is arranged in the suction cavity, an adsorption device is arranged on the right side of the suction device, a cleaning cavity is arranged in the right wall of the suction cavity, cleaning devices are symmetrically arranged between the top wall and the bottom wall of the cleaning cavity, a control device is arranged in the cleaning devices, a discharge device is arranged in the discharge cavity, a power device is arranged in the discharge cavity, the power device comprises a motor arranged in the top wall of the discharge cavity, a main shaft in power connection with the motor is arranged in the discharge cavity, and a main gear is arranged at the bottom end; the power device can drive the suction device and the discharge device to rotate to exchange gas in the mask.
Preferably, the suction device includes a central shaft disposed in the discharge cavity, a central gear is disposed on an outer wall of the central shaft, a positive bevel gear is disposed at a top end of the central shaft, a suction shaft is disposed in the suction cavity, an upper bevel gear is disposed at a rear end of the suction shaft, a suction fan is disposed at a front end of the suction shaft, the suction device includes a positive plate disposed in the suction cavity, negative plates are symmetrically disposed on an upper wall and a lower wall of the suction cavity, a battery is disposed at a bottom end of the discharge cavity, the positive plate is electrically connected with a positive electrode of the battery, and the negative plate is electrically connected with a negative electrode of the battery; the suction device can actively suck air and adsorb impurities in the air to purify the air.
Preferably, the discharging device comprises a left shaft arranged in the discharging cavity, a lower bevel gear is arranged at the front end of the left shaft, a left belt wheel is arranged at the rear end of the left shaft, a reverse bevel gear meshed with the lower bevel gear is arranged at the bottom end of the middle shaft, a discharging shaft is arranged in the discharging cavity, a right belt wheel is arranged at the rear end of the discharging shaft, a belt is arranged between the right belt wheel and the left belt wheel in a transmission manner, and a discharging fan is arranged at the front end of the discharging shaft; the exhaust device, the suction device and the cavity between the mask and the oral cavity form a loop, so that the air flow in the mask is ensured.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has simple structure, convenient operation and easy production, the equipment can actively exchange the air between the mask and the oral cavity to ensure the air flow, and the static electricity is utilized to adsorb air impurities in the exchange process to ensure the air quality, so the equipment has higher use and popularization values.

As shown in fig. 1-4, an active breathing mask of the present invention comprises a mask 12, the right end of the mask 12 is provided with a head band 11, the right end of the mask 12 is provided with an active block 13, a discharge cavity 30 is arranged in the driving block 13, a suction cavity 14 is arranged in the top wall of the discharge cavity 30, an inhalation device 100 is arranged in the inhalation cavity 14, an adsorption device 200 is arranged at the right side of the inhalation device 100, a cleaning cavity 36 is arranged in the right wall of the suction cavity 14, a cleaning device 300 is symmetrically arranged between the top wall and the bottom wall of the cleaning cavity 36, the cleaning device 300 is provided with a control device 400, the discharging cavity 30 is provided with a discharging device 500, the discharge cavity 30 is internally provided with a power device 600, the power device 600 comprises a motor 20 arranged in the top wall of the discharge cavity 30, a main shaft 21 in power connection with the motor 20 is arranged in the discharge cavity 30, and a main gear 22 is arranged at the bottom end of the main shaft 21; the power device 600 can drive the suction device 100 and the exhaust device 500 to rotate to exchange the gas in the mask.
Beneficially, the suction device 100 includes a central shaft 19 disposed in the discharge chamber 30, a central gear 24 is disposed on an outer wall of the central shaft 19, a positive bevel gear 18 is disposed at a top end of the central shaft 19, a suction shaft 16 is disposed in the suction chamber 14, an upper bevel gear 17 is disposed at a rear end of the suction shaft 16, a suction fan 15 is disposed at a front end of the suction shaft 16, the suction device 200 includes a positive plate 45 disposed in the suction chamber 14, negative plates 43 are symmetrically disposed on upper and lower walls of the suction chamber 14, a battery 23 is disposed at a bottom end of the discharge chamber 30, the positive plate 45 is electrically connected to a positive electrode of the battery 23, and the negative plate 43 is electrically connected to a negative electrode of the battery 23; the inhalation device 100 can actively inhale air and adsorb impurities in the air to purify the air.
Advantageously, the discharging device 500 comprises a left shaft 27 arranged in the discharging cavity 30, a lower bevel gear 26 is arranged at the front end of the left shaft 27, a left belt pulley 28 is arranged at the rear end of the left shaft 27, a reverse bevel gear 25 engaged with the lower bevel gear 26 is arranged at the bottom end of the middle shaft 19, a discharging shaft 33 is arranged in the discharging cavity 30, a right belt pulley 32 is arranged at the rear end of the discharging shaft 33, a belt 29 is arranged between the right belt pulley 32 and the left belt pulley 28 in a transmission manner, and a discharging fan 31 is arranged at the front end of the discharging shaft 33; the exhaust device 500 and the inhalation device 100 as well as the cavity between the mask and the mouth form a loop to ensure the air flow in the mask.

Advantageously, the control device 400 includes a control chamber 51 provided in the top wall of the discharge chamber 30, a sleeve shaft 52 is slidably provided in the control chamber 51, the sleeve shaft 52 is connected with the driven shaft 34 and the driving shaft 50 in a spline fit manner, a sleeve rod 54 is provided on the outer wall of the sleeve shaft 52, a sliding groove 57 is provided in the right wall of the control chamber 51, a permanent magnet 55 is provided in the sliding groove 57, the permanent magnet 55 is fixedly connected with the sleeve rod 54, an electromagnet 56 is provided in the right wall of the sliding groove 57, and a return spring 58 is elastically provided between the electromagnet 56 and the permanent magnet 55; the control device 400 may be used to control the operation state of the cleaning device 300.
In the initial state, the electromagnet 56 is powered off, and the sleeve shaft 52 is disengaged from the driving shaft 50;
when the device is used, the motor 20 starts to work and drives the main gear 22 to rotate through the main shaft 21, and further drives the reverse bevel gear 25 and the positive bevel gear 18 to rotate through the middle gear 24 and the middle shaft 19, the positive bevel gear 18 drives the suction fan 15 to rotate through the upper bevel gear 17 and the suction shaft 16, and sucks air into the suction cavity 14, after the air passes through the positive plate 45 and the negative plate 43, impurities in the air are adsorbed into the inlet cover, when a person exhales, the electromagnet 56 is electrified and drives the sleeve shaft 52 to slide leftwards through the permanent magnet 55 and the sleeve rod 54 and be matched with the driving shaft 50, meanwhile, the middle gear 24 drives the rod 42 to slide rightwards through the transmission gear 46, the transmission shaft 47, the main bevel gear 48, the left bevel gear 49, the driving shaft 50, the sleeve shaft 52, the driven shaft 34, the right bevel gear 35, the slave bevel gear 40, the right cleaning shaft 38, the lower chain 39, the chain 41 and the connecting block 59, and the impurities are sent into the discharging device 500, when the cleaning rod 42 slides to the rightmost end, the electromagnet 56 is powered off, the elastic potential energy of the force storage spring 37 is released, the lower chain wheel 39 drives the cleaning rod 42 to slide leftwards through the chain 41 and the connecting block 59 and returns to the initial position, and meanwhile, the reverse bevel gear 25 drives the discharging fan 31 to rotate through the lower bevel gear 26, the left shaft 27, the left belt wheel 28, the right belt wheel 32 and the discharging shaft 33, so that the air and the impurities in the mask are discharged.
