Detailed Description
Embodiment mode 1
Hereinafter, the structure and operation of the elevator system according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 1 is an external view of an elevator system according to the present embodiment. The building 1 includes a plurality of floors. The building 1 is provided with an elevator. The building 1 is, for example, an apartment in which the occupant 52 lives. The building 1 is not limited to an apartment building, and may be applied to a building having a plurality of tenants, or the like. In the present embodiment, an apartment where the occupant 52 resides will be described.
A hoistway 2 of an elevator is provided in a building 1. The car 20 moves up and down in the hoistway 2, and is provided with a car door device 23. The machine room 3 is provided at an upper portion of the hoistway 2, and is provided with an elevator control device 30. In the case of an elevator of the type without the machine room 3, the elevator control device 30 is installed in the hoistway 2, for example. The elevator control device 30 performs control of raising and lowering the car 20, call registration, control of opening and closing the car door device 23, and the like.
The entrance door 14 is a door for entering and exiting the building 1, and is installed on, for example, floor 1. The floor on which the entrance door 14 is provided is referred to as a lobby floor. An elevator landing 10 is disposed at a lobby floor. An elevator landing 10 is provided with a delivery document reading device 11, a notification device 12, and a landing door device 13. The elevator hall 15 is installed at a floor other than the lobby floor. An elevator landing 15 is provided with a notification device 12 and a landing door device 13.
When the car 20 arrives at each floor, the car door device 23 is opened in conjunction with the landing door device 13 of the floor where the car 20 arrives, in accordance with a command from the elevator control device 30. After the passenger gets into the car 20, the car door device 23 is closed in conjunction with the landing door device 13 of the floor at which the car 20 currently stops, in accordance with a command from the elevator control device 30. Then, the car 20 ascends and descends in accordance with a command from the elevator control device 30.
Rooms 50 are provided on respective floors. The room door 51 is a door for entering and exiting the room 50. An occupant 52 resides in the room 50. An intercom device 60 is provided in the room 50. The structure and operation of the intercom device 60 will be described later. The management room 54 is a room for managing the building 1. The management server 40 is provided in the management room 54, for example. The configuration and operation of the management server 40 will be described later.
The distributor 4 belongs to a distribution company (including a postal company). The delivery person 4 delivers the goods 5 delivered by the delivery company based on the destination address described in the delivery receipt 6 attached to the goods 5. The cargo 5 is cargo addressed to the occupants 52 who live in the building 1. The delivery document 6 is attached to the package 5, and has a format (a place where items to be described such as a design, a position of a package tracking number (including a barcode, a two-dimensional identification code, and the like), a destination address, a name, and a delivery source) defined for each delivery company are provided). The delivery document 6 has a destination address of the resident 52 recorded therein.
When the distributor 4 with the goods 5 arrives at the building 1, the building 1 is entered through the entrance door 14. Next, the delivery person 4 moves to the elevator landing 10. When the delivery person 4 arrives at the elevator landing 10, the delivery document reading device 11 reads the delivery document 6.
Fig. 2 is an internal configuration diagram of an elevator system in the present embodiment. The car 20 includes a car door device 23 and a door control unit 22. The door control section 22 controls opening and closing of the car door device 23 in accordance with a command from a car operation control section 32 described later.
The elevator control device 30 includes a call registration section 31, a car operation control section 32, and a landing notification control section 33. The call registration section 31 performs call registration and destination floor registration in accordance with an instruction from a home situation determination section 46 described later, in addition to normal call registration and destination floor registration performed by an operation from a hall operation panel, not shown, provided in the elevator hall 10 and the elevator hall 15 and an operation from a car operation panel, not shown, in the car 20.
The car operation control unit 32 performs a travel control command for the car 20 and a door opening/closing command for the car door device 23 with respect to the door control unit 22. The travel control command of the car 20 is performed in accordance with the destination floor registration status of the call registration section 31. The hall notification control section 33 causes the notification devices 12 of the elevator hall 10 and the elevator hall 15 to notify about the operation of the elevator (the floor on which the car 20 is currently traveling or stopping), and also notifies in accordance with instructions from a read history determination section 44 and a home situation determination section 46, which will be described later.
The management server 40 includes a style determination unit 41, a document mode storage unit 42, a destination address determination unit 43, a reading history determination unit 44, a reading history storage unit 45, a home situation determination unit 46, and a home situation storage unit 47. A delivery document reading device 11 provided in the elevator landing 10 reads the delivery document 6 and sends image data of the delivery document 6 to the style determination section 41. The delivery document reading device 11 is an imaging device such as a camera or a scanner.
The document mode storage unit 42 stores a model of a delivery document specified for each delivery company. The style of the delivery document 6 refers to, for example, image data of the delivery document. The form determination unit 41 determines whether or not image data matching the image data of the delivery form 6 read by the delivery form reading device 11 exists in the image data of the form stored in advance in the form pattern storage unit 42. When the form determination unit 41 determines that image data matching the image data of the delivery form 6 read by the delivery form reading device 11 is present in the image data of the form stored in advance in the form pattern storage unit 42, the form determination unit 41 transmits the image data of the delivery form 6 to the destination address determination unit 43. When the form determination unit 41 determines that there is no image data matching the image data of the delivery form 6 read by the delivery form reading device 11 in the image data of the form stored in advance in the form pattern storage unit 42, the form determination unit 41 issues a command to the kiosk notification control unit 33 to cause the notification device 12 to perform a predetermined notification (for example, "the read delivery form 6 is an unregistered form" or the like).
The determination of whether or not there is image data that matches the image data of the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 among the image data of the forms stored in advance in the document pattern storage unit 42 can be realized by similarity determination based on a pattern matching technique between image data as a known technique. As described above, since the delivery document 6 is generally a form specified by a delivery company, the form determination unit 41 can determine whether the image data is actually a delivery document.
The destination address determination unit 43 identifies the destination address described in the delivery document 6 by character-recognizing the image data of the delivery document 6 sent from the style determination unit 41. As a method of specifying, since a place where an address name or the like is described is previously defined for each style of the delivery document 6, character recognition may be performed only for the description content at the position where the address is described. As another method, it may be determined whether or not the address name of the resident 52 in the building 1 is described in the character data output as a result of performing character recognition of the entire image data of the delivery document 6.
The destination address determination unit 43 determines whether or not the identified destination address is the destination address of the resident 52 of the room 50 in the building 1. When the destination determined by the destination determining unit 43 is the destination of the resident 52 in the room 50 in the building 1, the specified destination and the data obtained by identifying the delivery receipt 6 are transmitted to the reading history determining unit 44 described later. The data obtained by identifying the delivery document 6 is, for example, image data of the delivery document. When the destination determination unit 43 determines that the specified destination is not the destination of the resident 52 in the room 50 in the building 1, the destination determination unit 43 instructs the floor notification control unit 33 to perform a predetermined notification (for example, "destination is unknown" or the like) to the notification device 12.
The reading history storage unit 45 stores data for identifying delivery documents 6 that have been read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 in the past.
The reading history determination unit 44 determines whether or not the delivery document 6 is a delivery document read by the previous delivery document reading device 11 based on the data identifying the delivery document 6 sent from the destination address determination unit 43 and the data identifying the previous delivery document 6 stored in the reading history storage unit 45. Specifically, it is determined whether or not there is image data that matches the image data of the delivery document 6 sent from the destination determining unit 43 among the image data of the past delivery documents 6 stored in the reading history storage unit 45.
This means that, when the reading history determination unit 44 determines that there is image data that matches the image data of the delivery document 6 sent from the destination determination unit 43 in the image data of the past delivery documents stored in the reading history storage unit 45, the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 is a delivery document that has been read in the past. In this case, the read history determination section 44 instructs the landing notification control section 33, which will be described later, to cause the notification device 12 to perform a predetermined notification (for example, "the delivery document 6 has been read in the past" or the like).
When the reading history determination unit 44 determines that there is no image data matching the image data of the delivery document 6 sent from the destination address determination unit 43 in the image data of the past delivery document 6 stored in the reading history storage unit 45, the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 is the first delivery document read. In this case, the read history determination unit 44 transmits the destination address received from the destination address determination unit 43 to the home situation determination unit 46, which will be described later.
As shown in table 1, the home situation storage unit 47 stores that the resident 52 who lives in the building 1 is "at home" or "not at home", respectively. According to table 1, the occupants of room No. 201 and room No. 302 are shown to be currently "at home", and the occupants of room No. 202 and room No. 301 are shown to be currently "not at home". The switching between "at home" and "not at home" of the occupants 52 residing in the rooms is performed by the occupants 52 themselves using the home situation setting unit 61 provided in the intercom device 60 provided in the room 50 in which the occupants 52 reside.

The home situation determination unit 46 refers to the home situation storage unit 47 to determine whether or not the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the reading history determination unit 44 is at home. When the in-home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the reading history determination unit 44 is at home, it transmits a command to register a call based on the destination address to the call registration unit 31 of the elevator control device 30 described later, and transmits a command to cause the output unit 65 described later to communicate a predetermined notification (for example, "the good has arrived") to the good arrival notification instruction unit 62 described later. For example, when the reference floor is a floor 1 and the destination address is a room No. 201, a command to register a hall call of the reference floor in the upward direction may be transmitted to the call registration section 31 of the elevator control device 30 described later, or a command to register a destination floor to floor 2 may be transmitted in addition to the aforementioned hall call.
When the home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the reading history determination unit 44 is not at home, it transmits a command to the cargo arrival notification instruction unit 62 described later to notify the output unit 65 described later of a predetermined notification (for example, "cargo is delivered when not at home"). The home situation determination unit 46 also issues a command to the floor notification control unit 33 to cause the notification device 12 to perform a predetermined notification (for example, "the resident at the destination is not present at home" or the like).
The intercom device 60 includes a home situation setting unit 61, a cargo arrival notification instructing unit 62, a presence notification instructing unit 63, an operation unit 64, and an output unit 65. When the occupant 52 operates the operation unit 64, the occupant 52 inputs "at home" or "not at home" with respect to the room 50. When the occupant 52 goes out, "not at home" is input to the operation unit 64. When the occupant 52 returns home from the outgoing destination, "at home" is input to the operation unit 64. The operation unit 64 may be a physically operable selector switch (slide switch or push switch) provided in the intercom device 60, or may be a touch panel displayed on an output unit 65 described later. In the case of a touch panel, the output unit 65 can also serve as the operation unit 64.
The output unit 65 outputs a later-described output in accordance with commands from the home situation setting unit 61, the cargo arrival notification instructing unit 62, and the absence notification instructing unit 63. The output unit 65 is, for example, a liquid crystal screen, and in this case, the output means displaying on the liquid crystal screen. The output unit 65 may have a printing function, and may print all or a part of the output instructed by the home situation setting unit 61, the arrival notification instruction unit 62, and the non-notification instruction unit 63 on paper.
The home situation setting unit 61 stores the resident 52 "at home" or "not at home" in the home situation storage unit 47 in accordance with the input from the operation unit 64. The home situation setting unit 61 may output the home situation ("at home" or "not at home") of the current resident 52 stored in the home situation storage unit 47 to the output unit 65.
The cargo arrival notification instruction unit 62 causes the output unit 65 to output the "cargo arrived" instruction transmitted from the at-home status determination unit 46. The absence notification instruction unit 63 causes the output unit 65 to output the indication of "the cargo is delivered when not at home" transmitted from the home situation determination unit 46.
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be explained. Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator system according to the present embodiment. The delivery document reading device 11 reads the delivery document 6 (S101). If the delivery document 6 is not read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 (no in S101), the process in S101 is repeated. When the delivery document 6 has been read by the delivery document reading device 11 (yes in S101), the image data of the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading device 11 is transmitted to the form determination unit 41, and the process proceeds to S102.
The form determination unit 41 determines whether or not there is image data of a form that matches the received image data of the delivery form 6 among the image data of forms stored in advance in the form mode storage unit 42 (S102). When there is no image data of a style that matches the received image data of the delivery document 6 among the image data of styles stored in advance in the document mode storage portion 42 (no in S102), the style determination portion 41 transmits a command to notify the notification device 12 that "the read delivery document 6 is an unregistered style" to the landing notification control portion 33. Then, the process returns to S101. If there is image data of a format matching the received image data of the delivery document 6 among the image data of formats stored in advance in the document mode storage unit 42 (yes in S102), the process proceeds to S103.
The destination address determination unit 43 specifies the destination address described in the delivery receipt 6, and determines whether or not the specified destination address is the destination address of the resident 52 in the room 50 in the building 1 (S103). When it is determined that the destination determined by the destination determining unit 43 is the destination of the resident 52 in the room 50 in the building 1 (yes in S103), the specified destination and the image data of the delivery receipt 6 are transmitted to the reading history determining unit 44 described later. Then, the process proceeds to S104. When the destination determination unit 43 determines that the specified destination is not the destination of the resident 52 in the room 50 in the building 1 (no in S103), the destination determination unit 43 issues a command to the floor notification control unit 33 to cause the notification device 12 to perform a predetermined notification (for example, "destination is unknown"). Then, the process returns to S101.
The reading history determination unit 44 determines whether or not the delivery document 6 is a delivery document read by the previous delivery document reading device 11 based on the image data of the delivery document 6 sent from the destination address determination unit 43 and the previous delivery document 6 stored in the reading history storage unit 45 (S104). When the reading history determination section 44 determines that the delivery document 6 is a delivery document read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 in the past (no in S104), the reading history determination section 44 transmits a command to the hall notification control section 33 to notify the notification apparatus 12 that the delivery document 6 has been read in the past (S110). Then, the process returns to S101. On the other hand, when the reading history determination unit 44 determines that the delivery document 6 is not a delivery document read by the delivery document reading apparatus 11 in the past (yes in S104), the reading history determination unit 44 transmits the destination received from the destination determination unit 43 to the home situation determination unit 46. Then, the process proceeds to S105.
The home situation determination unit 46 determines whether or not the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the reading history determination unit 44 is at home (S105). When the home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the read history determination unit 44 is at home (yes in S105), the home situation determination unit 46 transmits a command to register a call based on the destination address to the call registration unit 31 of the elevator control device 30 (S106), and then the home situation determination unit 46 transmits a command to cause the output unit 65 to output "delivery of goods" to the goods arrival notification instruction unit 62 (S107), and the process is terminated.
When the in-home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the reading history determination unit 44 is not at home (no in S105), the in-home situation determination unit 46 transmits a command to the hall notification control unit 33 of the elevator control device 30 to notify the notification device 12 that "the resident at the destination address is not currently at home" (S111). Next, the home situation determination unit 46 transmits a command to the cargo arrival notification instruction unit 62 to cause the output unit 65 to output "the cargo was delivered when the user was not at home" (S112), and the process ends.
As described above, in the present embodiment, since the delivery receipt 6 is read by the delivery receipt reading device 11, the call and the registered destination floor can be registered in the call registration section 31, and therefore, the trouble of the resident can be reduced, and since the delivery receipt 6 is determined to be a pattern prescribed by the delivery company by the pattern determination section 41, the effect of suppressing entrance of a suspicious person pretending to be a delivery person into the delivery destination is obtained, and the effect of obtaining an elevator system having a high preventive effect can be obtained.
Further, when the occupant 52 at the delivery destination is not at home, the call and the destination floor are not registered in the call registration unit 31, and the notification device 12 notifies that the occupant is not at home, so that the unnecessary movement of the delivery person 4 can be reduced.
Further, when the delivery destination resident 52 is not at home, the output unit 65 of the intercom device 60 displays the meaning of "delivery of the goods when not at home", and therefore, there is a further effect that the following can be suppressed: distributor 4 is typically issued with paper when occupant 52 is not at home resulting in the loss of an absent contact list written and placed in room 50 of occupant 52.
Embodiment mode 2
Hereinafter, the structure and operation of the elevator system according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 6. Fig. 4 is an internal configuration diagram of an elevator system in the present embodiment. The elevator system according to the present embodiment has the following configuration in addition to the elevator system according to embodiment 1.
The car 20 of the present embodiment further includes a delivery receipt reading unit 21 in addition to the car 20 of embodiment 1. The delivery-document reading unit 21 is an image pickup device such as a camera or a scanner, for example, as in the delivery-document reading device 11.
The elevator control device 30 of the present embodiment further includes a service completion determination unit 34 in addition to the elevator control device 30 of embodiment 1, and further includes a car operation control unit 321 instead of the car operation control unit 32 of embodiment 1.
The service completion determination section 34 monitors the car operation control section 321 to determine whether or not the car 20 is in service (traveling with a passenger or responding to another hall call, etc.) when the in-home-state determination section 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives in the destination address described in the delivery receipt 6 read by the delivery receipt reading device 11 is "at home". When the service completion determination unit 34 determines that the service of the car 20 is completed, the car operation control unit 321 switches the car 20 to the cargo-dedicated operation. In the case of an elevator having a plurality of cars 20, when one of the cars 20 is out of service, the car operation control unit 321 of the car 20 may switch the car 20 to a cargo-dedicated operation.
The management server 40 of the present embodiment includes a home staff storage unit 48 and a home staff bill determination unit 49 in addition to the management server 40 of embodiment 1. When the home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who has recorded the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading device 11 is "at home", the home staff storage unit 48 stores the destination of the resident 52 in association with data obtained by identifying the delivery document 6 in which the destination of the resident 52 is recorded, for example, image data of the delivery document 6.
When the delivery person 4 causes the delivery document reading unit 21 to read the delivery document 6 attached to the cargo 5 being transported by the car 20, the home staff document determination unit 49 determines whether or not there is image data matching the image data of the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading unit 21 among the image data of the delivery document 6 stored in the home staff storage unit 48.
When the car 20 has been switched to the cargo-dedicated operation, the car operation control unit 321 first causes the car 20 to travel to the lobby floor, and when the car 20 reaches the lobby floor, gives a command to the door control unit 22 to open the door of the car door device 23. Next, the call registration section 31 registers the destination floor based on the destination address of the resident 52 stored in the home person storage section 48. For example, when the destination addresses stored in the home people storage section 48 are two, that is, "room 201" and "room 302", the call registration section 31 registers floors 2 and 3 as destination floors.
When the car 20 reaches the destination floor, the car operation control unit 321 gives a command to open the door of the car door device 23 to the door control unit 22. When the car door device 23 of the car 20 is opened, the delivery person 4 causes the delivery receipt reading unit 21 to read the delivery receipt 6 attached to the goods 5.
When the home agent bill determination section 49 determines that the image data of the delivery bill 6 read by the delivery bill reading means 21 is present with respect to the image data of the delivery bill 6 which is read by the delivery bill reading means 21 by the delivery agent 4, and the image data of the delivery bill 6 stored in the home agent storage section 48 matches the image data of the delivery bill 6 read by the delivery bill reading means 21, the car operation control section 321 confirms the presence or absence of the destination floor registered in the call registration section 31.
When there is a destination floor registered in the call registration section 31, a command to close the door of the car door device 23 is issued to the door control section 22. The car operation control unit 321 causes the car 20 to travel to the next destination floor. When the destination floor is not registered in the call registration section 31, the car operation control section 321 switches the car 20 to the normal operation.
Fig. 5 and 6 are flowcharts showing the operation of the elevator system according to the present embodiment. In the flowcharts of fig. 5 and 6, the same reference numerals denote the same operations as those in the flowchart of fig. 3 of embodiment 1. Only the differences from embodiment 1 will be described. The processing of the flowchart of fig. 5 is executed each time the delivery document 6 is read by the delivery document reading device 11. When there are a plurality of items 5 to be delivered by the delivery person 4, the delivery receipt reading device 11 reads the delivery receipt 6 attached to each item 5.
When the home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination transmitted by the reading history determination unit 44 is at home (yes in S105), the home situation determination unit 46 stores the destination of the resident determined to be at home and the image data of the delivery receipt 6 in the at-home staff storage unit 48 (S113), and then the home situation determination unit 46 transmits a command for contacting "delivery of goods" to the goods arrival notification instruction unit 62 (S107), and the process proceeds to S201.
If the home situation determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination address transmitted by the read history determination unit 44 is not at home (no in S105), the process proceeds to S201 after the same processes as S111 and S112 in embodiment 1 are performed.
The service completion determination unit 34 monitors the car operation control unit 321 (S201). If the service end determination unit 34 determines that the car 20 is in service (yes in S201), the process returns to S201. When the service end determination unit 34 determines that the car 20 has ended the service (no in S201), the process proceeds to S202.
The car operation control unit 321 switches the car 20 that has completed service to a load-dedicated operation, and the call registration unit 31 does not register calls to the car 20 from a hall operation panel, not shown, provided in the elevator hall 10 and the elevator hall 15 and a car operation panel, not shown, provided in the car 20 (S202). Then, the process proceeds to S203.
Before the car door device 23 closes, the delivery person 4 carries the cargo 5 to be delivered to the car 20, and the delivery person 4 gets on the car 20. The car operation control unit 321 sends a command to the door control unit 22 to close the car door device 23. The car operation control unit 321 causes the car 20 to travel to the entrance floor. When the car 20 reaches the hall floor, a command to open the door of the car door device 23 is transmitted to the door control unit 22 (S203). Then, the process proceeds to S204.
The call registration section 31 registers the destination floors of all floors corresponding to the destination addresses of the occupants at home stored in the home person storage section 48 (S204). Then, the process proceeds to S205.
The car operation control unit 321 transmits a command to close the door of the car door device 23 to the door control unit 22 of the car 20, and after closing the door, the car 20 travels toward one of the destination floors registered by the call registration unit 31 (normally, the floor closest to the floor at which the car stopped at that time) (S205). Then, the process proceeds to S206.
When the car 20 arrives at one of the destination floors, the car operation control unit 321 sends a command to open the door of the car door device 23 to the door control unit 22. Then, the registration of the destination floor of the floor that has arrived is deleted from the call registration section 31 (S206). Then, the process proceeds to S207. At this time, the delivery person 4 delivers at least one of the cargos 5 delivered to the occupant of the floor, and then the delivery person 4 returns to the car 20.
The delivery person 4 causes a delivery receipt reading unit 21 in the car 20 to read the delivery receipt 6 of the cargo 5 which has not been delivered. The home-clerk bill determination unit 49 determines whether or not there is image data corresponding to the image data of the delivery bill 6 read by the delivery bill reading unit 21 among the image data of the delivery bill 6 stored in the home-clerk storage unit 48 (S207).
If the image data of the delivery document 6 stored in the home staff storage unit 48 includes image data that matches the image data of the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading unit 21 in the image data of the delivery document 6 (yes in S207), the process proceeds to S208. If there is no image data corresponding to the image data of the delivery receipt 6 read by the delivery receipt reading unit 21 in the image data of the delivery receipt 6 stored in the home staff storage unit 48 (no in S207), the car 20 remains in the state of waiting for the door to be opened, and the process in S207 is continued.
The car operation control section 321 confirms whether or not there is no destination floor registered in the call registration section 31 (S208). When there is a destination floor registered in the call registration section 31 (no in S208), the process returns to S205, and the car operation control section 321 sends a command to close the door of the car door device 23 to the door control section 22, and after closing the door, the car 20 is caused to travel toward one of the other destination floors registered by the call registration section 31. Then, the process returns to S205.
If the destination floor is not registered in the call registration section 31 (yes in S208), the car operation control section 321 deletes all the destination addresses of the occupants in the home stored in the home storage section 48 and the image data of the delivery receipt 6 in which the destination addresses of the occupants are described from the home storage section 48 (S209). Then, the process proceeds to S210. Next, the car operation control unit 321 ends the load-dedicated operation of the car 20, switches to the normal operation (S210), and ends the processing.
As described above, in the present embodiment as well, as in embodiment 1, by causing the delivery receipt reading device 11 to read the delivery receipt 6, it is possible to register a call and a registered destination floor to the call registration section 31, and therefore, it is possible to reduce the trouble of the resident, and since the delivery receipt 6 is determined to be a pattern prescribed by the delivery company by the pattern determination section 41, it is possible to obtain an effect of suppressing the entrance of a suspicious person who pretends to be a delivery person into the delivery destination, and it is possible to obtain an effect of the elevator system having a high preventive effect.
In the present embodiment, as in embodiment 1, when the resident 52 at the delivery destination is not at home, the call registration unit 31 does not register the call and the destination floor, and the notification device 12 notifies that the resident is not at home, so that the unnecessary movement of the distribution person 4 can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, as in embodiment 1, when the resident 52 of the delivery destination is not at home, the output unit 65 of the intercom device 60 displays the meaning of "delivery of goods when not at home", and therefore, there is no longer a need to issue a delivery note with paper by the delivery person 4 and write a non-present contact note placed in the room 50 of the resident 52 when the resident 52 is not at home, and therefore, there is a further effect of suppressing the loss of the outgoing contact note.
In the present embodiment, when the destination addresses of the cargos 5 of a plurality of occupants in the home are stored in the home staff storing portion 48, the call registering portion 31 can register the destination floor of the floor corresponding to the destination addresses, and therefore, even when the deliverer 4 delivers a plurality of cargos 5, there is a further advantage that a more convenient elevator system can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, when each destination floor is stopped during the cargo-dedicated operation, the car 20 remains stopped with the car door device 23 open at the floor at which the car is stopping until the car operation control unit 321 causes the delivery receipt reading means 21 provided in the car 20 to read the delivery receipt 6 attached to the non-delivered cargo 5, and when the delivery receipt reading means 21 reads the delivery receipt, the car door device 23 is closed and the car 20 travels to the next destination floor, so that a further advantageous effect of the elevator system that is more convenient for delivering a plurality of cargos during the cargo-dedicated operation can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the following can be considered sufficiently: in the process of S207 in the flowchart of fig. 6, in the car 20 waiting with the door open, other occupants occasionally get into the car 20, and the destination floor is input by a car operating panel, not shown, provided in the car 20. In this case, the call registration section 31 may invalidate such input of the destination floor. The landing notification control section 33 may notify the resident of the fact that the car 20 is in the cargo-dedicated operation, by a notification device (e.g., a speaker, a liquid crystal screen, or the like) in the car (not shown).
The delivered-document reading apparatus 11 and the delivered-document reading unit 21 in embodiments 1 and 2 may be portable information terminals held by the deliverer 4. Further, the functions of the style determination unit 41, the document mode storage unit 42, and the destination determination unit 43 may be executed by a portable information terminal instead of the management server 40.
The delivery receipt reading devices 11 according to embodiments 1 and 2 may be provided not near the elevator landing 10 but near the outside of the building 1 of the entrance door 14. In this case, if the at-home-state determination unit 46 determines that the resident 52 who lives at the destination read by the delivery person 4 and has read the delivery-receipt reading device 11 is not at home, the entry may be made impossible from the entrance door 14 (for example, the locking of an electronic lock (not shown) provided in the entrance door 14 is maintained, or the closing of the entrance door 14 is maintained if the entrance door 14 is an automatic door).
In embodiments 1 and 2, when the at-home-state determination unit 46 determines that the destination address read by the delivery receipt reading device 11 by the delivery person 4 is the same floor as the lobby floor, it is needless to say that the call and the destination floor of the elevator do not need to be registered.
Note that the data obtained by identifying the delivery document 6 stored in the reading history storage unit 45 in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 and the home staff storage unit 48 in embodiment 2 may not be the image data of the delivery document 6, and may be determined so as to include the description content of the delivery document 6. For example, since a general delivery document is a format defined for each delivery company and a unique tracking number (including a case of being expressed by a barcode or the like) or the like is recorded for each delivery document, the format determination unit 41 may specify the delivery person 4 who delivers the document 6, the target address determination unit 43 may identify the tracking number, and the read history storage unit 45 may store the delivery company of the delivery document 6, the tracking number of the delivery document 6, and the target address described in the delivery document 6 in association with the name of the resident. In the above case, the reading history determination unit 44 in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 and the home-related document determination unit 49 in embodiment 2 may be configured to compare the delivery company of the delivery document 6, the tracking number of the delivery document 6, and the destination address described in the delivery document 6.
In addition, the absence notification instruction unit 63 in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 may output the image data of the delivery document 6 read by the delivery document reading device 11 to the output unit 65. Further, the destination determination unit 43 may perform character recognition on the image data of the delivery receipt 6 and output data showing the contents of the goods 5 described in the delivery receipt 6 to the output unit 65. When the delivery receipt reading device 11 is a portable information terminal, the delivery person 4 may input the contents of the goods 5 into the portable information terminal, transmit data indicating the contents to the management server 40 by wireless communication, and output the data to the output unit 65.
The parts shown by reference numerals 41 to 49, 61 to 63 in embodiments 1 to 2 represent functions of the management server 40 and the intercom device 60. Fig. 7 is a hardware configuration diagram of the management server 40 and the intercom device 60 according to embodiments 1 to 2.
