As described in the map retrieving unit 200, when the designated server obtains the current location of the first helmet, a dangerous location map, which is a preset map marked with a dangerous area for the current construction site, is retrieved from the database of the designated server, the current location is compared with the dangerous location map, and it is checked whether the current location is within the dangerous area of the dangerous location map, for example, whether the coordinates of the current location fall within the coordinate range of the dangerous area.

The risk level comparison table is a list with levels set correspondingly according to the risk degree of the risk area, the list comprises the risk level, the risk type and the like of the risk area, when the current position is judged to be in the risk area, the risk level comparison table can be called from the specified position of the specified server, the area where the current position is located is compared with the comparison table, and therefore the risk level, the risk type and the like of the area where the current position is located are found, for example, the risk level is divided into a first level, a second level, a third level, a fourth level and a fifth level from small to large, wherein the first level is the level with a lower risk coefficient; the worker can avoid the level of safety accidents by taking a little attention; the second level is a level with a slightly higher danger coefficient and needs to limit the stay time of workers, and the third level is a level with a medium danger coefficient and strictly prohibits the workers from entering; the fourth grade is a grade with a higher danger coefficient, and workers are strictly prohibited from entering the grade; the fifth level is the level with the highest risk factor, strictly prohibiting workers to approach, with different areas having different types of risks, such as dangerous areas due to falling at high altitude, dangerous areas due to excessively high temperatures, etc.
As described in the above-mentioned warning unit 400, different levels of danger correspond to different warnings, in the designated server, according to the level of danger corresponding to the area where the current location is located, a warning instruction corresponding to the level of danger is sent to the first helmet, after the first helmet receives the warning instruction, a voice warning is performed according to the warning instruction, if the first helmet is played through a speaker, for example, a certain area is a falling-prone area, and the corresponding level is three levels, the sent warning words may be "warning, three-level dangerous area, no-entry, easy-falling", each dangerous area has a corresponding level of danger and a corresponding warning, so that a worker may select whether to enter the area and take subsequent measures in advance, in another embodiment, the first helmet may also flash to warn through light, for example, according to the corresponding number of times of flashing of dangerous levels in a unit time, or the warning is carried out through text delivery, and the warning mode is not limited.
In one embodiment, the present invention further provides a method for detecting whether a worker wears a safety helmet based on a safety reminder, which may be caused by the fact that the worker does not pay attention to safety protection measures, and only holds the safety helmet in the hand or hangs the safety helmet on the arm without wearing the safety helmet, wherein the safety helmet based safety reminder comprises:
the acquisition mobile unit is used for acquiring the mobile data of the first safety helmet in a specified time;
the judging and moving unit is used for judging whether the displacement of the first safety helmet in the appointed time exceeds a preset threshold value according to the moving data;
the wearing detection unit is used for detecting whether the first safety helmet is worn or not when the displacement of the first safety helmet exceeds a preset threshold value;
and the sending-off unit is used for sending out a warning that the safety helmet is not worn when the first safety helmet is not worn.
In this embodiment, first, movement data of the first helmet is obtained, the movement data includes a starting position of the first helmet at a starting time and an ending position at an ending time within a specified time, then, a displacement between the starting position and the ending position within the specified time is calculated, if the displacement exceeds a certain distance, the first helmet is indicated to be moving, the preset threshold is a distance set according to an actual situation and is used for determining whether the first helmet is displaced, for example, the distance may be set to 1 meter, when the displacement exceeds the preset threshold, the worker is indicated to move with the first helmet, but does not indicate that the worker wears the first helmet, and there is also a situation that the worker takes the first helmet, so that at this time, whether the first helmet is worn or not can be determined, if the worker wears the first helmet, the processing may be performed according to the obtaining position unit 100, the retrieving map unit 200, the comparison level unit 300, and the alarm sending unit 400, if the first safety helmet is not worn, a warning that the safety helmet is not worn is given to remind a worker to wear the safety helmet.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned detection wearing unit includes:
the temperature acquiring subunit is used for acquiring a pressure value and a temperature value, wherein the pressure value is acquired by a pressure sensor arranged at the wearing part of the first safety helmet, and the temperature value is acquired by a temperature sensor arranged at the wearing part of the first safety helmet;
the temperature judging subunit is used for judging whether the pressure value exceeds a preset pressure value or not and judging whether the temperature value exceeds a preset temperature value or not;
the first judging subunit is used for judging that the first safety helmet is worn if the pressure value exceeds the preset pressure value and the temperature value exceeds the preset temperature value;
and the second judging subunit is used for judging that the first safety helmet is not worn if the pressure value does not exceed the preset pressure value or/and the temperature value does not exceed the preset temperature value.
In this embodiment, the sensor in the first helmet includes a pressure sensor for detecting pressure and a temperature sensor for detecting temperature, and the sensors are disposed at a wearing position of the first helmet, where the first helmet has a force acting on a person when the person wears the helmet, or a position in the helmet, where the first helmet contacts the person and has a force acting on the person, such as a lining of the helmet, specifically, a diagonal center point of the lining of the helmet, that is, a position corresponding to the top of the head of the person, and further, a protection pad is disposed around the sensor for protecting the sensor.
Specifically, at first, can acquire corresponding pressure value and temperature value through pressure sensor and temperature sensor, above-mentioned preset pressure value and preset temperature value are according to actual conditions, many times experimental obtaining, critical pressure value and temperature value that obtain when the safety helmet is worn at the people top, when the pressure value that detects surpass preset pressure value, the temperature value surpasses preset temperature value simultaneously, judge this safety helmet promptly and be worn, whether the side, when the pressure value that detects does not surpass preset pressure value, or the temperature value does not surpass preset temperature value, or the pressure value does not surpass preset pressure value and the temperature value does not surpass preset temperature value simultaneously, at this moment can judge that the safety helmet is not worn.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the first helmet is not worn, there may be a case where the worker leaves immediately after moving the first helmet, and there may be no person in the vicinity of the first helmet, so as to avoid wasting the electric power of the first helmet, and further to detect and issue a warning, the issuing of the unworn unit further includes:
the obtaining distance subunit is used for obtaining an image within a specified distance of the current position when the first safety helmet is not worn;
the image recognition subunit is used for recognizing the image so as to judge whether a human body exists in the specified distance;
and the first warning subunit is used for sending a warning that the safety helmet is not worn when the human body is judged to be in the specified distance.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the first helmet is not worn, an image within a specified distance from the current position is further acquired, and the image may be acquired through a camera, where the camera may be a panoramic camera and is disposed at the top of the helmet, and the specified distance is a specified distance within a camera shooting range of the camera, for example, within twenty meters. After the image is obtained, human body recognition is carried out, and the mode of recognizing the human body through the image is known to be the existing mature technology and is not repeated herein; when the image is identified, whether a human body exists in the specified distance is further judged, and if the human body does not exist in the specified distance, no warning is sent out; and if the human body is judged to be within the specified distance, warning is sent out.
In one embodiment, the above safety helmet-based safety reminder device further includes:
the first updating unit is used for updating a safety helmet distribution map according to the current position, and the safety helmet distribution map comprises position information of all safety helmets in the specified area;
and the second updating unit is used for reacquiring the position information of the first safety helmet after a preset time period so as to renew the safety helmet distribution map.
In this embodiment, the information of all the helmets in the designated area is stored in the designated server, and the information includes the position information of each helmet. In order to conveniently manage workers and further eliminate potential safety hazards, all workers can be managed in a unified mode through safety helmets, convenience is brought to users, and time is saved. Of course, the embodiment is not limited to obtaining the position of only one first helmet, and the positions of all helmets in the designated area may be obtained to update the helmet distribution map.
In one embodiment, the above safety helmet-based safety reminder device further includes:
the detection helmet mounting unit is used for detecting whether at least one second helmet different from the first helmet exists in a preset range corresponding to the current position;
and the information sending unit is used for detecting that at least one second safety helmet different from the first safety helmet exists in a preset range corresponding to the current position, and sending the warning information about the first safety helmet in the dangerous area to at least one second safety helmet.
In this embodiment, in order to further ensure the safety of the workers, after the first helmet issues the warning, that is, after the worker wearing the first helmet is warned, the remaining nearby workers may be notified, so that when an accident occurs to the worker of the first helmet, the worker nearby may take rescue measures or take preventive measures. Specifically, it is determined whether at least one safety helmet different from the first safety helmet, for example, a safety helmet worn by another person, is within a preset range of the current position, where the safety helmet worn by another person is marked as the second safety helmet, and the preset range may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the preset range may be within a circle with the current position as a center and a radius of 10 meters. When at least one second safety helmet, for example three second safety helmets, is determined to be within the preset range, an alarm about the first safety helmet being in the dangerous area is sent to one or two or three second safety helmets so as to enable the second safety helmets to send out a reminder.
In one embodiment, the detection cap unit includes:
the adjusting distribution subunit is used for adjusting the safety helmet distribution diagram;
the searching and mounting unit is used for searching the second safety helmet in a target area in the safety helmet distribution map, wherein the target area is an area in a preset range corresponding to the current position;
and the cap determining and installing unit is used for determining that at least one second safety cap exists in a preset range corresponding to the current position if the second safety cap is found in the target area, and otherwise, determining that the second safety cap does not exist in the preset range corresponding to the current position.
In this embodiment, whether a second safety helmet is provided or not is detected through the safety helmet distribution map, and since the safety helmet distribution map always maintains the latest position information of each safety helmet, the safety helmet distribution map may be retrieved, and the second safety helmet may be found from the safety helmet distribution map, where the target area is an area within a preset range of the current position, such as an area within a circle with the current position as a center and a radius of 10 meters as a radius. In order to avoid resource waste due to large-range warning sending, warning instructions can be sent in a targeted manner, namely only the second safety helmet in the target area is found out, if the second safety helmet is found in the target area, at least one second safety helmet is judged to be arranged in the preset range corresponding to the current position, and if not, the second safety helmet is judged not to be arranged in the preset range corresponding to the current position.
In another embodiment, whether the second helmet is provided or not can be further determined by identifying the person wearing the helmet in the image, specifically, the image in the target area is acquired through the camera, and then the image is identified to determine whether the person wearing the helmet is in the target area, if the person wearing the helmet is identified, the second helmet is determined, otherwise, the second helmet is not provided. When the second safety helmet is judged to be arranged, the image pixel coordinate system in the image can be converted into the camera coordinate system, the conversion process is the prior art and is not repeated herein, then the coordinate conversion of the human body in the image pixel coordinate system is marked in the camera coordinate system, so that the relative position relation between the second safety helmet and the camera is obtained, the camera is arranged on the first safety helmet, namely the relative position between the first safety helmet and the second safety helmet is obtained, and the position of the first safety helmet is known, so that the position information of the second safety helmet can be obtained, and then the warning information about the first safety helmet in a dangerous area is sent to the second safety helmet according to the position information of the second safety helmet.
In an embodiment, the safety helmet may further include a PCB chip module, a storage module, a data processing module, a power module, and the like, and each unit in the designated server may be disposed in the safety helmet, that is, the safety helmet includes a location obtaining unit 100, a map retrieving unit 200, a comparison level unit 300, and an alarm sending unit 400.
Referring to fig. 3, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium 21, in which a computer program 22 is stored in the storage medium 21, and when the computer program runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the method for reminding safety helmet based safety warning described in the above embodiments.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application further provides a computer device 34 containing instructions, the computer device includes a memory 31 and a processor 33, the memory 31 stores a computer program 22, and the processor 33 executes the computer program 22 to implement the safety helmet-based safety reminding method described in the above embodiment.

Claims (9)

1. A safety reminding method based on a safety helmet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the current position of a first safety helmet, wherein the first safety helmet is any safety helmet in a designated area;
calling a preset dangerous position map, and comparing the current position with the dangerous position map to judge whether the current position is in a dangerous area;
if so, calling a danger level comparison table, and comparing the area where the current position is located with the danger level comparison table to find out the danger level of the area where the current position is located, wherein the danger level comparison table is a list in which danger levels are correspondingly set according to the danger degree of the danger area;
sending out warnings corresponding to the danger levels according to the danger levels of the areas where the current positions are located, wherein different danger levels correspond to different warnings;
the step of obtaining the current position of the first hard hat is preceded by:
acquiring movement data of the first safety helmet in a specified time;
judging whether the displacement of the first safety helmet in the appointed time exceeds a preset threshold value or not according to the movement data;
if the displacement of the first safety helmet exceeds a preset threshold value, detecting whether the first safety helmet is worn;
and if the first safety helmet is not worn, giving out a warning that the safety helmet is not worn.
2. The safety helmet-based safety reminder method of claim 1, wherein the step of detecting whether the first safety helmet has been worn comprises:
acquiring a pressure value and a temperature value, wherein the pressure value is acquired by a pressure sensor arranged at the wearing part of the first safety helmet, and the temperature value is acquired by a temperature sensor arranged at the wearing part of the first safety helmet;
judging whether the pressure value exceeds a preset pressure value or not, and judging whether the temperature value exceeds a preset temperature value or not;
if the pressure value exceeds the preset pressure value and the temperature value exceeds the preset temperature value, judging that the first safety helmet is worn;
if the pressure value does not exceed the preset pressure value or/and the temperature value does not exceed the preset temperature value, it is determined that the first safety helmet is not worn.
3. The safety reminding method based on safety helmet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of issuing a warning that the safety helmet is not worn if the first safety helmet is not worn comprises:
if the first safety helmet is not worn, acquiring an image within a specified distance of the current position;
identifying the image to judge whether a human body exists in the specified distance;
if yes, a warning that the safety helmet is not worn is sent out.
4. The safety helmet based safety alert method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the current location of the first safety helmet is followed by:
updating a safety helmet distribution map according to the current position, wherein the safety helmet distribution map comprises position information of all safety helmets in the designated area;
and after a preset time period, position information of the first safety helmet is obtained again so as to renew the safety helmet distribution diagram.
5. The safety helmet-based safety alert method of claim 4, wherein the step of issuing an alert corresponding to the hazard level in accordance with the hazard level of the hazardous area is followed by:
detecting whether at least one second safety helmet different from the first safety helmet exists in a preset range corresponding to the current position;
if yes, warning information about the first safety helmet in the dangerous area is sent to at least one second safety helmet.
6. The safety helmet-based safety reminding method of claim 5, wherein the step of detecting whether at least one second safety helmet different from the first safety helmet exists within a preset range corresponding to the current position comprises:
taking the safety helmet distribution diagram;
searching for the second safety helmet in a target area in the safety helmet distribution diagram, wherein the target area is an area within a preset range of the current position;
and if the second safety helmet is found in the target area, judging that at least one second safety helmet exists in a preset range corresponding to the current position, otherwise, judging that the second safety helmet does not exist in the preset range corresponding to the current position.
7. A safety reminding device based on safety helmet, its characterized in that includes:
the system comprises an acquisition position unit, a display unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition position unit is used for acquiring the current position of a first safety helmet, and the first safety helmet is any one safety helmet in a specified area;

the acquisition mobile unit is used for acquiring the mobile data of the first safety helmet in a specified time;
the judging and moving unit is used for judging whether the displacement of the first safety helmet in the appointed time exceeds a preset threshold value according to the moving data;
the wearing detection unit is used for detecting whether the first safety helmet is worn or not when the displacement of the first safety helmet exceeds a preset threshold value;
and the sending-off unit is used for sending out a warning that the safety helmet is not worn when the first safety helmet is not worn.
8. A storage medium, characterized in that it is a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed implements the method of safety helmet based safety alert of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 1-6 when executing the computer program.
