Step (7); the second driving device 1002 of the left-right slide mechanism 10 is activated to move the left-right slide plate 1001 left-right along the second slide rail 1003. The clip presser 12 is fixed below the up-down slide plate 701 so as not to move together with the left-right slide plate 1001. When the second clamp 3 moves to the upper end to contact the clamp pressing block 12, the clamp pressing block 12 can play a limiting role, so that the second clamp 3 is prevented from moving to the clamping position in the clamp clamping groove 102 continuously, and the second clamp 3 is prevented from being mounted on the wrong clamping position.
Step (8); the fifth driving means 1301 of the detection mechanism is activated to move the detection rod 13 downward.
