Technical Field
The invention belongs to a sleeve structure for oil and gas field exploration and development and an assembly method thereof, and particularly relates to a double-layer combined sleeve structure with an inner layer sleeve in threaded connection and an assembly method thereof.
Background
With the deepening of the production and development of various oil fields at home and abroad, most oil fields have different degrees of casing damage, and great influence is caused on the production and development of petroleum. The double-layer combined casing pipe is an important means for the early protection of the casing pipe, most of the double-layer combined casing pipes adopt a method of cement injection between an inner casing pipe and an outer casing pipe, so that the extrusion strength of the casing pipe can be improved, but in an area with large stratum peristalsis, the extrusion force of the stratum is directly transmitted to the inner casing pipe through an outer casing pipe and a cement ring, the damage is caused to the inner casing pipe, the oil extraction engineering cannot be carried out, and the construction is complex and is not easy to operate. Meanwhile, the prior documents and patents and the like do not have a specific assembling method of the double-layer combined sleeve.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a double-layer combined casing structure with an inner casing in threaded connection and an assembly method thereof, wherein a single casing finishes the assembly of double-layer combined casings in a factory, and a drilling crew operation field only needs to quickly connect an internal thread coupling joint and an external thread coupling joint, so that the safe, efficient and quick casing running operation process is ensured; the double-layer combined sleeve is adopted, the extrusion resistance is high, and the inner layer sleeve is not easy to damage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the inner casing is in a double-layer combined casing structure in threaded connection and comprises an internal thread coupling joint, an external thread coupling joint, an outer casing and an inner casing; connecting threads are arranged at two ends of the inner sleeve, the connecting threads are arranged at the first end of the outer sleeve, and the wall of the second end of the outer sleeve is smooth; the first end of the internal thread coupling joint is provided with an internal thread for connecting the external thread coupling joint, and the first end of the external thread coupling joint is provided with an external thread for connecting the internal thread coupling joint;

The invention relates to an assembly method of a double-layer combined sleeve structure, which comprises the following steps of:

the second end of the outer casing is connected with an outer clamping groove of the external thread coupling joint.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: the assembly of single double-deck combination sleeve pipe is gone on in the production factory, has guaranteed the precision and the quality reliability of assembly: both ends of the inner casing are connected with the coupling in a threaded connection mode, so that the sealing performance of the double-layer combined casing is effectively guaranteed; one side of the outer casing is connected with the internal thread coupling through threaded connection, and the other side of the outer casing is connected with the external thread coupling through a welding mode or an interference fit mode, so that the effective connection of the outer casing and the coupling is ensured, the tensile strength of the double-layer combined casing is improved, and the connection strength of the casing in the well entering construction process is ensured; during field operation, the internal thread coupling joint and the external thread coupling joint are tightly connected by threads, and the method is the same as that of conventional casing running, so that safe, efficient and timely casing running operation is guaranteed; in addition, the floating effect of the sealed cavity formed by the annular space gap between the inner casing and the outer casing increases the drainage volume of the casing, effectively reduces the floating weight of the casing string, is beneficial to centering the casing string of the horizontal section well and improves the subsequent well cementation operation quality; the double-layer combined sleeve structure has high anti-extrusion strength, the outer sleeve plays an effective protection role on the inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve is not easy to damage.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the inner casing is a double-layer combined casing structure in threaded connection, and comprises an internal thread coupling joint 1, an external thread coupling joint 2, an outer casing 3 and an inner casing 4; two ends of the inner sleeve 4 are provided with connecting threads, the first end of the outer sleeve 3 is provided with connecting threads, and the wall of the second end is smooth; the first end of the internal thread coupling joint 1 is provided with internal threads 11 for connecting the external thread coupling joint 2, and the first end of the external thread coupling joint 2 is provided with external threads 21 for connecting the internal thread coupling joint 1; the second end of the external thread coupling joint 2 is provided with an inner casing connecting thread 22 for connecting the inner casing 4, and the outer side of the second end of the external thread coupling joint 2 is provided with an outer clamping groove 23 for connecting the second end of the outer casing 3.
The casing connection internal thread comprises an inner layer casing thread 12 and an outer layer casing thread 13, the pitch diameter of the inner layer casing thread 12 is smaller than the pitch diameter of the outer layer casing thread 13, and the inner layer casing thread 12 and the outer layer casing thread 13 form a stepped thread in the internal thread coupling joint 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second end of the internally threaded collar joint 1 is provided with a sleeve connecting internal thread for connecting the inner casing 4 and the outer casing 3, respectively; the internal thread of the sleeve connection is a stepped thread and comprises an inner layer sleeve thread 12 and an outer layer sleeve thread 13.
As shown in fig. 6, the inner wall of the second end of the outer casing 3 is in clearance fit with the surface of the external clamping groove 23 of the external thread coupling joint, and the end surface of the outer casing 3 is welded, fixed and sealed with the external clamping groove 23; and a welding seam 5 is formed, and the assembly is easy and the processing efficiency is high by adopting clearance fit.
As shown in fig. 7, the inner wall of the second end of the outer casing 3 and the surface of the external clamping groove 23 of the external thread coupling joint can also be connected and sealed by interference fit; when the interference fit is adopted, the inner-layer sleeve and the outer-layer sleeve are connected with the external thread coupling joint 2 at one time.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the length of the outer sleeve 3 is smaller than that of the inner sleeve 4; an annular gap is arranged between the outer casing 3 and the inner casing 4; the length of the internal thread coupling joint 1 is larger than the length of the threads arranged on the outer layer casing pipe 3 and the inner layer casing pipe 4.
The assembly sequence of the single double-layer combined sleeve pipe is as follows:
the external thread at one end of the inner casing 4 is connected with the inner casing thread 12 of the internal thread coupling joint 1;
the external thread at the first end of the outer casing 3 is connected with the outer casing thread 13 of the internal thread coupling joint 1;
the external thread at the other end of the inner casing 4 is connected with the inner casing connecting thread 22 of the external thread coupling joint 2, and the second end of the outer casing 3 is inserted into the external clamping groove 23 of the external thread coupling joint 2 along with the screwing-in of the inner casing 4 in threaded connection;
the second end of outer sleeve pipe 3 is connected with the external clamping groove 23 of external thread coupling joint 2: when the inner wall of the second end of the outer casing 3 is in clearance fit with the surface of the outer clamping groove 23 of the external thread coupling joint, the end surface of the outer casing 3 is welded and fixed with the outer clamping groove 23; when the inner wall of the second end of the outer casing 3 is in interference fit with the surface of the outer clamping groove 23, the second end of the outer casing 3 is directly fixed on the external thread coupling joint 1 through interference fit.
When the connection between the external thread at the other end of the inner casing 4 and the inner casing connecting thread 22 of the external thread coupling joint 2 is finished, the second end face of the outer casing and the external clamping groove 23 of the external thread coupling joint are connected and sealed in a welding mode.
The casing string is assembled in such a manner that the female threads 11 of the inside collar joint 1 are threadedly coupled with the male threads 21 of the outside collar joint 2.
An annular space is reserved between the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 3 after the assembly is finished, and a sealed cavity is formed.
In the structure shown in figure 1, the inner wall of the second end of the outer casing pipe is in clearance fit with the outer clamping groove 23 of the external thread coupling joint 2, and the clearance is 0.4-0.8 mm; the annular space between the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 3 is 3-10 mm; as shown in fig. 1, the outer jacket 3 is 50-100mm shorter than the length of the inner jacket 4.
Through the double-deck combination sleeve pipe that above-mentioned embodiment assembly formed, because the equipment of single double-deck combination sleeve pipe is gone on in production factory, guaranteed the precision and the quality reliability of assembly: the two ends of the inner casing 4 are respectively connected with the internal thread coupling joint 1 and the external thread coupling joint 2 in a threaded connection mode, so that the sealing performance of the double-layer combined casing is effectively guaranteed; the one end of outer sleeve pipe 3 links to each other through screw thread and interior thread collar joint 1, and the other end links to each other through welded mode or interference fit's mode and exterior thread collar joint 2, has guaranteed outer sleeve pipe 3 and the effective connection that the sleeve pipe collar connects, has improved double-deck sheathed tube tensile strength that makes up, has guaranteed the joint strength of sleeve pipe in the working into the well work progress. During field operation, the internal thread coupling joint 1 and the external thread coupling joint 2 are tightly connected by threads, and the method is the same as that of conventional casing running, so that safe, efficient and timely casing running operation is guaranteed; in addition, the sealed cavity formed by the annular space between the inner casing 4 and the outer casing 3 floats, so that the liquid discharge volume of the casings is increased, the float weight of the casing string is effectively reduced, the casing string centering of a horizontal section well bore is facilitated, and the subsequent well cementation operation quality is improved; the double-layer combined sleeve structure has high anti-extrusion strength, the outer-layer sleeve 3 has an effective protection effect on the inner-layer sleeve 4, and the inner-layer sleeve 4 is not easy to damage.
Claims (3)
1. The inner casing is a double-layer combined casing structure in threaded connection and is characterized by comprising an internal thread coupling joint (1), an external thread coupling joint (2), an outer casing (3) and an inner casing (4); connecting threads are arranged at two ends of the inner sleeve (4), the connecting threads are arranged at the first end of the outer sleeve (3), and the wall of the second end is smooth; the first end of the internal thread coupling joint (1) is provided with an internal thread (11) for connecting the external thread coupling joint (2), and the first end of the external thread coupling joint (2) is provided with an external thread (21) for connecting the internal thread coupling joint (1);
the second end of the internal thread coupling joint (1) is provided with a sleeve connecting internal thread which is used for respectively connecting the inner sleeve (4) and the outer sleeve (3); the second end of the external thread coupling joint (2) is provided with an inner layer casing connecting thread (22) for connecting the inner layer casing (4), and the outer side of the second end of the external thread coupling joint (2) is provided with an outer clamping groove (23) for connecting the second end of the outer layer casing (3); the inner wall of the second end of the outer casing (3) is in clearance fit with the outer clamping groove (23) of the external thread coupling joint, and the end face of the outer casing (3) is welded and fixed with the outer clamping groove (23); or the second end of the outer casing (3) is in interference fit with the external clamping groove (23) of the external thread coupling joint; an annular space is arranged between the outer casing (3) and the inner casing (4), and the annular space forms a sealed cavity; a shoulder is arranged on the outer circumference of the external thread coupling joint (2); the joint between the end surface of the outer casing (3) and the outer clamping groove (23) is sealed; the sleeve connecting internal thread is a stepped thread and comprises an inner layer sleeve thread (12) and an outer layer sleeve thread (13); the length of the outer sleeve (3) is less than that of the inner sleeve (4); the length of the sleeve connecting internal thread is greater than the length of the threads arranged on the outer sleeve (3) and the inner sleeve (4).
