In the invention, the tail part of the sprinkler 1 is provided with a mudguard 2, and the plate surface of the mudguard 2 is arranged towards the tire of the sprinkler 1 along the top part of the sprinkler 1. The working principle of the invention is explained in the following with specific embodiments: when the sprinkler 1 does not spray water on the road surface under high pressure, the surface of the rotating plate 21 of the mudguard 2 abuts against the side surface of the sprinkler 1 under the elastic action of the tension spring 4, the surface of the turnover plate 22 abuts against the tail end of the sprinkler 1 under the action of the tension spring 4, and the tarpaulin 3 is in a folded and contracted state. When water is sprayed to move forward along a road and high-pressure water spraying operation is carried out on the road surface, through the water separator 6 and the two large and small high-pressure nozzles 7, high-pressure water sprayed by the large high-pressure nozzle 7 is sprayed to the road surface, and small high-pressure water sprayed by the small high-pressure nozzle 7 is sprayed to the fender 2. The invention adopts the technical scheme that the rubber 8 is fixedly arranged at the lower edge of the fender 2, because the road surface is not completely flat, the rubber 8 has flexibility and elasticity, and the fender 2 is contacted with the road surface through the rubber 8, so that the fender 2 can turn towards the body of the sprinkler 1 without being impacted by water pressure and is free from ground friction resistance. Through the effect of blockking of tarpaulin 3, can avoid behind high pressure water impact ground and fender 2, rebound to watering lorry 1 by ground and fender 2 again because tarpaulin 3, fender 2, rubber 8 and ground will form a confined space under the effect of high pressure water, and this space can carry out the separation to the sewage that splashes.
