Description

Finishing method of flax knitwear
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabric finishing, in particular to a finishing method of flax knitwear.
Background
In the production of flax knitwear, the flax fiber has high crystallinity and orientation degree and high rigidity, so that the flax yarn is difficult to form loops in the knitting process. In actual production, flax fibers and yarns are treated by low-temperature plasma, biological enzyme, hydrogen peroxide, a softening agent and the like, so that the rigidity is greatly reduced, and the flax fibers and the yarns are soft, and therefore, the flax fibers and the yarns meet the requirements that a knitting machine is small in knitting mechanical needle hook, small in knitting ring radius and needs to be continuously and repeatedly curled when a coil and a coil are sleeved.
However, flax knitwear after the manufacturing processes of knitting, sewing, washing, drying and the like, especially light and thin flax knitwear ready-made clothes knitted by high count yarn fine needles, has soft and drooping hand feeling, no body bones and easy wrinkling, and seriously affects the appearance and the wearing experience. With the improvement of living standard of people and the gradual development of flax knitted fabrics to high count, lightness and thinness, the requirements on the appearance and the hand feeling of the flax knitted fabrics, such as smoothness, drapability and body bone, are higher and higher.
At present, the commonly adopted method is a finishing method that in the production of flax knitwear, sizing agent is printed and coated on the surface of knitted ready-made clothes, a large amount of stiffening auxiliary agent is used in the washing water of the ready-made clothes, and the like. Some of the methods need to remove the sewing thread of the ready-made flax fabric clothes which are sewed, washed and dried, to be divided into pieces and then to be processed. The process flow is long, the consumed manpower and material resources are high, the cost is high, massive connection can be formed on the knitwear, and the appearance and the design style are obviously changed; some flax knitwear needs a large amount of stiffening additives, has dry and astringent hand feeling and poor elasticity, and can greatly reduce the special performances of temperature regulation, moisture absorption, air permeability and the like of the flax knitwear.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the method, the method for finishing the flax knitwear is simple and convenient to operate, a large amount of stiffening additives are not needed, the hand feeling, the drapability and the elasticity of the treated flax knitwear are greatly improved, the appearance is smooth, and the flax knitwear is stiff and has a body.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a finishing method of flax knitwear comprises the following steps
Adding alkaline powder aqueous solution into the flax knitwear, and dehydrating for the first time after washing;
uniformly tightening the transverse tissue loops of the flax knitwear after the first dehydration, and then performing steam ironing, wherein the flax knitwear is longitudinally stretched while the flax knitwear is ironed by the steam;
cooling the ironed flax knitwear to normal temperature, then putting the ironed flax knitwear into aqueous solution containing a fabric finishing agent for washing, dehydrating for the second time, and drying.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
in the finishing method of the flax knitwear, firstly, the regularity of the internal base fibrils and the macromolecular bundles of the flax fibers is improved through alkaline washing water, and the plasticity of the flax knitwear yarn coils after moisture absorption is enhanced. On the basis, tension is transversely and uniformly applied to the flax yarn coils, so that transverse tissue coils of the flax knitwear are uniformly and tightly stressed, then steam ironing is carried out, the flax knitwear is longitudinally stretched while the steam ironing is carried out, through the operation, the surface of the knitwear is flattened, and the phenomena of fiber expansion, yarn loosening and coil wrinkling of the flax knitwear after tension is released by washing water are changed. And then, the temperature of the ironed flax knitwear is reduced to normal temperature, so that the fibers are smooth, and the coil is fixed to reduce slippage. And then the fabric finishing agent is used for washing, so that the fabric finishing agent enters an amorphous area and fibrils of the flax fibers, the mutual movement among cellulose molecular chain segments is restrained, the fiber is promoted to be smoothly attached, and the transverse expansion deformation rate of subsequent water washing in water and an acid-base solution is reduced. Through the combined treatment of the interior of the flax knitwear fiber and the surface of the ready-made clothes, the smoothness and the stiffness of the flax knitwear are enhanced, the hand feeling, the drapability and the elasticity of the treated flax knitwear are greatly improved, the appearance is smooth, and the flax knitwear is stiff and has a body. Meanwhile, the finishing method is simple and convenient to operate, does not need to use a large amount of stiffening additives, and is environment-friendly and energy-saving.
In the finishing method, the key interaction exists among the processing steps, and the processing steps and the addition sequence of the auxiliary agent are very important for improving the smoothness and the stiffness of the flax knitwear.

The operation can level the surface of the knitwear and change the phenomena of fiber expansion and yarn and coil relaxation and wrinkle shrinkage of the linen knitwear after the tension is released by washing water.
The steam pressure for steam ironing is preferably 0.32-0.47MPa, and the ironing time is preferably 2min-5 min.
When steam ironing is carried out, one surface of the iron is firstly ironed, then the ironing board is turned over, and the other surface of the iron is ironed.
And 3, cooling the temperature of the ironed flax knitwear to normal temperature, then putting the flax knitwear into an aqueous solution containing a fabric finishing agent for washing, dehydrating for the second time, and drying.
Preferably, cold air is pumped in, so that the ironed flax fabrics are quickly cooled to the normal temperature. The rapid cooling is more favorable for reducing the slippage of the fixed coil.

The water temperature during washing is preferably 17-29 ℃, and the washed flax fabrics can be placed in a dehydrator for secondary dehydration. Further, the step can also comprise the steps of soaking, draining, adding clean water for washing and draining again.
The concentration of the aqueous solution containing the textile finish is preferably from 5.2g/L to 13 g/L.
The fabric finish may be selected from 208 fabric finishes or 3308 fabric finishes.
The drying temperature is preferably 72-85 ℃, and the drying time is preferably 15-26 min.
