Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, in order to improve the effect, a plurality of water blocking ribs can be further arranged between the first water blocking rib 15 and the second water blocking rib 16, each water blocking rib extends along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the water overflow port 17, one end of each water blocking rib is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the water overflow port 17, and the other end of each water blocking rib is in clearance arrangement with the inner wall of the water overflow port 17, so that overflow water flow smoothly passes through the water blocking ribs when the water level in the outer cylinder 2 is higher than the water overflow port 17, and the situation that oscillating water flow generated in the washing process passes through the water overflow port 17 when the water level in the outer cylinder 2 is lower than the water overflow port 17 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the overflow port 17 is provided with a joint 14 that is communicated with the overflow pipe 10, the interior of the joint 14 is hollow, the hollow portion forms a flow passage that gradually slopes downward toward the communicating end inside the outer cylinder 2, one end of the flow passage is respectively communicated with the interior of the outer cylinder 2 through the overflow port 17, and the other end is communicated with the upper drain pipe 8 downstream of the drain pump 9 through the overflow pipe 10. Through the structure that the overflow port is gradually downwards inclined from the external phase internal direction of the outer barrel, the washing water in the outer barrel flows into the overflow port under the action of vibration and then flows back into the outer barrel under the action of gravity, so that the washing water in the outer barrel is prevented from being discharged from the overflow port in the washing process, and the aim of normally executing a washing program of the drum washing machine after the overflow port is additionally arranged is fulfilled.

An overflow structure of a lower drainage drum washing machine, comprising: the bottom of the outer cylinder is provided with a water outlet which is communicated with a lower drain pipe provided with a drain valve; the method is characterized in that: the outer barrel is provided with an overflow port, the overflow port is higher than the highest washing water level of the outer barrel, the overflow port is communicated with the lower drain pipe through an overflow pipe, and the communication part is positioned at the downstream of the drain valve;
the overflow port of the outer cylinder is provided with a leakage-proof structure so as to reduce the washing water from flowing out of the outer cylinder by adhering to the wall when the inner cylinder rotates;
the anti-leakage structure comprises at least two water retaining ribs which are arranged at the overflow port along the axis at intervals, and adjacent water retaining ribs are arranged in a staggered manner in the axis direction of the overflow port so as to form a tortuous overflow flow passage;
the lower end of the first water retaining rib close to one side of the inner part of the outer cylinder is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the overflow port, and a gap is arranged between the upper end of the first water retaining rib and the inner wall of the overflow port; the upper end of the second water retaining rib far away from one side of the inner part of the outer cylinder is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the overflow port, and a gap is arranged between the lower end of the second water retaining rib and the inner wall of the overflow port; the horizontal height of the upper end of the first water blocking rib is higher than that of the lower end of the second water blocking rib;
the overflow port is provided with a connector communicated with the overflow pipe, the connector is hollow, the hollow part forms a runner which gradually inclines downwards towards the communication end inside the outer cylinder, one end of the runner is respectively communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder through the overflow port, and the other end of the runner is communicated with a lower drain pipe at the downstream of the drain valve through the overflow pipe.
2. The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: there is a height difference between the overflow port and the highest washing water level of the outer cylinder.
3. The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the height difference is not less than 5mm.

The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the highest washing water level is the difference between the water level of the washing water in the outer cylinder and the lowest position of the outer cylinder when the drum washing machine executes the washing program with the highest water level and water feeding is finished.
5. The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the level of the overflow pipe at any position is not lower than the level of the overflow pipe at the position downstream.

The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the overflow pipe is provided with a one-way valve, and the water flow direction in the pipeline is limited to flow only from the communicating end of the outer cylinder to the communicating end of the upper drain pipe.
7. The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the overflow port is arranged on one side of the wall of the outer cylinder, and the overflow port is arranged at the center height of the outer cylinder.
8. The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the overflow port and the bottom center of the outer cylinder are positioned in the same horizontal plane.

The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the overflow port, and the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with a pipeline part of the lower drain pipe at the downstream of the drain valve; or one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the overflow port, and the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the outlet end of the drain valve, so that overflow water flows through the overflow pipe and the outlet of the drain valve to be communicated with the lower drain pipe.

The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the lower drain pipe is arranged at the lower part of the outer barrel, and any part of the lower drain pipe is lower than the height of the water outlet at the bottom of the outer barrel.

The overflow structure of the lower drainage drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein: the first end of the lower drain pipe is communicated with the outer cylinder water outlet, the second end of the lower drain pipe is positioned at a water draining position outside the washing machine, and the lower drain pipe gradually extends downwards or horizontally from the first end to the second end, so that the horizontal height of any position of the lower drain pipe is not higher than the horizontal height of any downstream pipeline position.
