The invention has the advantages that: the cutter changing device is simple to operate, solves the problem that multiple cutter changing is needed in the machining of the aluminum shell base in the prior art, realizes that 3 blades are installed on one cutter handle, improves the machining efficiency of the aluminum shell base, and solves the problems of long production period of the aluminum shell base, high labor intensity of operators, high production cost and multiple types and specifications of machining cutters.
