Background
Vacuum suction casting is a method of antigravity pouring, a casting mould is placed in a suction casting chamber in a vacuum state, a liquid lifting pipe of the suction casting chamber sucks molten iron from a crucible below for filling, the vacuum state is used for generating pressure difference between the surface of the molten iron in the crucible and a cavity, the molten iron is sucked into the cavity in a negative pressure state, and the filling is free from resistance and has a certain feeding function. Before suction casting, the casting mould is aligned with the suction casting chamber in the suction casting chamber, the lower liquid lift pipe is sealed, the inner hole of the liquid lift pipe is communicated with the cavity and sealed with the outside to prevent molten iron from leaking, but the sprue of the casting mould is opened at the bottom of the casting mould and is not easy to observe, and a positioning device is arranged at the bottom of the casting mould and is fully close to the bottom of the suction casting chamber to ensure that the sprue is aligned with the liquid lift pipe.
The casting mould is placed in the suction casting chamber, and is easy to shake when being lifted by a crane, and the positioning device cannot be seen, so that positioning deviation is easy to occur, and sealing failure accidents are generated. The existing method is to install an ultra-long locating pin upwards at the bottom of a lift tube, so that a casting mold bottom hole and the locating pin are aligned to a locating method, and the lift tube is squeezed and cracked in a trial process, so that the method fails. The main method is that 1, a locating pin must pass through the lift tube from the bottom of the lift tube upwards and exceed a certain height at the upper end of the lift tube to be used as a casting mold for locating, the total length of the lift tube is 550mm, the length of the locating pin is about 700mm, the bottom of the locating pin is welded on a supporting base, and the bottom surface of a suction casting lower chamber is placed on an upper frame of the supporting base. After the installation requires the lift tube to be sleeved in place on the locating pin, the circumferential bottom surface of the flange at the upper end part of the lift tube is required to be in full contact with the locating base of the suction casting lower chamber, the locating base of the suction casting lower chamber is installed at the upper part of the bottom surface of the lower chamber, the bottom surface of the suction casting lower chamber is placed on the upper frame of the supporting base, the supporting base is of a profile welding structure, the locating pin is welded on the lower frame of the supporting base, and the locating pin cannot be guaranteed to keep a vertical relationship with the locating base of the suction casting lower chamber, so that the installation is one of the installation requirements; 2. the direction of the lift tube is actually guided by the locating pin, the inner diameter of the lift tube and the outer diameter of the locating pin are only 1-2 mm, and the perpendicularity of the lift tube on the whole length of the lift tube is only smaller than 0.06-0.10 mm, so that the lift tube can be used for fixing the locating pin on the lift tube sleeve in place, and the flange at the end part of the lift tube is pressed by the fixed cover plate so that the lower plane of the flange is fully contacted with the locating base of the suction casting lower chamber to realize sealing.
Because the locating pin and the locating base of the suction casting lower chamber can not keep the vertical range in welding, a gap is necessarily formed between the flange of the liquid lifting pipe and the locating base, when the flange is pressed by the gland, part of the flange edge is pressed to generate a bending moment on the flange because the liquid lifting pipe is made of brittle ceramic material, and when the pressure exceeds the material damage stress, the liquid lifting pipe is locally broken; 3. the suction casting lower chamber and the casting mould are lifted away from the supporting base by the crane after being mounted, the lifting direction of the crane is not consistent with the straight line of the positioning pin, and the suspension rope shakes.

The invention has the remarkable effects that the lift tube is not influenced by the guidance of the ultra-long locating pin on the whole length, the end flange and the suction casting lower chamber can be fully contacted when fixed, the flange can not receive bending stress, the diaphragm cylinder is deflated and retracted in the locating pin after installation, the locating pin can be separated from the lift tube because of a gap of 1-2 mm, the lift tube does not have any collision extrusion in the lifting process, and the intact lift tube is ensured when the casting mould is positioned.
