Abstract
The invention discloses an end cover box cover device of an oil film bearing, which comprises an end cover, a box cover, an eyelet bolt and a rotating shaft, wherein the box cover is fixed on the end surface of a bearing box of the oil film bearing through bolts, one side of the end cover is connected to the box cover through the rotating shaft, the other side of the end cover is connected to the box cover through the eyelet bolt, a hollow rubber ring is arranged between the end cover and the box cover, the end cover box cover device of the oil film bearing also comprises a cone head positioning pin, the cone head positioning pin comprises a conical guiding part, a cylindrical positioning part and a thread mounting part, the diameter of the large end of the conical guiding part is equal to that of the cylindrical positioning part, the thread mounting part is arranged at the lower part of the box cover and is positioned below the end cover, and the outer circular surface of the cylindrical positioning part is tangent to the outer circular surface of the end cover. The device can ensure that the hollow rubber ring between the end cover and the box cover is uniformly pressed when the end cover is closed, thereby solving the problem of water inflow or oil leakage of the oil film bearing and improving the sealing effect and the safety and reliability of the oil film bearing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil film bearings, and particularly relates to an end shield box cover device of an oil film bearing.
Background
The oil film bearing is a key part of a rolling mill and comprises a radial bearing device, an axial bearing device, a locking device, a sealing device and the like. The rolling mill oil film bearing is in a very severe environment when in work, and is washed by a large amount of cooling liquid, iron scale and other foreign matters in the rolling process, so that the danger that the iron scale and the cooling liquid enter the bearing at any time exists. Once the iron scale and the cooling liquid enter the oil film bearing, the oil film bearing is easily damaged, and a large amount of lubricating oil is leaked to pollute the environment; if so, water and other foreign matters are mixed into the rolling mill, so that the lubricating oil is deteriorated, the bearing is damaged, the rolling mill cannot normally run, and huge economic loss is caused.
Therefore, an end shield cap device is usually provided on the oil film bearing. In the conventional oil film bearing end cover box cover device, as shown in fig. 1(a) and 1(b), a box cover 3 is fixed on an end face of a bearing box 4 of an oil film bearing through bolts 5 for fixing a bearing box assembly of the oil film bearing or directly fixing a thrust bearing, one side of an end cover 1 is connected to the box cover 3 through a rotating shaft 7 for sealing the oil film bearing, the other side of the end cover 1 is connected to the box cover 3 through a swing bolt 6, and a hollow rubber ring 2 is arranged between an inner circumferential surface of the end cover 1 and an outer conical surface of the box cover 3 for sealing. When the roller is dismounted, the end cover 1 can be opened relative to the box cover 3 around the rotating shaft 7 only by opening the swing bolt 6.
However, in the existing oil film bearing end cover box cover device, as the end cover 1 is repeatedly opened and closed, the rotating shaft 7 can rub against the shaft hole where the rotating shaft is located, so that the rotating shaft 7 is abraded, the fit clearance between the rotating shaft 7 and the shaft hole is increased, the rotating shaft 7 is inclined and shakes in the shaft hole where the rotating shaft is located, the end cover 1 sinks due to the self weight of the end cover, the condition that the end cover 1 and the box cover 3 are not assembled in place when the end cover 1 is closed is further caused, meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1(c), the hollow rubber ring 2 between the end cover 1 and the box cover 3 is unevenly pressed, and the problem of water inlet or oil leakage of the oil film bearing is caused.
Therefore, there is a need for an improvement of an end cover and a case cover device of an existing oil film bearing, so as to ensure that the end cover and the case cover are assembled in place and a hollow rubber ring between the end cover and the case cover is uniformly pressed when the end cover is closed under the condition that the end cover sinks due to abrasion of a rotating shaft, thereby solving the problem of water or oil leakage of the oil film bearing and improving the sealing effect and safety and reliability of the oil film bearing.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve some or all technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides an end cover and box cover device of an oil film bearing, which comprises an end cover, a box cover, a swing bolt and a rotating shaft, wherein the box cover is fixed on the end surface of a bearing box of the oil film bearing through the bolt, one side of the end cover is connected to the box cover through the rotating shaft, the other side of the end cover is connected to the box cover through the swing bolt, and a hollow rubber ring is arranged between the end cover and the box cover.
Preferably, in the end-shield case lid apparatus for an oil film bearing described above, the tapered guide portion has a taper angle of 5 ° to 40 °, the cylindrical positioning portion has a length equal to or greater than the thickness of a portion of the end-shield that contacts the cylindrical positioning portion, and the screw-mounting portion is screwed to the case lid lower portion by its screw structure.

As shown in fig. 2(a), 2(b) and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an end shield case lid apparatus for an oil film bearing, including: the end cover 11, the box cover 13, the swing bolt 16, the rotating shaft 17, the conical head locating pin 18, the box cover 13 is fixed on the end face of the bearing box 14 of the oil film bearing through the bolt 15, the bearing box assembly for fixing the oil film bearing or directly fixing the thrust bearing, one side of the end cover 11 is connected to the box cover 13 through the rotating shaft 17 for closing the oil film bearing, the other side of the end cover 11 is connected to the box cover 13 through the swing bolt 16, a hollow rubber ring 12 is arranged between the inner circumferential surface of the end cover 11 and the outer conical surface of the box cover 13 for sealing, the conical head locating pin 18 is composed of a conical guiding portion 18.1, a cylindrical locating portion 18.2 and a thread mounting portion 18.3, the large end diameter of the conical guiding portion 18.1 is equal to the diameter of the cylindrical locating portion 18.2, the thread mounting portion 18.3 is mounted at the lower portion of the box cover 13 and located below the end cover 11, and the outer circular surface of the cylindrical locating portion 18.2 is tangent to the outer circular cylindrical locating surface of the end cover 11.
By utilizing the end cover box cover device of the oil film bearing, even if the end cover 11 sinks due to self weight under the condition that the rotating shaft 17 is abraded, in the closing process of the end cover 11, the outer circular surface of the end cover 11 is firstly contacted with the conical guide part 18.1 of the conical head positioning pin 18, under the guiding action of the conical guide part 18.1, the end cover 11 slides along the conical surface of the conical guide part 18.1 and continuously lifts the position of the end cover upwards until the end cover is loaded and positioned on the cylindrical positioning part 18.2, so that the end cover 11 and the box cover 13 are accurately assembled, the hollow rubber ring 12 between the end cover 11 and the box cover 13 is uniformly pressed, the problem of water inlet or oil leakage of the oil film bearing is effectively solved, and the sealing effect and the safety reliability of the oil film bearing are improved.
As a specific embodiment, the taper angle β of the tapered guide portion 18.1 is 5 ° to 40 ° in order to guide the end cover 12 more smoothly; the length of the cylindrical positioning part 18.2 is set to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the part of the end cover 11 contacting the cylindrical positioning part 18.2, so that the end cover 11 is completely positioned on the cylindrical positioning part 18.2 in a bearing manner; the threaded mounting portion 18.3 is screwed to the lower portion of the case cover 13 through a threaded structure of the threaded mounting portion, and the threaded structure facilitates mounting and adjustment of the cone-head positioning pin 18.

The arrangement of the plurality of conical head positioning pins 18 can further improve the bearing strength and the positioning reliability of the conical head positioning pins 18 on the end cover 11. Further, in the case where 3 or 4 cone positioning pins 18 are provided, it is preferable that the respective cone positioning pins 18 are provided at equal intervals.
