本申请实施例提供一种会话管理方法、接入管理功能设备和会话管理设备。该方法包括:接入和移动性管理网元获取终端在第一通信网络中的签约数据和所述终端在第二通信网络中的签约数据,其中,所述终端在第一通信网络中的签约数据包括DNN,所述终端在第二通信网络中的签约数据包括与所述DNN对应的APN;所述接入和移动性管理网元为所述APN对应的PDN连接中的承载分配承载标识;所述接入和移动性管理网元接收会话管理网元发送的所述DNN对应的PDU会话中的流的流标识;所述接入和移动性管理网元向所述终端发送所述承载标识和所述流标识。本申请的实施例中,接入和移动性管理网元为第二通信网络预留会话资源,从而能够简化不同通信网络之间的互操作流程。
