Detailed Description
The present invention relates to a backpack-use life jacket that is attached to a backpack and used, and that can be used as a life jacket in a flood accident caused by rainstorm, tsunami, and the like. The backpack is a bag to be worn on the back of a human body in close contact with the back, such as a rucksack or a backpack (day pack), and may be a student bag used by an elementary school student, and is not limited by the structure and size thereof. Hereinafter, a life jacket for a backpack of the present application will be described with reference to examples.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is an explanatory view showing a first embodiment of a backpack-use life jacket of the present invention. Fig. 2 to 3 are explanatory views showing a method of using the backpack-use life jacket according to the first embodiment. The life jacket 1 for a backpack in this embodiment includes: a dorsal float 10 which, when used as a float, is located on the dorsal side B of the human body; an abdominal-side floating body 12 which is positioned on the abdominal side F of the human body when used as a floating body; and two shoulder connecting portions 14 that connect the back-side floating body 10 and the abdominal-side floating body 12 at their respective shoulders.
In the present embodiment, the back-side floating body 10 is shaped to be able to be housed in the housing chamber 6a of the backpack 6. The dorsal and ventral floats 10, 12 are made of a material and size sufficient to provide buoyancy to float a person on the surface of water. The dorsal float 10 and the ventral float 12 are different in size between adult use and child use, and can be used for persons of various weights by arbitrarily increasing or decreasing the amount of the float. In the drawings of the present embodiment, the back-side floating body 10 and the ventral-side floating body 12 are illustrated as being substantially square in a thick plate shape, but the shape thereof may be arbitrary, and may be, for example, a disk shape.
Next, a method of using the backpack-use life jacket 1 of the present embodiment will be described. First, when the backpack-use life jacket 1 is not used as a life jacket, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shoulder connecting portion 14 protrudes from the housing chamber port 6b of the backpack 6 in a state where the back-side floating body 10 is housed in the housing chamber 6a of the backpack 6. Then, the abdominal-side float 12 connected to the back-side float 10 by the shoulder connecting portion 14 is disposed so as to become the outer side of the backpack 6. In this state, the backpack 6 including the backpack-use life jacket 1 is worn by hand over the shoulder straps 8 of the backpack 6.
Next, when the backpack-use life jacket 1 is used as a life jacket in a flood, the abdominal float 12 is taken to the abdominal side F of the human body while the dorsal appendage 10 in the storage chamber 6a of the backpack 6 is kept as it is, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. Specifically, the abdominal float 12 is rotated in the abdominal side F of the human body with the shoulder connecting portion 14 as a rotation base point. At this time, the head H may pass through between the two shoulder connecting portions 14. As a result, the back side B and the abdominal side F of the human body are surrounded by the back side floating body 10 and the abdominal side floating body 12, and the shape is the same as that of a normal life jacket.
In this state, the abdomen-side floating body 12 may be used as it is, but as shown in fig. 3, may be connected to the backpack 6 by the floating body-bag connecting and fixing portion 16. The abdomen-side floating body 12 is connected to the backpack 6 by the floating body-bag connecting and fixing portion 16, whereby the abdomen-side floating body 12 can be prevented from separating from the abdomen side F.
In the figure, the shoulder connecting portions 14 are shown as a belt, but the present invention is not limited to the belt, and may be formed in a shape in which the back-side floating body 10 and the abdomen-side floating body 12 are connected by a cloth-like shoulder connecting portion, and the shoulder connecting portions have holes through which the head H of the human body can pass.
As a method of using the backpack-use life jacket 1 in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when not used as a life jacket, the abdominal-side floating body 12 is disposed outside the backpack 6, but the method of use is not limited to this, and the abdominal-side floating body 12 may be shaped so as to be storable in the storage chamber 6a of the backpack 6. That is, the back-side floating body 10 and/or the abdomen-side floating body 12 may have a shape that can be stored in the storage chamber 6a of the backpack 6.
Example 2
Fig. 5 is an explanatory view showing a second embodiment of the backpack-use life jacket of the present invention. Fig. 6 to 8 are explanatory views showing a method of using the backpack-use life jacket according to the second embodiment. Fig. 9 is an explanatory view showing the shape and features of the backpack-use life jacket according to the second embodiment. The life jacket 2 for a backpack in the present embodiment includes: a dorsal float 20 which, when used as a float, is located on the dorsal side B of the human body; an abdominal float 22 which is positioned on the abdominal side F of the human body when used as a float; and two shoulder coupling portions 24 that couple the back-side floating body 20 and the abdominal-side floating body 22 at their respective shoulders.
The dorsal and ventral floats 20, 22 are made of a material and size sufficient to provide buoyancy to float a person on the surface of water. The back-side floating body 20 and the abdomen-side floating body 22 are different in size between adult use and child use, and can be applied to persons of various weights by arbitrarily increasing or decreasing the amount of the floating bodies. In the drawings of the present embodiment, the back-side float 20 and the ventral-side float 22 are illustrated as being substantially square in the shape of a thick plate, but the shapes thereof may be arbitrary, and for example, may be disk-shaped.
Next, a method of using the backpack-use life jacket 2 of the present embodiment will be described. First, when the backpack-use life jacket 2 is not used as a life jacket, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the back-side floating body 20 is configured to become the outer side of the back side 6c of the backpack 6. Then, the ventral float 22 coupled to the dorsal float 20 by the shoulder coupling 24 is disposed so as to become the outer side of the backpack 6. In this state, the backpack 6 including the backpack-use life jacket 2 is worn by hand over the shoulder straps 8 of the backpack 6. At this time, the back-side floating body 20 is located between the back side 6c of the backpack 6 and the back side B of the human body. That is, the back-side floating body 20 functions as a backrest of the backpack 6.
Next, when the backpack-use life jacket 2 is used as a life jacket in a flood, the ventral float 22 is brought to the ventral side F of the human body while the back-side float 20 is kept as it is, as shown in fig. 7 and 8. Specifically, the abdominal float 22 is rotated in the abdominal side F of the human body with the shoulder connecting portion 24 as a rotation base point. At this time, the head H may pass through between the two shoulder connecting portions 24. As a result, the back side B and the abdominal side F of the human body are surrounded by the back side floating body 20 and the abdominal side floating body 22, and the shape is the same as that of a normal life jacket.
In this state, the abdomen-side floating body 22 may be used as it is, but as shown in fig. 7, may be connected to the backpack 6 by a floating body-bag connecting and fixing portion 26. The abdomen-side floating body 22 is connected to the backpack 6 by the floating body bag connection fixing portion 26, whereby the abdomen-side floating body 22 can be prevented from being separated from the abdomen side F.
In the figure, the shoulder connecting portions 24 are shown as a band, but are not limited to the band, and may be formed in a shape in which the back-side floating body 20 and the abdominal-side floating body 22 are connected by a cloth-like shoulder connecting portion, and the shoulder connecting portions have holes through which the head H of the human body can pass. Further, the back-side floating body 20 and the abdomen-side floating body 22 are provided in a separable form, and thus the backpack life jacket 2 can be easily attached to and detached from the backpack 6.
When the backpack life jacket 2 is not used as a life jacket, the back-side floating body 20 and the abdominal-side floating body 22 may be stacked, and the abdominal-side floating body 22 may be used as a backrest of the backpack 6. That is, the back-side floating body 20 and/or the abdomen-side floating body 22 may be formed in a shape usable as a backrest of the backpack 6.
In fig. 7, the floating-body-bag coupling/fixing portion 26 for coupling and fixing the abdominal-side floating body 22 to the backpack 6 is shown, but a lower coupling portion for coupling the back-side floating body 20 and the abdominal-side floating body 22 to each other at their lower portions may be provided. This prevents the back-side floating body 20 and the abdominal-side floating body 22 from floating. Here, the floating body bag coupling and fixing portion 26 and the lower coupling portion have been described as separate members, but the floating body bag coupling and fixing portion 26 and the lower coupling portion may be of a shape that can be used in common, and it is preferable that the floating body bag coupling and fixing portion 26 and the lower coupling portion are each of a buckle (buckle) shape that is easy to attach and detach.
The floating of the back-side floating body 20 may be handled by a wider lateral width than the distance between the two shoulder straps 8 of the backpack 6 as shown in fig. 9, in addition to the case of handling by the lower connecting portion. In addition, when the backpack life jacket 2 is not used as a life jacket, if the lateral width of the abdominal-side float 22 is also wider than the interval between the two shoulder straps 8 of the backpack 6 in a case where a flood disaster is suddenly encountered in a state where the back-side float 20 and the abdominal-side float 22 are overlapped and the abdominal-side float 22 is used as a backrest of the backpack 6, the floating of the abdominal-side float 22 can be prevented.
According to the backpack life jackets 1 and 2 of embodiments 1 and 2 described above, the jacket can be carried integrally with the backpack 6, and is easy to carry out at more occasions when going out, and the possibility of use in sudden floods is improved.
The present invention is susceptible to various embodiments and modifications without departing from the broad spirit and scope of the invention. The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. That is, the scope of the present invention is indicated by the scope of the claims rather than the embodiments. Various modifications made within the scope of the claims and within the meaning of the equivalent invention are considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
