Meanwhile, the scanner, the display, the printer and the like are regularly measured and the ICC Profile is created and applied through an image information acquisition instrument and a color information measurement instrument in the information digitization module 1, so that the color in the book printing process is restored in place, all the ICC Profile files are stored on the PC 4, and backup is made on the central processing unit.

The basic data information of production environment, equipment, instruments and materials is regularly monitored through an information control system, and is regularly analyzed and fed back to prepress processing and production links for corresponding adjustment, so that the consistency of color reduction of different batches and different machines is ensured.
