本发明揭示了一种逆变器电池组,由箱体组件、电池组件、控制板组件和隔热层组件组成。所述的箱体组件是一个矩形箱体,由下壳、上壳和上壳顶部的提手组成。所述的电池组件由储热块、若干电池芯和电极连接片组成。电池芯为圆柱体结构。储热块是矩形体结构,其中设置了电池安装孔,每一个电池安装孔和每一个电池芯匹配安装。所述的隔热层组件分别由第一隔热板、第二隔热板和第三隔热板组成。三种规格的隔热板分别紧密地包围电池组件,防止电池组件的热量流失。综上所述的一种逆变器电池组,其有益效果是,电池芯有热储能材料包裹,并且热量在隔热板的阻隔下流失小,可保证电池组在低温环境下其内部温度不会受到太大影响。

一种逆变器电池组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池组,具体来说,涉及一种用于逆变器的电池产品,是储能电池的一种,属于锂电池组制造技术领域。
背景技术
逆变器是一种能把储存的直流电能转换成交流电的工具,在各种储能系统中广泛使用。随着计算机技术和各种新型功率器件的发展,逆变器也向着体积小、效率高、性能指标更优越的方向发展。逆变器中的储能电池组是重要的部件,传统逆变器配备的电池组一般采用铅酸电池,具有成本低廉的特点,因而得到广泛使用。随着技术进步,新型逆变器配备的电池组逐渐采用锂电池,因为锂电池具有更小的体积,更长的使用寿命,更高的能量密度,且环保方面锂电池也更优于铅酸电池。
而采用锂电池组的逆变器产品,因为储能电池组一般是备用电源,长时间不工作,尤其是在低温的环境使用时,如果电池的温度较低(比如小于0℃),一旦需要使用时,电量不能完全释放,不能良好发挥其性能,此问题困扰着锂电池组在储能系统中的应用。随着科技进步发展,必然要求电池技术的进步,以克服存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种逆变器电池组,所述的电池组具有良好的低温性能,具有体积小、用途广泛和安全可靠的特点。
本发明通过以下方案予以实现。
所述的一种逆变器电池组由箱体组件、电池组件、控制板组件和隔热层组件组成。
所述的箱体组件是一个矩形箱体,由下壳、上壳和上壳顶部的提手组成。
所述的电池组件由储热块、若干电池芯和电极连接片组成。电池芯为圆柱体结构。储热块是矩形体结构,其中设置了电池安装孔,每一个电池安装孔和每一个电池芯匹配安装。
所述的控制板组件和电池组件电性连接。控制板组件设置了导线部,从下壳的导线孔中穿出,可连接逆变器其它部件。
所述的隔热层组件分别由第一隔热板、第二隔热板和第三隔热板组成。三种规格的隔热板分别紧密地包围电池组件,防止电池组件的热量流失。
综上所述的一种逆变器电池组,其有益效果是,电池芯有热储能材料包裹,并且热量在隔热板的阻隔下流失小,可保证电池组在低温环境下其内部温度不会受到太大影响,电池组大致上处于恒温状态,从而保证配电系统一旦产生需求时电池组能释放够的电量。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图来进一步解释本发明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,所述的一种逆变器电池组由箱体组件10、电池组件20、控制板组件30和隔热层组件40组成。
在本实施例中,所述的箱体组件10是一个矩形箱体,由下壳11、上壳12和上壳12顶部的提手13组成。
如图3所示,所述的电池组件20由储热块21、若干电池芯22和电极连接片23组成。电池芯22为圆柱体结构。储热块21是矩形体固体结构,其中设置了电池安装孔211,每一个电池安装孔211和每一个电池芯22匹配安装。
所述的控制板组件30和电池组件20电性连接。控制板组件30设置了导线部31,从下壳的导线孔111中穿出,可连接逆变器其它部件。
所述的隔热层组件40分别由第一隔热板41、第二隔热板42和第三隔热板43组成。如图2所示,在本实施例中,三种规格的隔热板分别紧密地包围电池组件20,防止电池组件的热量流失。
所述的储热块21采用有机烷烃类储热材料制作,参考潜热值为80~150J/g。所述的隔热板采用气凝胶隔热毡制作。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种逆变器电池组,由箱体组件、电池组件、控制板组件和隔热层组件组成;

所述的电池组件由储热块、若干电池芯和电极连接片组成;电池芯为圆柱体结构;储热块是矩形体结构,其中设置了电池安装孔,每一个电池安装孔和每一个电池芯匹配安装;
所述的隔热层组件分别由第一隔热板、第二隔热板和第三隔热板组成;三种规格的隔热板分别包围电池组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变器电池组,所述的控制板组件和电池组件电性连接;控制板组件设置了导线部,从下壳的导线孔中穿出,可连接逆变器其它部件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变器电池组,所述的储热块可采用有机烷烃类储热材料制作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变器电池组,所述的隔热板可采用气凝胶隔热毡制作。
