Abstract
本发明公开了一种直线电机柱塞泵,通过直线电机驱动柱塞泵,并通过控制直线电机的运动规律,来控制组件的运动规律,从而克服目前柱塞泵的缺点,最大限度地发挥柱塞泵的优势。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及柱塞泵技术领域,具体涉及一种直线电机柱塞泵。
背景技术
传统柱塞泵一般通过曲柄连杆机构将原动机的旋转运动变为柱塞的直线往复运动,使液体间断地被吸入泵缸并高压排出管路达到输送液体的目的。这种回转驱动式柱塞泵存在以下问题:传统回转驱动柱塞泵中间传递环节较多,摩擦磨损大,系统效率低;结构复杂,制造加工难度大,成本高,易损部件多,发生故障的几率大,维护保养不方便;柱塞速度变化幅度大,柱塞泵排量波动大,排出压力不稳定;受传统曲轴连杆动力端结构限制,难以实现长冲程、低冲次、大排量的作业要求;结构复杂、摩擦磨损大、压力波动大,造成易损件寿命低,运转时振动噪音严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种直线电机柱塞泵,通过直线电机驱动柱塞泵,并通过控制直线电机的运动规律,来控制组件的运动规律,从而克服目前柱塞泵的缺点,最大限度地发挥柱塞泵的优势。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种直线电机柱塞泵,包括直线电机和液力端总成,所述直线电机与液力端总成连接,液力端总成包括柱塞、阀箱、上阀体和下阀体,所述阀箱上开有柱塞孔、吸入孔和排出孔,所述柱塞设在柱塞孔中,所述上阀体密封安装于所述排出孔内,所述下阀体密封安装与所述吸入孔内,直线电机驱动柱塞在阀箱柱塞孔内做直线往复运动,所述直线电机为单作用直线电机。
进一步地,所述阀箱为单缸组合式阀箱或多缸阀箱。
进一步地,所述单缸组合式阀箱包括两缸组合式阀箱、三缸组合式阀箱、四缸组合式阀箱、五缸组合式阀箱、六缸组合式阀箱和七缸组合式阀箱,所述单缸组合式阀箱的每个缸上开有柱塞孔、吸入孔和排出孔,所述柱塞设在柱塞孔中,所述上阀体密封安装于所述排出孔内,所述下阀体密封安装与所述吸入孔内。
进一步地,所述多缸阀箱包括两缸阀箱、三缸阀箱、四缸阀箱、五缸阀箱、六缸阀箱和七缸阀箱,所述多缸阀箱的每个缸上开有柱塞孔、吸入孔和排出孔,所述柱塞设在柱塞孔中,所述上阀体密封安装于所述排出孔内,所述下阀体密封安装与所述吸入孔内。
进一步地,所述直线电机与液力端总成柱塞直接连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:解决传统柱塞泵的问题,直线电动机可以将电能直接转化为直线运动的机械能,省去了中间传递环节,摩擦磨损减小,系统效率高,具有结构简单、无接触运动、噪音低、维护保养方便、可靠性高、寿命长、能满足长冲程、低冲次、大排量的作业要求等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1至10所示,一种直线电机柱塞泵,包括直线电机和液力端总成,所述直线电机为单作用直线电机1或双作用直线电机9,所述直线电机与液力端总成连接,液力端总成包括柱塞2、阀箱3、上阀体4和下阀体5,所述阀箱3为单缸组合式阀箱31或多缸阀箱32。所述单缸组合式阀箱31包括两缸组合式阀箱、三缸组合式阀箱、四缸组合式阀箱、五缸组合式阀箱、六缸组合式阀箱和七缸组合式阀箱。所述多缸阀箱32包括两缸阀箱、三缸阀箱、四缸阀箱、五缸阀箱、六缸阀箱和七缸阀箱。所述阀箱3的每个缸上开有柱塞孔35、吸入孔34和排出孔33,所述柱塞2设在柱塞孔35中,所述上阀体4密封安装于所述排出孔33内,所述下阀体5密封安装与所述吸入孔34内。直线电机驱动柱塞2在阀箱3柱塞孔35内做直线往复运动,从而实现液体的吸入和排出,实现泵送作业。结构简单,维保方便,与传统曲轴、连杆十字头柱塞泵相比,直线电机驱动柱塞泵,省去了把旋转运动转化为直线运动的中间转换机构,整体结构大大简化,节约了成本,缩小了体积,使柱塞泵维护保养更加便利。传动刚度大,直接驱动,避免了启动、变速和换向时因中间传动环节的弹性变形、摩擦磨损和反向间隙造成的滞后现象,大大提高了其传动刚度。行程长度不受限制,利用直线电机驱动,柱塞冲程可以根据需要设置,可实现往复泵的长冲程、大排量、低冲刺及高压力,大大提高其阀箱、柱塞、阀门及密封件的使用寿命。效率高、响应快,由于无中间传动环节,不存在中间传动机构的惯量和阻力的影响,消除了机械摩擦时的能量损耗,提高了传动效率,直线电动机直接传动反应速度快,灵敏度高,随动性好,准确度高。消除了部件的机械摩擦,其运动时噪音大大降低,改善现有设备工作噪音大的现状。可多台并联,互不干扰,多台直线电机工作时,总推力等于各台电机推力之和,互不干扰,也不存在多台并用时出现负载不平衡等问题,装配灵活度大,可以满足不同工况、不同安装需求。
所述直线电机与液力端总成的连接方式大体可以分为以下两种:直线电机的动子直接与液力端总成中的柱塞2连接或直线电机的动子通过连接总成与液力端总成中的柱塞2连接。
所述连接总成包括柱塞连接件6、支撑杆7和动子连接件8,所述支撑杆7的一端与柱塞连接件6连接,所述支撑杆7的另一端与动子连接件8连接,所述柱塞连接件6的另一端与柱塞2连接,动子连接件8的另一端与直线电机连接。
所述单作用直线电机1、双作用直线电机9、单缸组合式阀箱31及多缸阀箱32组合形成不同的直线电机柱塞泵实施列。
实施列1
直线电机柱塞泵包括单作用直线电机1、柱塞2、多缸阀箱32、上阀体4、下阀体5,所述单作用直线电机1动子与所述柱塞2直接连接,每个直线电机的动子单独驱动一个柱塞2,本实施列可以采用2-7个直线电机进行组合,所述多缸阀箱32的阀箱3缸数与直线电机个数相同。
实施列2
直线电机柱塞泵包括单作用直线电机1、柱塞2、单缸组合式阀箱31、上阀体4、下阀体5,所述直线电机与所述柱塞2直接连接,每个直线电机的动子单独驱动一个柱塞2,本实施列可以根据需求采用2-7个单作用直线电机1进行组合,单缸组合式阀箱31的阀箱3个数与单作用直线电机1个数相同。
实施列3
直线电机柱塞泵包括双作用直线电机9、柱塞2、单缸组合式阀箱31、上阀体4、下阀体5,所述双作用直线电机9的动子左右两端分别直接连接一个柱塞2,每个双作用直线电机9交替驱动左右两侧柱塞2,本实施列可以根据需求采用1-4个双作用直线电机9进行组合,单缸组合式阀箱31的阀箱3个数为双作用直线电机9个数的两倍。
实施列4
直线电机柱塞泵包括双作用直线电机9、柱塞2、多缸阀箱32、上阀体4、下阀体5,所述双作用直线电机9的动子左右两端分别直接连接一个柱塞2,每个双作用直线电机9交替驱动左右两侧柱塞2,本实施列可以根据需求采用1-4个双作用直线电机9进行组合,多缸阀箱32的阀箱3数为双作用直线电机9个数的两倍。
实施列5
直线电机柱塞泵包括单作用直线电机1、柱塞2、多缸阀箱32、上阀体4、下阀体5,所述单作用直线电机1的动子通过连接总成与液力端总成中的柱塞2连接,所述连接总成中的柱塞连接件6左右两侧各连接一个柱塞2,所述连接总成中的动子连接件8与单作用直线电机1动子连接,通过单作用直线电机1往复运动驱动连接总成左右运动,进而实现交替驱动左右两侧柱塞2,本实施列可以根据需求采用1-7个单作用直线电机1进行组合,多缸阀箱32的阀箱3数为单作用直线电机1个数的两倍。
实施列6
直线电机柱塞泵包括单作用直线电机1、柱塞2、单缸组合式阀箱31、上阀体4、下阀体5,所述单作用直线电机1动子通过连接总成与液力端总成中的柱塞2连接,所述连接总成中的柱塞连接件6左右两侧各连接一个柱塞2,所述连接总成中的动子连接件8与单作用直线电机1动子连接,通过单作用直线电机1往复运动驱动连接总成左右运动,进而实现交替驱动左右两侧柱塞2,本实施列可以根据需求采用1-7个单作用直线电机1进行组合,单缸组合式阀箱31的阀箱3个数为双作用直线电机9个数的两倍。
所述直线电机包括但不限于:直流直线电机、交流直线电机、直线异步电机、直线同步电机、直线步进电机。

1.一种直线电机柱塞泵,其特征在于:包括直线电机和液力端总成,所述直线电机与液力端总成连接,液力端总成包括柱塞、阀箱、上阀体和下阀体,所述阀箱上开有柱塞孔、吸入孔和排出孔,所述柱塞设在柱塞孔中,所述上阀体密封安装于所述排出孔内,所述下阀体密封安装与所述吸入孔内,直线电机驱动柱塞在阀箱柱塞孔内做直线往复运动,所述直线电机为单作用直线电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直线电机柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述阀箱为单缸组合式阀箱或多缸阀箱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直线电机柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述单缸组合式阀箱包括两缸组合式阀箱、三缸组合式阀箱、四缸组合式阀箱、五缸组合式阀箱、六缸组合式阀箱和七缸组合式阀箱,所述单缸组合式阀箱的每个缸上开有柱塞孔、吸入孔和排出孔,所述柱塞设在柱塞孔中,所述上阀体密封安装于所述排出孔内,所述下阀体密封安装与所述吸入孔内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的直线电机柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述多缸阀箱包括两缸阀箱、三缸阀箱、四缸阀箱、五缸阀箱、六缸阀箱和七缸阀箱,所述多缸阀箱的每个缸上开有柱塞孔、吸入孔和排出孔,所述柱塞设在柱塞孔中,所述上阀体密封安装于所述排出孔内,所述下阀体密封安装与所述吸入孔内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直线电机柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述直线电机与液力端总成柱塞直接连接。
